Amazing product! Fits and looks great!

Just installed these on our new 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. They fit perfectly! Im not sure how anyone could ever have problems with the 3M two sided tape. Follow the instructions and they will install rock solid! Clean the surface with some rubbing alcohol, or anything that will remove any film or dirt etc. Peel the plastic off the tape, off BOTH pieces of tape, then line the piece up and apply it starting from one end and work your way down. Press firmly up and down the piece so it is stuck nice and all the way down. These are NOT going anywhere! Glad I bought them.

A must have for jeep cosmetic protection

Shortly after getting my gecko green jeep I could see where I was getting in and out I would occasionally drag a boot across the bare painted surface. I had a similar situation from the 3 other passenger doors. These installed very easily and quickly in the jeep. The 3m tape provided a secure mount. These looked great as well. I'd highly recommend these for protection and aesthetics.

Must buy for your Wrangler

Worth purchasing these entry guards - simple and strong. Noticed that we were kicking then entry quite a bit after the purchase of our Wrangler and knew these would be a must buy. Actually can't believe that Jeep doesn't include these standard on each Wrangler... that said it's a nice product from Rugged Ridge. Looks like it came from the factory - see before and after shots...

Better than the mopar version.

I'm on my second jeep jku. On my first I purchased the mopar version of these. I don't usually like seeing name brands plastered on items I buy like this, but the price difference was worth it. Upon receiving these are much better than the mopar version. They felt thicker and the adhesive tape on them was far better applied. Would buy again.

Great product for your Jeep.

The guard arrived on time and in and good condition. The installation was pretty quick and easy. They did not interfere with the door at all. The best feature to me is that they wrap over the door sill and don’t just cover the outer portion of the sill. They have been on for several weeks now and still look great.

Easy, self-adhesive tape installation

Easy, self-adhesive tape installation. Stopped the kids from scuffing the paint on the bottom of the door frames as they got in and out. Looks great. Definitely worth the price. I only wish the pattern matched the pattern in my stock rubber floor mats.

Great product, some trade offs to consider.

Easy to install, does what it says. Protects the door sills from scrapes, bumps etc. Feels solid in the hand, and after a few months in the Jeep it's holding up great. I found myself wondering, gee why doesn't Jeep just ship their product with these already installed? Then I went wheeling in some muddy water and to my dismay, even though the water was only 2-3 inches above the bottom of the door, my interior was flooded. I can't prove it, but I believe the black entry guard kit most likely kept the weather stripping from fully sealing to the door, causing water to enter in around the door guards. Still a great product, but be aware of the possible trade off if you go wheeling often in medium water.

Love these sill guards!

I bought the Rugged Ridge guards for my 2016 JKU after having "cheaper' guards on my 2010. There is a big difference in the area of protection that these offer over the others. The Rugged Ridge guards cover nearly every inch of the door sill. In addition, they are slightly soft and flexible; allowing for more grip for your feet and less damage if something were to really come down on them. Well worth the few extra bucks!

Nice accessory to include in your jeep

Packaging came in in good condition. If you are confused where does one go, there is a indication at the bottom of each guard. Installation is very easy, you can watch a YouTube video or just rely on the installation sheet provided. Best to apply these in hot days so the adhesive will stick for sure. One of the things I like about this is the coverage of the guard. It covers and latches the part nearest the insides of the car. Lastly, make sure you start sticking on the plastic part to get full coverage (and not overlap on that part)

Finishing touch. Excellent Sill Guard!

Should be included as a factory install with the purchase of a Jeep. Such is not the case. Very good value; MOPAR part is almost twice the cost. These actually fit over the ridge and increase the stability of the product and provide excellent protection of your Jeep's door sill. Highly recommended. Oh, and they take but 10-15 minutes to install. Just be sure to wipe down the surface with rubbing alcohol before application.
