Great Product for POV Shots

Purchased this for use with my GoPro Hero5 and sessions. I didn't want a head mount ,this would be more secure.. I purchased this harness specifically for my running events. I am able to adjust to the trails and obstacles without restricting my movements. The harness does come with a gopro mount from amazon basics The point where my GoPro connects to the harness is solid and strong. This item looks well built, I expect to use for a long time. I recommend this harness.. Also l am a pretty good size guy, l did let out the straps as far as they would go and it does fit.

Basic, cheap and works very well

I bought this to wear under a shirt before running with the bulls in Pamplona. I arrived 2 hours early as you must. I passed the eyeball checks and even the police frisks. What I failed to anticipate is that a bunch of people would be mugging for the camera at my chest level once I exposed it and immediately the cops dragged me off the route 5 mins before the start of the run! On the plus side, I then ran from the cops to avoid a ticket and this chest harness didn’t impede that run at all! If you are not trying to avoid the authorities, I recommend this harness as it stays on and won’t shift. It feels substantial but hardly weighs anything. It has arm loops and that helps keep it stably in one position. It’s fairly easy to figure out once you get the hang of it.

Great quality and price

Worked perfectly on 2-day mountain biking trip. Was very easy to put on with one clip. GoPro stayed in place on very rough trail with lots of jumps, never once had to adjust the clamp or the straps. The view was ideal showing the handlebars and everything ahead of me. It’s an incredible bargain and a must have if you’ve got a GoPro.

Pleasantly surprised for the price

This is one of those items you click on and expect it to be a poor quality knock off due to the low price. I'm happy to tell you it really isn't! AmazonBasics has a pretty good product line and this mount is no exception. As a taller guy I was worried it wouldn't really fit well. Loosened all the way, it's a comfortable but steady fit. Although the straps are a nice elastic, they're not likely to stretch over someone whose tall and has let's just say over indulged in ice cream. Any questions feel free to drop below. Helpful Gadgetry

Did what it's supposed to do and it's easy to put on, adjustable enough for me (a big girl who's chesty) to be comfortable, and, even though it wasn't allowed on several rides at Universal Orlando Studios, it helped to take some quality videos on the Spiderman VR ride as well as videos of our walks around both of the Harry Potter parks and high quality photos my friends and I enjoy having as bragging rights.

Great purchase for GoPro users (especially if you bike)

I've been using this for several months now and I'm very happy I got it. It works very well. It's easy to set up. The price is great. I've also been in several crashes on my bike and this mount has been fine. I'd definitely buy it again.

I Love It!

This is a great product. It's easy to put on, comfortable, and does exactly what it's supposed to do. Personally, I prefer the chest level perspective more than I do the shot that I get when I wear my GoPro on my head. But this is a personal preference, and everyone is going to be different. I've used this harness for running, biking, fishing and kayaking, and it works great for all of the above.

just what you need at a great price!!

This was put to the test during an endurance zombie run, it went through mud, water, dragged on the ground under a trench bungee crawl, over walls, through a "pond" of 3 ft deep. Held the cameralike a champ, Husband said he didn't even know he had it on the whole time. It was a secure hold as well as ease of use.

There many ways to attach a GoPro to things. If you need to attach to your chest you will most likely want a chest harness. This is the Amazon basic chest harness. It is well made and offers a lot of adjustment for different size wearers. The harness leaves the camera mounted quite high on the chest. The fittings to attach the camera to the harness are strong and mate well to the GoPro.
