I have 7 guinea pigs and 4 rabbits and this paper bedding has saved me so much money! The bedding is super soft, but MOST IMPORTANTLY I can leave their cage for one whole week without having to change it (with 7 guinea pigs thats a big time saver as I am usually cleaning their darn cage once a day!) I have tried so many different routes but this product is hands down the best bang for your buck. I first purchased one bag but after using that up I ordered the triple order because it was the best deal and saved me the most money. I highly recommend this product!

If they keep the price point at $40 with free shipping, then I'd say this is the best deal around. We were using Carefresh for the past two years, until they increased their price. This is just as good and so far much cheaper. I'm just afraid because I like it so much, just as with Carefresh, the price will go up. We shall see. For now though, yes, it is just as good as Carefresh and will last you a long time. It is of high quality, dust free, soft, no fumes, holds in odors, and my Flemish Giant rabbit loves it! There is very little mess with this. It stays in the box when he jumps out. I highly recommend. Update: One bag lasted us 3 months for a very large Flemish Giant Rabbit. What a great deal!

This is the best bedding I bought. my G-pig like it very much, the bedding absorb most of the pet's order and very easy to clean up. Another important thing is the bedding is compact, so only one bag of bedding could be used for about half a year, I have to say this is an excellent and worthy purchase. I plant to buy one more for my G-pig.

I decided to try Small Pet Select bedding for my house rabbit several months ago, and it has been working out well. It is less expensive than another brand that shall remain nameless (but whose initials are "CF") and, while I change the SPS bedding a bit more often, it is definitely a net savings and keeps my critter happy! The other brand occasionally had some quality control problems (like finding what looked like carpet fibers bunched into the paper in multiple packages), but I've never had that problem with SPS. This time, I took the plunge and bought 3 of the giant 178-liter bags, so I'm set for the next few months. My sweet little companion rabbit is a healthy, hopping 9 years old now (!) and I rest easy knowing that this product is safe and reliable.

I decided to try this product after Carefresh became ridiculously expensive. I have had guinea pigs for 15 years and had settled on Carefresh as the best bedding for their needs, so when I ordered this product I was a bit skeptical. But it's every bit as good as Carefresh and costs quite a bit less. I highly recommend it. The only drawback I've found is also the reason why it's cheaper: it comes in a really large package. That makes it hard to get the bedding out of the package when cleaning my pigs' coraplast-and-grid habitat. I can't just put the bag in the middle of the habitat and scoop out the bedding as I used to. My answer to that is to scoop it into old Carefresh bags first so I can work with smaller quantities of bedding at a time. That works fine; it's just a bit more effort for me. I'm willing to do it to save this much money, and my pigs are every bit as dry and happy as they've ever been.

My 10 year daughter wanted a bunny. We bought the bedding thinking they’re supposed to have the pine shavings like at the place we got the bunny from. After a trip to the vet for an initial check up, they recommended that we change to this kind of bedding instead. It really made a difference in the smell in her room! Wow! Plus I’m sure it’s much nicer to hop around on and sleep on than pine shavings!!! I was even more surprised at the size of the package when it showed up! I got more for the price than I did with the pine. So far, I’m very happy and I’m sure her baby bunny is too! Will definitely purchase again! Keep prices low, sales will definitely happen!!!!

My Guinea Pigs Love this Bedding! We've tried every bedding there is and this is Hands Up the Softest and Most Absorbant. Gizmo, Toby, Betta, Theo, Chewie and Cookie Love Bedding Change Out Day! They Popcorn around all Happy as the bedding is flying into the cage. They know they don't have to Fluff it Up!

I had been buying the more expensive brand for our guineas and money got a little tighter .. this is a HUGE bag of bedding ... we have a cage that is about 5 foot x 3 foot and this easily allows a full cleaning about 4-5 times. I have not noticed any difference in the smell from using the expensive beddings .. guinea seem to love it .. also, it seems to stay more "packed" if you are like us and like to make little ramps for the the guineas to climb ... still soft enough for them to bed and play in ... guineas have had no problems with it ... we have used it so far for 3 cage cleanings and I will be buying it again.

I have ordered this as a packaged bundle with food and hay before. This time I only needed the litter. Since switching over to this litter I often find Yosemite Sam hanging outing his litter box. It seems to be his new favorite spot. He grabs his treats and rushes over to the box to site and enjoy them. I appreciate that there is no dye in this litter, as I am sure he does also. It absorbs the mess quite well and there is no lingering order either. It's not over compressed in the bag so that you are struggling to open it like other brands and yet is seems fluffier and softer than any other litter we have tried. I make certain we order this BEFORE we run out so that we are not stuck using inferior litter for our rabbit. This is Yosemite Sam approved.

We used the pet store bedding for years for our pet rats and thought it was fine. Cant remember the brand, but a chunkier paper bedding that came in all sorts of colors, but much harder than this. I saw this on Amazon and decided to give it a try and we have been VERY pleased with it. I love how soft it is, it seems like it would be much more comfortable on Miss Sandy Noodles little feeties, and she love love loves to move it around, its light and fluffy and easy for her to shape and nest with. And the very best part? The smell. SO much better than the other bedding. Im not talking about out of the package, but when soiled in the cage it is SIGNIFICANTLY less smelly. Before Miss Sandys cage mate sadly left us it would seem like just one day would pass before you could smell the cage, and its a very large cage. Now with this bedding we are extra conscious about changing it because it could seriously be two weeks before it starts to smell even lightly. This is really fantastic bedding. Highly recommended by me and the Noodle! (she doesn't actually really care about bedding that much, but she sure does love cheerios)
