great value
Very well made and colorful. Just ordered another one. Would like to get a couple more. Looks good in cage, and is easy to connect any way you want, will twist and turn. Really cool. Had bought a shorter one and bird loves it. I like the longer ones for making a highway across his cage for him. I think I am having as much fun with it as he is.

Birds love it and easy to install.
I originally bought this for my cockatiel, who loved it. I've since gotten 3 parakeets and tried it out in their cage. They love it as well! I'll have to order another one now. :) The shelf is bigger then it looks in the picture. I'm very happy for that. It fits in both my cages which are made different so I'd think it'd fit in any cage. Easy to install. I'd recommend it for anyone. Makes a good area to place fresh fruit and veggies on or just a spot to hang out on. I've done both. Very satisfied with this purchase. Came in a timely manner as well.

Awesome ladder for Conures
Love this for my Conures a lot of ladders are to big and spaced to far for them and their small feet. It’s perfect size for both cages and they love it. I also use it on their play stand. I bought about 4 or 5 they come in handy to our feather friends

Fun ladder
My parrot actually climbs across this ladder ! He really likes it. He's never had something like this before. I'm happy for him and i really like this product, easy attachment. It helps us with relationship building when i move it to different locations so he can climb it for a treat. Later ill find him climbing it just for fun. He also likes to chew on it.

Perfect climbing toy for a parakeet!
Update a few months later. We now own *4* of these ladders, so it's clear we're very pleased with them. We have one inside the cage, one hanging from by the door down to the floor, and two on various levels of a large PVC bird tree next to our parakeet's cage. ---------- Original review ---------- I hung this ladder in his cage, draped from low on one side to very high on the opposite side, fairly near his food dishes, and it quickly became one of his favorite spots to hang out. He could run up and down the different rungs easily. When we started trying to get him used to being out of the cage, it occurred to us that having a spare ladder would allow him to get himself home easily (his wings were clipped by his former owner). We left the original one where it was, and bought a second one for outside the cage. It worked *beautifully*; he figured it out immediately. The ladder just touches the ground, and he can easily clamber up it and get himself into the cage. He has to use his beak as a third appendage to get the last distance sideways into the door itself. we've played around with using a rope perch to help out but that needs to be attached inside the cage to really be helpful, and most of the time we don't bother. This means we are a LOT more comfortable leaving his door open (when we're home!!) so if he wants, he can hop out and explore, without being stuck outside the cage. We've actually caught him "going walkabout" on his own a few times; I think it's a good way for him to feel free to explore but still have a way to bolt home to safety when he wants.

Great ladder
Well made ladder. Very large and colorful. I kept in the the cage for about a week but removed it due to my two keets pooping on it all the time.I have a large flight cage and the door to take it out is so large, it is difficult for me to remove and replace for fear they would fly out. I changed the metal attachments to large links that screw on because the original ones are so difficult to squeeze open. All in all, it is a great ladder... I just can’t use it. Maybe one day.

Good buy
My green cheek conure loves this! She usually ignores toys for a week before she accepts them, but she hopped right on this ladder and started playing on it. She likes the colorful beads and doing flips in between the slats. It’s sturdy and long. Happy that I bought this for her

For my rats!
My boys love chewing on these pet-safe bridges, and walking across them, too. I bought two and they've probably chewed through about 1/3 of each of them. It helps keep their teeth short, plus it's a toy for them. And love how colorful it is!
