It is so important that your dog kennels are secured down to your car just in case of a traffic accident. I see too many people with their dog's loose in the vehicle or using travel pet carriers that are not designed to withstand an accident. You want to protect your dogs from injury but also any kennels flying through the air and hitting the diver or passengers. I used these D-Ring tie downs along with some stainless steel bolts that fit pefectly on a Ruff Land dog kennel. The quality of build and finish look like they will last me the life of the kennel.

I have a 2009 Jeep Wrangler JK 4dr. Install was a breeze, and fit was perfect, even though I have added additional wide washers. The material is very thin, and can be bent by hand. Time will tell how durable it is. UPDATE: over a year now, and they are still working well. One of the best “upgrades” I've done. The tab material is indeed thin, but since it’s compressed in the bolt it doesn’t seem to be an issue. I wouldn’t use a ratchet strap, but they work well for bungee cords and lashing.

They are better than I expected. I wouldn’t put a lot of tension on them but they serve the purpose I got them for. I will use them for securing items in the back of my JKU from sliding around (such as my battery jumper, air compressor hose and bug out bag :) ). They seem like they will work perfectly for that. They are very comparable to the OEM floor D rings in my opinion too. Someone said they were sloppy looking due to the hole being much bigger than the hardtop bolts. I was worried about this and it wasn’t the case for me (see photos).

Lets face it, you can always use more tie down spots in any vehicle. Jeeps are no exception. These were a great addition to my Jeep.

I saw these and thought they looked like a great idea and would be useful. After installing them in my JK and a few trips later I wonder what I did without them for so many years.

Simple D-rings that go with GPCA T-handles I bought for my Jeep JL...Seem sturdy enough for my needs ( tie down points for bungees/ no heavy duty hauling)..simple install.

Picked these up for more secure points in Jeep, sturdy and strong. Bit tight for the open and close aspect but once installed much appreciated. Actually bought another pack for around house to mount a sun sail and other items.

Purchased these along with a privacy cover for the trunk of my jeep wrangler. Product came as advertised and was very easy too install. In about 5 to 10 minutes time, had all 6 installed. Work perfectly for that I purchased them for. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase time downs for their wrangler. Also, always here to help out the small U.S. businesses.

Nice addition to the Jeep. Sometimes you just need to secure those loose items, this helps. Note that they are for light duty items.

Good quality for the price. Very similar to Jeep OEM D rings.
