Great Grooming Clippers!

This grooming set and some YouTube videos made for a pretty professional style groom on my maltipoo at home! The clipper charged lasted the entire grooming, probably 1.5 hours on/off, and they were quiet. The scissors included were great to use on the legs, paws and face. The comb, plus dog coat conditioning spray I had, helped with removing knots and subtle mats from my dogs hair. I've attempted previous home grooms on my dog, but it always looked uneven and terrible. My family thought I had gotten my dog professionally groomed when they saw him two days later! I can now save $80+ on grooming every 6 weeks by doing the bath/cut at home and only getting the nails, ears, etc. completed at the vet. I used the 6 mm comb w/ the 1.4 mm adjustment on his coat all over, 3 mm comb on his rear area to shave down more, the 9 mm comb on top of his head, the teeth scissors on his face and the flat scissors on the legs, paws and tail.

Light and comfortable to use

I like how light these clippers are. They did not get hot. Unfortunately, my cats hair was just too fine to use the different blade guides. The clippers did cut her hair with no blade guides on...which resulted in a less professional look. The sound is not very loud and my cat didn't mind all the activity of getting her hair cut. All in all I really like the clippers.

Excellent razor quiet quiet quiet

This razor is amazingly quiet. This is the first time ever that she stood still while I've shaved her. This 4lb pup has 10lbs of fur.

This thing is awesome, I love how it is cordless and you can charge the battery separately. My dog hates to be trimmed, but he does well with this product. The only problem that I had was that the adapters for the hair length are a little difficult to attach to the trimmer, but besides that I really like it. Scissors are very high quality and sharp also.

Great product great price

First quality product. Nice and quiet. I'm very happy with my purchase. Getting the hang of home grooming but this makes it easier.

One day I came home and went to say hi to my dog and it looked like he got hit with a lawnmower... my dad laughed and thought it was funny, but needless to say I would not walk my dog for a good month. So this time around, now that it's summer and he is Sir Scruffy McFlea prone, I decided to buy this trimmer for my dad and it looks like it worked out pretty well. It's actually very quiet and I guess he didn't have to recharge during the process, but my dog is pretty small, a good 10 pounds maybe if even that. Great buy! It comes with everything you need to shave your furry friend.

Good for closer shaving and detail work on your pet

UPDATE 5/24/17: This seller responded and even gave me a full refund - they did not make me return the item either. I updated this to 5 stars just based on their prompt response to my complaint. I am very pleased with their customer service. I do still like the cordless aspect and it is pretty quiet so I will still use it for closer touch ups on my dog as it doesn't get as hot as my other clippers get so as long as I keep my dogs hair shorter and keep it from matting, these clippers work just fine. It does very well for closer work without the combs. Her fur is very thick though (like curly poodle hair) so I have to keep it brushed constantly. It helped with cutting her tummy fur and more sensitive areas. I was hoping this would work well for my little dog but her fur is too thick and curly. I ended up buying a professional-grade Andis set of clippers for her regular grooming needs and its working very well. The combs on this one weren't snug enough on the blade to keep from catching her hair constantly and it would pull her hair and scare her. It was awful. :-(

Surpassed my low expectations immediately

Love love love this product. Not gonna lie wasn't expecting to much greatness for a 30 dollar clippers but boy was I wrong. Worked great on my labradoodles thick coat! Just had to go in slowly so it can easily shave everything off without leaving chunks behind. Even cut. First time using clippers on a dog too and I think I did pretty great! Took me about 30 minutes to complete the trim. He struggled a bit since he's new to the family and is still shy but was able to to a great job. Buy it ! Also the set is great since it comes with numerous items that are useful!

Great product!

I've always gone to Petco to get my chocolate poodle looking neat and nice. However the prices went up which made me look for an alternative. I figured, my dog - my styling! I found this product after looking at the wahl clippers but don't be fooled by the name brand. This is a high quality product and works well! My poodle, Korben looks awesome after my first time using clippers ever. I would recommend using the 6mm of you want a low cut that still allows some curls to remain. 3mm only if your in the dead of summer. Very low noise and the wireless capability makes clipping very easy. Charges quickly - a very fine purchase and well worth the cost.
