I'm due in a few weeks but I hooked this up to make sure it worked and I was shocked by the quality of the image and all of the features for the price! I am so pleased with both the day and night vision and the sound quality. The lullabies are a nice touch as well! I am so happy this also tells me the temperature in the room so I have one less thing to worry about! I've very happy I purchased this product.

I agonized over which baby monitor to purchase. Ten years ago, we were given a $200 monitor that we loved. This time around, we wanted an excellent monitor but didn't want to spend more than $75-100. After asking friends and researching reviews, we chose this monitor. We're really pleased! The video and sound are excellent, and we appreciate that the noise is silenced until baby makes noise. We haven't used the lullaby feature, but we are thrilled with the two way talk back feature. We would definitely make this purchase again, and spend more for it. UPDATE: 7 months later and we still LOVE this baby monitor! The temperature reading is a favorite feature as well as the the fact that it selectively picks up on baby's noises vs. background noise. If needed, we'd purchase again tomorrow!

Wonderful little device, very easy to set up, picks up the littlest sounds he makes. My baby was born premature so it has been hard for me to rely on any devices to monitor him. This and a pulse sock combined have given me some peace of mind.

Love it!

We bought this as a replacement for another brand that died after a month... I LOVE this monitor! You can touch the power button to shut the video screen off and just have sound at night (we like to sleep with a very dark room). It has a night mode and it's so clear!!!! Holds a charge so well, so I can see baby while she's napping while I'm in the kitchen cleaning up. Easy to set up and wonderful to use!

Best NON-INTERNET based moniter! Perfect for baby or caregivers🤗

I used this product as a caregiver for my mom. After het strokes she could not speak to call me but still made hand gestures. So with this I could still see her when she woke up or if she tried to get out of bed alone, I could clearly see or hear any noises in the room even while upstairs in the house and she was downstairs. Could also talk to her thru the minister to let her know I am here without actually being in the room. It has a temperature gage and color screen too. Love that it was not via internet. Works like cordless phone. Not matter where i was in the house upstairs in the kitchen behind closed doors it worked clear without interruption. Since mom is gone i gave it to my son and daughter-in-love to use for my 1st grand-baby. They love it! Now they dont worry while she asleep with the door closed.

Works great, would like more information on security.

Been using this for about a week. The vox feature works great to turn on and show what my baby is up to. I like that the infrared lights turn off in on the camera when no noise is detected, but you can manually trigger it to turn on by pressing a button on the viewer. The resolution is good enough that at the right angle I can see the baby's chest rise and fall, but when the view is wider it's harder to see movement. Size seems perfect and I can carry it around the house. Battery life seems good and setup was easy. You can reset and reassign the camera easily. The one issue I would like to verify is how secure this camera is, since there is a pairing mechanism it should imply some security but I don't have the equipment to test just how secure it is, and a quick google search can show you what people have found with 2.4ghz cameras having their signal travelling to others.

Good Monitor for the price

I was wary about using video monitors because I've heard creepy hacking stories. This one works great over radio waves so no fears of creeps hacking into our baby's room. The main feature of this we wanted was temperature as we're having HVAC issues upstairs currently. This let's us monitor the baby's room so we can adjust her fan as needed. We also have thin walls and can hear her crying downstairs just fine, so it's nice to mute the monitor since we can already here her, but be able to watch to make sure she's okay as we're sleep training. Video is clear and can be zoomed in if needed. Have also used the speaker function to soothe her in her crib from downstairs when she's had a particularly hard time putting herself to sleep. Really happy with this purchase overall.

Very satisfied - simple, inexpensive, and reliable video baby monitor!

Researched baby monitors quite a bit and settled on this one. I'm still a bit shocked a product that can do this much is so inexpensive and (so far) reliable. The camera is small and unobtrusive. The display is light, compact, and straight forward. The VOX setup works great (only turns on the video + sound if the sound goes above a certain level). It allows us to sleep without hearing every noise but kicks in as soon as the baby starts crying. The battery lasts quite a while and I've never had any reception problems taking the display around a 2 story house. Got the system set up within 5 minutes. Mic quality is decent. I don't use the talkback feature much and I don't use the lullaby feature. Literally, the *only* trivial issue I've had I have is that when pressing a button to override the VOX sleep mode, that first button press also does the normal function. That means if you press the down button, it overrides VOX but it also turns the volume down one notch. Not a big deal and I've learned to just press the OK center button, but it might be an opportunity to improve. UPDATE: Almost a year after purchasing this, it's still working great. Probably the best value baby item we purchased! We still use it every night and during nap times. The microphone in the video monitor allows mom to tell the little guy to go back to sleep if he wakes up in the middle of the night. We've even used the lullaby feature a couple times and it's better than expected.

Perfect so far!

So far, I'm really loving this baby monitor! I can go all the way out to my back yard and it still gets service and stays connected! This is the main reason we got it. So I can come out back with my 3yr old and play, and not worry about not hearing his brother if he wakes up. I will update if I find any cons with it but so far it's all pros ;)

I don't see why people complain! Works great!

I've read a few reviews on here that were misleading. Comments and bad reviews regarding poor performance and such. I went out on a limb, but only after seeing a couple reviews on YouTube where I could actually see the monitor with my own eyes. The clarity on the reviews I saw was still in question as I know how hard it can be to film an LCD display. When I received my item, the first thing I did was test it out in different conditions. I must say that the clarity is fine. I would consider it standard definition (SD). Nowhere in the description of this item does it state that you will be getting the most high definition instrument known to man. Especially for the great price it is being offered at. That being said, I can clearly make out my son's eyes, features, etc to see if he is awake and breathing! That's all I need to be at ease! I can even zoom in and pan the camera around slightly to get a better shot which helps even more. The night vision/ low light is a little sensitive. This means that under low light the night vision will kick on and you will only see black and white. Still works perfectly fine! I want to add the I was even shocked at how well I could see my boy when it was dark in the room. I would gladly buy this again and easily refer this to a friend!
