Nice quality, comfortable, 1 yr old loves it.
My son is obsessed with this swing. It's a nice quality and seems like it will last a long time. You will likely need the extension straps to hang it because the ropes on the swing are short but it makes it nice because we unhook the swing and take it in the garage when we are done and it's easy to unhook from the "permanent" straps that stay in the tree. By taking it in we had a full summer daily use and it still looks brand new with no fading. Glad we bought it, it's more convenient than going to park every day since my now 13 month old only likes to swing. Hes very large for his age at 34 in and 30 lbs but has sat comfortably in it and will likely until hes ready for a big boy swing. I would highly recommend

We hung this inside using some crazy big screws into a beam above a door frame. My 6 month old loves it and reaches for it when he sees it. The have had it since he was about 4 months and he liked it then too but we wedged blankets on the side to make him fit better. Now he is 23 lbs and he sits in there himself. The ropes in the front are connected and the ropes in the back are connected. Sometimes they get a little wonky but it's really easy to readjust them by just pulling them. The snaps are easy enough for me to use but hard enough that a kid would have a lot of trouble getting out. The parts seem to be of good quality, though I can't say how they do outside as I have mine inside.

Best swing for toddler
Very sturdy and well built swing. It holds my squirmy 1.5 year old very securely, and the safety clasps are out of reach for him to manipulate. Every time we play outside he will ask to go in his swing. It seems very comfortable for him because he falls asleep in it and he never complains while in it like he does when he's in one of those thick rubber bucket seats you find at public parks. I was so pleased with the swing, I purchased a second one for our property. Very easy to get him in and out. When hanging the seat from a tree branch, I'd recommend pairing with a canvas/nylon swing strap and not to use a chain directly around the branch. At first I used a chain from Lowe's to wrap around a 6 inch thick branch, and about a month and a halfs worth of repetitive use caused the chain to saw about 1/3rd through the branch. Excellent product and very highly recommended over the other products on the market

Thank you Amazon!
First off, I want to say that I ordered this on 12/22 @ 12:00 in the morning and just like Amazon had promised my packages are arriving before Christmas. This was a last minute purchase. I had an Epiphany that I was going to have 5 children in my house all under the age of 6 on Christmas Day. I needed something to distract them. I have a screened in patio and I will be putting this up for the infants-2 nieces. Then I bought the Happy Hippie tree swing for the boys who are are old enough for a tree swing. I am so excited that these have arrived on time. Truthfully I didn't think they would but figured it was worth a shot. Thank you Amazon!

Works great on our Zip Line!!
Okay, so we're not using this with a swing set, we're using it with a 90 foot zip line in the back yard. We put our one year old grand daughter on the zip line seat, and held her in place for a couple rides. When it was time to get off, the world exploded! Major tantrum! So, I ordered this so we wouldn't have to hold her in place and BINGO!! Works great and she LOVES IT!! My back loves it too! I'm sure it would work every bit as well with a swing set. No issues or concerns with safety using this swing seat, though we make all the kids (ages 1,4,5 and6) wear helmets when riding.

Fun!
Yay! I am so glad we got this swing. My 9 month old (29.75", 22 lbs) loves it and fits in it just fine. We installed it with chain over a tree branch and it feels safe even when swinging high, which he loves to do :) This is the classic first swing - you can also install it on a swingset. One thing that I would like to change is the yellow plastic ropes - baby is always chewing on them and I am pretty sure they are coated in terrifying chemicals. Other than that, though, I give the swing 2 thumbs up and 99 giggles :)

Love Little Tikes products.
We love little tikes products. My mother in law had this swing at her home and our one year old likes it so much we bought one for our house as well. This swing set is easy to put up, especially if you already have a swing set. Our child has used this swing since he was about four or five months old and is still using it at one year. He weighs 28 pounds and there is plenty of growing room for him. I would recommend waiting until your little one can hold their head up. When our little guy was smaller we would put him in it and then roll a small swaddle blanket on each side of him for cushion. It was really more of a just in case... our little guy has been active since day one so I've learned to be extra careful. I recommend this swing to all of my mommy friends.

Great for 1.5 yr olds
They're working out great for my 17 month twins-weighing about 22 lbs each. The loops that come on the ropes fit perfectly on our pergola beams. The swings are kind of high but that's ok- the babies can walk under them without getting smacked

Two Years Still going STRONG, a favorite!
It's been up for almost two years and I am very pleased. I purchased separate smooth swinging eye swivels to hook them to. I bought two of these and my grandchildren love them. Easy adjustment, easy in and out with straightforward adjustments once my grandkids are in them. Even though they are not intended for older kids, I have a niece who is in 3rd grade and she sat in them and swung without breaking. Very comfortable and no pinch-points so far. You can control the tilt of the swing easily to accommodate little ones that don't have a lot of neck strength yet. Lots of fun, easy to hang and I highly recommend these toddler swings that will see many years of use!
