Great company to do business with

I bought this screen for my large fire pit and I was impressed with the quality. It was simple to assemble but I realized I was missing two screws at the top. I contacted the company and within hours I received a response and an apology. A few days later I received the missing parts. A few days afterwards, I received a follow up email to be sure the proper screws and nuts arrived. Do keep in mind that the screen will rust if it's left out in the elements uncovered. I found a small black tarp that did the trick just fine. I'm very pleased with the purchase and I'm certain I will use this screen for many years to come.

Cover is exactly what we wanted. Required assembly, and one bolt was missing. Emailed company and received another whole set of bolts within the week!

Perfect!

The replacement screen is perfect. It's exactly what I needed. I didn't want to replace the entire fire pit when the only piece that needed to be replaced was the screen.

Sturdy and decorative

We had trouble finding a fireplace screen to fit our outdoor fire pit that was a reasonable price. We were pleasantly surprised to find this one...we love it!!! It is pretty and it is sturdy! We only use it when we leave the fire for the nite and as a decorative top to our fire pit...we are very happy with this purchase!

Probably could use better directions, but relatively simple to assemble. Came a day earlier than expected, which was good because I was home.
