I wanted something that would stand the test of time and not be so easily destroyed by the troublemakers

Received today 6/17/16 and was pleasantly surprised. They were much larger that I had anticipated and very high quality. I went right to Lowe's to get screws to install! .Putting them up tomorrow as our neighborhood has recently been targeted by trespassers and thieves. Sheriff said that we needed these signs and I just could not put up those tacky orange and black paper type signs! I wanted something that would stand the test of time and not be so easily destroyed by the troublemakers.

The signs are superb. The finish is incredible and the look I'm sure will command respect. Our condo group has a couple of teenagers that think it is ok to use our pool. That wouldn't be a problem except they destroy property while they are there. I'm sure these signs will make them think twice before they trespass again.

Good Quality Metal "No Trespassing" Sign At Reasonable Price

Attached sign to the fence at the access to out HOA's recreation facility (clubhouse & pool) due to some incidents of trespassers 'parking' in our parking lot. Local city police will not take action unless the property is posted. Easily mounted using two wood screws of appropriate size.

This sign is STURDY, print is bold, bright and clear. It easily went into the ground. We are more than satisfied with the quality and size. The size It perfect- not too big that it is obtrusive nor too small to be missed. We have a few of these displayed on our very large property n are clearly visible from the street. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to order from them again. PS-they held up very well during a heavy rainstorm we recently had.

These signs cover a lot of bases with a single sign.

After we had trouble with trespassers on our office property after hours, we wanted to deter future infractions with signs, but did not want to put too many signs up. These signs cover all bases and disclose to potential offenders, that they will be prosecuted. We hope to have fewer trespassers now. Signs seem durable.

Ambulance Chasers

The shape of the sign, the white letters on red, and the easy to read size of the letters. The police would arrest someone who ignored this sign and the DA would prosecute. I had trouble with kids on bikes coming on my property. I put this sign up a week before I finished the gate. The sign worked even without the gate. With all the ambulance chasing lawyers flying around like buzzards, you can't let people on your property.

Quality signs for the price.

I needed signs to post around my condo rental complex. These signs were well made out of solid aluminum with good paint quality. Minor criticisms were the paint looked like it had horizontal lines on them but this may have been their reflective component, I'm not sure. Also the vendors name is listed in small font on the front, I'd rather this be on the back and instead state which penal code it refers to such as "California penal code 602", which is found on some signs. Overall a good value. We'll see how they hold up to California sun!

Solicitors NOT welcome.

The sign is a nice size and attached easily to the fence with some zip-ties. Been having ongoing problems with solicitors and others coming onto the property. Hopefully the sign will get the message across that we are not interested in whatever they are selling. I feel that the hexagon shape along with red & white lettering commands more attention then the standard shaped signs. It resembles a small stop sign and therefore you can't help but look at it.

Inexpensive,worthwhile and sturdy construction

Sign is well manufactured and sturdy and at a good price (inexpensive). It's a good size and can be easily read from about 25 feet away for the small print and the No Trespassing word print can be easily seen from about 50 feet away Helps deter people that cause problems in the neighborhood.

High quality signs

These no trespassing signs are of high quality and will hopefully last a long time. I bought two: I put one in the front part of our treed yard on a tree that a neighbor was cutting tree branches on my property side (did not notice until leaves came off in Fall, was cut in Sept.) and some branches hanging over on their side all of which were mostly high up and not causing a danger or anything. A few were pretty big branches. They said my branches were causing shade! Next time they cut anything on my side the non emergency police line will be called. I also put a sign at the back end of our property line since we do not have a fence. Some people think they can do whatever they want to other people's property. I will buy more if needed in the future. I am hoping that the signs will be a deterrent and keep people off of our property and from vandalism.
