I love making fresh pasta and egg noodles and this is a very helpful tool. I've seen many of these at a much greater cost. My only slight complaint is that the attachment that cuts the fettucini or spaghetti is very difficult to clean and the instructions say not to use water. Although I don't think that using water would be helpful anyway, but pieces of dough get stuck in the rollers and they are very difficult to remove. I used a toothbrush the last time, which did work, but only after much effort. Still love the machine though.

Very easy to use, but securing the clamp is essential as it can easily move.

The only way to clean this kind of machine is with throw away pasta dough!!! Don't be misled by amateur home cooks breaking and misunderstanding this machine! It takes practice and a competent teacher to learn how to use one of these. I recommend the Binging With Babish channel on YouTube, specifically the pasta basics episode. If you use it improperly it will break and/or get your dough dirty. This is operator error, not the fault of the machine. To clean it before each use just make a little extra dough and run it through the roller and then the blades.

This is a great pasta roller! I've used it dozens of times already to make Italian pasta and ramen noodles very successfully. Some of the bad reviews probably came from people who never used one. - Yes, it has sharp parts, so don't stick your fingers in it! - No, you can't clean out every nook and cranny, but that's the case with any of these machines. Just let any pasta dry, give the machine few taps over the sink or a table, and it'll all come out. - Pasta getting stuck? Adjust your recipe—your dough is probably too wet.

I bought this for polymer clay and it does a great job. Heavy duty and easy to use, with plenty of settings. I bought TWO by mistake and instead of paying the shipping, I'll give the second one as a gift.

after spending and entire evening hand rolling dough for pierogis, shoulders killing me, back killing me, I said the heck with it and got online and bought this machine. I always thought they would be very expensive, but you sure can't beat this price! I got it the very next day too! Well let me be the first to say what a fool I was to hand roll dough!! This is a small machine, but it rolls like a breeze. I am so happy with it. I made close to 100 ravioli in about an hour or so! That would have taken me several hours the other way. It seems well made, heavy duty. I even made some fresh angle hair pasta and fettucine pasta for dinner tonight! My husband is Italian and has for years talked about making fresh tortellini and ravioli with his grandmother as a kid. He jumped right in and helped shape the ravioli today. Just like a little kid in a candy shop. Now I will know exactly what goes into my pasta dishes!

I love home made noodles, and using this machine is so much fun and works perfectly. It rolls everything out with perfect thickness on all sides and cuts perfect noodles. I just rolled out 3 batches and cut each one in half to fit my lasagne pan and it turned out great lasagne.

Considering the price, this is a great value. The only problem is that the clamp doesn't fit over many countertop edges, but I just supplement with a pipe clamp from my garage, and then it's fine. So far I have only been able to make sheets, wide noodles or thin noodles, but frankly that's all I need.

Works very well. Seems to be built very well. It is heavy for its size. I relate weight to using stronger material. The first batch of eggless pasta came out perfect. I was surprised at how easy and how well the first batch came out. It is very easy to clean, I just use a damp sponge and hold on rollers and cutters and turn crank opposite direction (so it doesn't pull sponge in) while moving sponge across then use dry towel and repeat process to dry.

This is the first pasta machine that I have ever purchased and/or utilized myself. I was hesitant with the low price, fearing that I would end up with a piece of junk. I was quickly proven wrong. This is a very sturdy and well made machine for the price and was so easy to use. On our first attempt, we made spinach alfredo. My two nephews (3 and 8) had a blast helping make "noodles". The crank was not difficult to maneuver at all when flattening the dough and the cutting process was just as easy. After the dough was made (with the help of a food processor to bring all the ingredients together), the rest of the process (minus the time the dough was allowed to rest) was about 15 minutes.... before we knew it we had enough past made to serve dinner to 5 adults and 2 kids. The cleanup was simple. As, it tells you not to truly wash the device, you simply wipe it down. If your pasta is prepared correctly, there really should be no cleanup minus a small bit of residue or flour to wipe away. I can not wait to use this machine again. I am sure there are better devices out there that have more options for various cuts and styles of pasta, but for starting out, this can not be beat. I know what will be given to several people as gifts this year! This is a great interactive kitchen gift that can truly bring the family together for a fun meal created from scratch!!! A+
