LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this pan!!!

When I saw the pan I was so impressed with the size, feel, lid and could not wait to cook in it. The shape of the bottom and sides is perfect. I prefer the flat bottom opposed to a rounded bottom and sides. I am very picky about my cookware and don't mind paying more. I will be ordering several of these for gifts and more WaxonWare products for myself. There is only one thing I would add to the design. It would be nice if the pan itself had a "pour design" for pouring out water etc.

A great pan!

I'm 72, so I have bought many a non-stick pans during my almost 53 years of marrage. I remember buying my first Teflon pan and thinking how great it was to have a non-stick pan and then of course it would start to eventually peal off (we didn't know then how harmful it could be). There have many brands out there through the years and some I have tried and again not realizing the full extent of some of the chemicals. I'm happy to have found a brand that has taken out those harmful chemicals. This is the second pan I ordered like this. The first one had some rough spots on the inside of the bottom of the pan so I contacted WaxonWare to ask what it could be and they asked me to return it so they could Check it out. They were very nice. Because I loved the other two pans I bought from WaxonWare I ordered this one again. It was perfect. I always season my pans with canola oil before I use it the first time. It heats up quickly on medium heat and cooks evenly so there is no need to cook on high heat. More importantly they do not contain those harmful chemicals that Teflon has. I would love to get some of the other pans this company sells, but I'll have to wait until I can afford them. I have always said that if you're going to spend your money you're better off buying quality over quanity for anything you buy. Thank you!

Great non-stick pan

Nice pan. Had it for three years. Non stick was great. In the last two months I started to see it slightly less no- sticky. Probably would of used for a few more years, but I stored the pan in my oven and forgot to take it out when I started the oven up to broil some chicken. I killed the handle. Going to buy another. The 11 inch size is bigger than normal...and could be hard to store depending on your kitchen space. Hence my oven storage idea. Grrhh. Used it for everything.

Just love it

Like everything on it.Had a snafu with the first one we ordered , was not packaged real good and handle poked a hole in outer box. It must have had a rough shipping, handle broke. Got refund and actually found this one that had a lid. Just love it. Easiest pan to clean we ever had and we be will be buying more regular pots (same kind) and also will buy some for Christmas gifts. They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I will not put ours in the dishwasher,, even so it says dishwasher they are so easy to clean.Every pot we had before, that was dishwasher safe, started going downhill after lots of washings and I do not want to take any chances.

One Bada$$ Skillet/Pan

This is the most non-sticking, stick free, even cooking skillet/pan I've ever had. Not only do I recommend buying one, I am going to shop for this brand and type in a few other sizes. Buy this,...you will not be disappointed.

Best pan

I wanted one pan to use on my induction burner and this is it. I have used it to cook rice and noodles, sauteed veggies, fried burgers and eggs and made gravy in it. I don't put in the dishwasher, very easy to clean either with soap and water or just wipe out.

Love love love

My husband and I are hard on our pots and pans & don't have very good storage spot for them. This pan is excellent. Usually use it more then once during the day and still in excellent condition... couldn't have found a better pan!

Great pan.

Love this pan. I have had problems with every pan I used with my Nuwave induction burner. There seems to be a hot spot in the center of the burner that fried even their pans. This man simmered pork with seasonings for 2 hours today and did fantastic. Clean up was super easy.

Worth the price

My wife has cooked with various brands of cookware, most were priced above the cheapest. But, the WaxonWare pans we recently purhased from Amazon are simply wonderful. Follow the directions and nothing sticks! They clean up in a breeze and are beautiful made. These pans are to be recommended.
