These are my favorite macaroon baking mats. They are the standard size of Macaroons ,and having the circle indents really helps with keeping all Macaroons even and looking neat. I definitely recommend these to anyone who wants to bake Macaroons!Yes Macaroons stick to the mat but wait little longer until they are completely cool before trying to remove them.

Great quality for the price it makes perfect looking Macarons a bit small but it does its job.

I love this product. It works wonders for even Macarons. You do have to be mindful of how big you want your Macarons since the stencil is so close together. I did have some of my Macarons stick together but that’s because I went too close to the edge. Aim to pipe to the inner ring and you won’t that problem. The Macarons come out clean from the sheet. Just make sure you wait a couple of minutes after taking them out from the oven. I cook mine at 300f for 20 minutes.

Added this to a box of macaron mix and was the perfect gift for my niece who loves macarons and is anxious to try making them herself.

I have been trying to perfect my macarons for a while and I couldn’t find anything that would get me the feet that I wanted. Until these! Some other reviewers were having a hard time getting the macarons to come off without making a mess. They also had problems cleaning them. Here are the answers to both problems: Wash: soak in hot water for about a minute, then use a soft sponge to gently wipe everything off. Removal: as soon as you pull the baking sheets out of the oven, take a small glass of water, lift up one of the corners of the mat, and pour some under it. Shake the baking sheet around so the water disperses. This creates a steaming effect that will help to remove them. Then what I’ve done is take the mats off immediately after the steaming process is done and leave them on the counter overnight. In the morning I put them in the freezer for a few hours and viola! They pop right off!
