Great tonic flavor... needs a new label design
first rate flavor. I use this with my sodastream. I found the flavor has a very pleasing citrus taste, and does not catch your tongue like many of the "canned tonics". My only complaint is appearance of the label: it looks kinda' cheesy... but the product is first rate!

Great ginger taste!
I used to grate my own ginger and squeeze the juice out for the best flovor. This is much more convenient. Great ginger taste and as strong as you like it depending on how much you use. I have used 2 bottles in the past two months. I add it to cranberry juice, soda water, you name it. Make my own ginger beer for pennies. No wasted leftover cans. I love this product. Wish I could buy it by the gallon.

Deliciously Refreshing Tonic Water
Received the tonic concentrate today. Bottle has a great looking label, but the plastic bottle may not fit in with the look of a classier bar set-up for a cocktail or holiday party. Immediately made myself a glass of tonic water. One ounce of syrup to five ounces of club soda was the recommendation on the bottle. Seems spot on. The syrup is a thin consistency which leads to easy mixing of the concentrate simply by poyring. Heavy taste of Quinine leads a wonderful bitterness balanced by the citrus of the other botanicals. Decided it was time to move onto a classic G&T. The bottle recommends a 12 ounce glass filled with ice, 1.5 ounces gin, 1 ounce syrup, topped with club soda. Following those directions led to a drink with slightly less tonic flavor than I preferred. Fortunately, the consistency of the concentrate makes it easy to add more to taste. Bottle also has instructions for making Tonic or G&T on draft for those with a force carbonation setup. Overall, I highly recommend this product as a great high end tonic concentrate.

Best of the Best
Hands down, this is the best Ginger Beer product I've every come accross! It's extremely versatile. Being a bartender for the better part of 17 years I know when I come accross a good product. It's incredibly rare to find a craft concentrate of this quality. My new favorite use for it is in a Ginger Mango Margaritas. You gotta try one. They're delicious.

Makes delicious ginger brew with a bite...
If you are used to artificial ginger ale and high fructose corn syrup, and are not used to the bite of real ginger, then this syrup may not be for you. If you love ginger brew and the taste of real sugar and real ginger, you will not find a better ginger syrup. It is tasty and armed with a soda stream makes delicious ginger brew with a bite...just the way I like it.

Best Traditional Craft Tonic Syrup
I have been drinking Top Hat for a year plus and the only time I have tried other brands is when it wasn't available and while the others were interesting none had the clean, sharp, summertime perfect flavor of Top Hat, one tasted like rosewater, fine if you want rosewater not if you want tonic. I make G&Ts, drink it virgin as a nice refresher and have tried in combination with other concentrates I make or have had on hand and the flavor is clean and strong enough that even when I make a mistake in the combination it works out okay.

YUMMY ginger!
I've gotten addicted to this syrup. I usually pair it with Gentlemen Jack Bourdon and carbonated water and it's amazing! I find the recipe on the bottle a little heavy sugar level wise and usually use less than is recommended for my drink. It's got a surprising 'kick' from the ginger at the end. This is not your typical ginger ale/beer that tastes like seagram's ginger ale, It's fabulous and much more old school!

Best experience on Amazon EVER.
This is one of the best items I've ever purchased. I fell in love with this stuff at a local event and was thrilled to find it online at Amazon. I had a question for the seller, and we ended up on the phone talking about this product. Shane, the owner/creator of Top Hat, takes enormous pride in the quality of his product, and it's evident when you taste the product. I originally had this mixed with grapefruit-infused vodka and club soda. However, Top Hat also makes an equally unparalleled product -- Paloma Ruby Go Wild Concentrate Top Hat Paloma "Ruby Go Wild" Concentrate - 32oz Bottle Makes 32 Drinks (Draft and Frozen Cocktail Syrup)-- with which you can use plain vodka and not have to have grapefruit vodka on hand. I honestly can't say enough good things about Top Hat products and its creator.

This stuff is GREAT!!
Just tried your Top Hat Provisions Ginger Beer mixer and OH MY GOSH, you folks have got this recipe down! Thank you for creating just the right blend of ginger, sugar and other spices to make this most excellent brew π π I've got your Tonic and your Lemonade on order from Amazon, for some reason I have a nagging suspicion they will be fabulous too! πΈπ I recently received a Sodastream as a gift and I'm obviously adding some new drinks to my repitore, and it's really FUN!! Thank you for a most excellent product! I WILL BE BACK FOR MORE!!

Excellent, convenient. flavor is great
I use only 2 tsp. per day of this product, and like the taste better than I do lime wedges, added to my Titos and diet tonic water, I live alone, drink alone, at 77, by choice, long story. I would like to put it in smaller bottles for my own convenience, but also would like those smaller bottles to be labeled. I live in the middle of nowhere, no bars or liquor stores in town, therefore prefer to buy my liquors online. Yes, I am on a limited income, but in this world we all make our choices on how to disperse our funds, don't we? So, I suppose I can locate smaller bottles in which to pour and could probably find a way to print a label....but, do you actually have smaller bottles available? - Thanks for your help. - The sailor's widow.
