Wow! Can't believe the best grinder I've ever used was less than $10 from Amazon

I've had grinders of different materials, acrylic, aluminum, steel, and more. But this was the first time I went with a zinc grinder. I'm glad I did. This thing is so fast, and the sandblasted grinder bed makes for the material dropping through very quickly and easily. The magnet is strong, the teeth are sharp, the anodized coating is nice and strong. About the only thing I would have wished to be different is if the very bottom pollen compartment were also sandblasted to remove the rings left by the mill tool. They make getting sticky pollen more difficult out of the bottom, but the anodized coating is pretty glossy, so it isn't as bad as a tool marks in naked metal. But I'm not going to take anything off the review for that because I've never seen any grinder with a smooth pollen compartment. Seriously though, this thing works better than some $50 grinders I have. 10/10 would buy again

Great herb grinder

Great herb grinder! I have used many different kinds over the years and this has been the best buy. It gets used quite often and still seems new. Most other grinders get build up in the screen, threads, and around all edges. This grinder does do that, but much less than any other I have ever used. I have no complaints about this grinder and would definitely suggest it to others. I liked it so much, I bought another one for my friend.

Beautiful high end product

This product looks nicer in person than in the pictures, with the purple undertone making for a very high end look. The materials are high quality for the price. I would buy again.

Sticky icky gets stuck. Maybe my herb is extra icky? My other grinder has no issue. Update: After posting my review, I was contacted by the seller to better understand my concerns. They appear genuinely interested in making products better and assuring customers have a positive experience. In any event, that alone has made me revise my review from 3 stars to 5 stars.

Solid grinder at good price. Great customer service too!

I purchased this item 3 years ago and really loved it – the components fit together nicely, were very sturdy, and ground spices etc. to a good size. I then moved and purchased this item again and was disappointed to find that the top piece didn't screw perfectly into the bottom, even after applying WD-40 as lubricant. I contacted the manufacturer about this issue and they promptly sent me a replacement which arrived just 2 days later. The replacement did not have any issues and appears to be of great quality. A+ for product value and customer service!

Definitely a fantastic addition to my "kitchen"

Awesome quality for a very reasonable price!

This is a very well crafted item for the price. My only complaint is that this one did not include the brush that normally comes with them. Other than that, it's a great product and I definitely recommend. One other thing to note: The bottom tray is grooved, not flat. This does make it difficult or next to impossible to scrape everything out. Much of it gets compressed into the tiny grooves.

Best grinder under $20

Is this the best grinder on the market? No. But this is probably the best grinder for under $20 that you'll ever find. I've had several grinders over the years of varying quality and something comparable to this one would easily cost you more than $30 at a head shop. This grinder has a few flaws, like others have mentioned, the "pollen" chamber is a too big and the grinds chamber is too small. But the machining is excellent, there are plenty of teeth and holes in the top chamber, the twist is smooth and the mesh inside is appropriately sized. It also comes with a little "pollen spoon" which I find useful. I'm actually on my second one of these grinders after I misplaced my first one.

Im gonna go ahead and give this bad boy 5 stars...this is a really nice grinder..very sleek...grinds to perfection...seems very durable...and for the price as well..like..you cant really beat that. Also...PEOPLE PLEASE...if you buy a matal grinder....make sure you libe it up once in a while...metal that constantly rubs together are subject to erosion..this 5 odollar grinder can last for years if you take care of it.

It is easy to clean with some salt and alcohol

Works very well, but squeaks just a bit. This is to be expected with grinders and any metal-metal contact item, I believe. It is easy to clean with some salt and alcohol, and grinds herbs very nicely. It is difficult to scratch as long as you take care of it. This grinder came with a small box, which was quite durable. I made use of the box to protect the grinder and hold the tiny plastic spatula together with the grinder itself.
