Absolutely a great deal

I am a military member and part of the special operations community. This hammock is a great choice for those seeking a balance between quality, functionality, and price. I have used this on combat patrols and have hung it in the aircraft with great results. I highly recommend it. Pros: Light weight, durable, and easy to set up and tear down. I can hook it up and be sleeping in less than 2 minutes. tear down is just as easy and smooth. Cons: the extra straps are a must and the hooks this come with need upgraded. I also wish this came in either a solid black color or a more Camoflauge military drab color. I highly recommend this to anyone needing a hammock.

Our hammie has been hung up across the country, and our not-so-tiny butts have no fear of ending up on the ground because of these straps, even when we're in the hammock together! Wouldn’t buy a hammock without them.

We LOVE our BearButt Hammocks. They are the first hammocks we’ve owned but I’ve been told they are as good as the ones twice the price. I especially love the straps. It makes putting up a hammock super easy, you don’t have to worry about knots. I also used a strap as a leash for my two year old as we were breaking camp. He likes to bolt and hide, we could take that risk in the wilderness. BearButt didn’t intend for them to be used this way, but it worked for us. :-)

As tough as the hammock

I purchased these straps in tandem with a Bear Butt hammock and I am highly impressed. The straps are fairly heavy for their size, which could be a bad think if you're looking for a backpacking strap. However, to me, the heavy straps mean heavy duty! I am really excited to use these camping when you don't want to spend an hour using tiny ropes to hold up your hammock. The materials are high quality which I assume will be great to resist against tears and strain

Must have for Hammock set up... So much easier and more adjustable than ropes.....

I bought these to go with my Bear Butt Double Hammock Bear Butt #1 Double Hammock, A Start Up Company with Top Quality Gear at Half the Cost of the Other Guys, Dark Green/Light Green and, they make setup a breeze! Plus if you (like I did) discover that your didn't get your heights and/or slouch just right at first, these straps make adjusting your setup a breeze.... Definitely a must have for hammock camping, and I'm now in love with the Bear Butt brand... Amazing products, and their "how to" videos are geared towards folks like me who need simple, easy to follow instructions for using their products.

I looked into hammocks to use at home, on the trail, mobile on and off the boat/ANYWHERE AT ANYTIME. I was for backing a "New kids succeeding". After reading, I knew the product was sound. It made sense.the hammock, straps ect. have arrived and I knew I was right. It is light-weight, small enough to tuck in and carry all over, and comfy as all get out. I'm 72, older with years of wisdom behind me, I have seen the best and it comes from this Great, exciting youth!!!! I am proud to join the BEAR BUTT CLUB. You Rock!

Best Tree Straps

Wonderful, made attaching my hammock easy. Bear Butt is one of the most reputable companies I've EVER EVER dealt with. I will be buying more from them. They have lots of attachments and are easy. it was easy breazy. Just an update with some more information: These are still rock solid and none of the spots to hang my hammock have come loose. They making hanging the hammock very simple, and adjustments are even simpler. Bear Butt continues to impress. After using them 5-6 times on 5 night camping trips I have full confidence they will continue to work well during their use.

So simple, even I can use it!

These straps are the best! After several years of wishing I had a hammock, I finally bought one (Bear Butt!) and got these straps. I am not real handy, and I thought I would struggle getting straps on the trees. Seriously, these are so easy to use the different loops make adjusting the height of your hammock simple. My friend, who has used a hammock for years, was amazed at the ease of use and will probably be purchasing a set! Don't look at other straps, just buy these!!.

Strong, no stretch, excellent quality.

Strong, well made, and well packaged. Work as well as my Eno Atlas straps & Kammok Pythons, for less cash. If you're buying your first hammock, and thinking about skipping the straps in favor of using whatever rope comes with your new hammock, please reconsider. Most of us overestimate our knot-tying skills. These straps may add a bit of money to your initial expenses, but they save so much time and hassle. Your hammock won't slip, or come untied in the middle of the night. You really should buy these straps. I just wish they had a solid black or black/white option. The colors match the Bear Butt hammocks, but I could see buying other sets to use with hammocks from other companies. Excellent customer service.

Best straps. Best company.

These are by far the best straps I have ever purchased. They are SO easy to put up and take down. They are super sturdy and reliable. I never trust thin straps for a two person hammock and these make me feel safe when other people jump in mine. They are thick but still easy to roll up and not take up room. I think that these are the best straps in the whole world of hammocks. I have had many people ask me where I bought them because they see how easy they are to use. They are amazing and I love this company! They have amazing customer service and they have the best products for the best price. Will 100% be buying from them again.
