Excellent - No need to go through the hassle of a full wash after each use

If you're worried about the hassle of taking it apart and washing it, I have some advice: If you're willing, I'd recommend just rising the pizza grease off with steaming hot tap water -- and maybe a little soap -- after each use and putting it straight back into you kitchen drawers. I'm a single college student and this is obviously an "easy way out," but I don't see the need for a complete wash after just getting a little pizza grease on the blade with a few cuts. Then, perhaps, you can fully take it apart and give it a true wash one every few weeks or so. If you don't worry about a complete washing after each use, it's really a handy and easy-to-use utensil.

Great cutter and super customer service!

Fabulous pizza cutter, sharp, easy continuous "roll" as it cuts it way through even the thickest crust "end . Easy to take apart to clean. Fits neatky in a drawer, great safety features with a nice heavy well out together feel to it. And, fabulous customer service! I lost the original instructions on how to dismantle to clean and emailed the company CEO. Ash responded with the directions in just a few hours. Thank you! My suggestion, dont waste your $ on other brands, buy this one and it will be the last cutter you will need.

Great cutter, safe too!

Our old cutter was similar design but no guard and after only a couple uses the three blade got wobbly. This one is no worries about cutting your hand in the drawer. Cuts pizza, pastry, quesadillas and sandwiches like a dream. My son had autism and feels safer using this for his toast, and quesadillas. I don't need to do for him. One more step to make him feel independent!

Fantastic design. Must have for folks with arthritis!

Excellent pizza cutter. Very sharp, almost too sharp. Does have safety cage to protect blade while in storage. The thing that makes this such a great pizza cutter is the design. Instead of having a handle that moves the downward pressure away from the blade this one keeps your hand on top putting all the downward pressure right on top of the blade. Where it should be. This mean for those that have arthritis or other wrist issue you get some relief because you don't need to press down nearly as hard as you would with a standard butter. Very happy with my purchase!

Ingenious design

Love this product so much! Easy to clean, great ease of use, and the blade cover for storage is brilliant. ONLY down side is it is firmly secured so my husband has to open it for cleaning as I have arthritis. But I would rather have to do that then have my toddler be able to open it!

The best cutter out there for the money. Easy to take apart and clean.

After researching, as I always do, I decided on purchasing this cutter wheel. This item has one of the highest percentage 5 star ratings that are out there and for good reason. I've also read the one and two star rated reviews and it seems some of the bad comments are about the design by trying to take it apart to clean it. Well, I've only used this cutter wheel two times and it worked like a charm & cuts like a razor like no other I've used before. But, I hadn't taken it apart yet...until now and it's so easy to do! REMEMBER: BLADE IS SUPER SHARP!!! Go easy and DON'T fight it. Taking cutter wheel apart 101: 1. Hold Cutter with Mozzbi logo on top, facing you and thumb over or above logo. 2. Slide/turn the clear shield cover closed until you hear it click and with that same hand 3. Grasp firmly the top part of the clear shield (Be CERTAIN plastic shield is locked closed)... 4. And with original hand slide thumb past the logo towards the clear plastic slide and grab the top, middle edge, past where it says OPEN. 5. Try working your thumb down between the two separate halves as if you're trying to force your way underneath. I can go to the drawer and take out the cutter and pop it open in about 3 seconds. It's really that easy! The first time it unlocked somewhat hard but after the first time it opens fairly easily. NOTE: If you have smaller and or weaker thumbs use a flat screwdriver instead. Just place it underneath between the two halves and lift up the screwdriver handle and it will pop right open. Easy to clean.

A Better Mousetrap

Being able to hold this in the palm of your hand and put your effort right into the pizza is modestly life changing. Having a cover built in will let the thing bang around in a cabinet drawer without destroying the edge and without destroying my fingers. The solid case keeps the blade from flimsily flopping around and actually cuts what you roll it over. Every pizza cutter should be like this. Letters to Cleo have a new thing to sing about.

Great slicer

Love it! Large enough to have a secure grip, with out being to large. Easy to use, blade guard moves easily to allow use and easy to recover the blade..which is very sharp! Love that you can completely dis-assemble to cleaning and re-assembles easily. Great tip use e-mail from the company with tips for use and cleaning safely (much appreciated). It is non-slip material when you grip it is no slipping off and risking a cut. My old wheel was a handle type and had gotten so loose it was not safe to use any longer, SO happy I choose this one, it's fantastic, and doesn't take up much room in my kitchen tool drawer (very small kitchen). Fast delivery, well packaged, great product and a company that cares about their customers!! Very happy with this purchase and this selller..highly recommend this product!

I like that it comes apart for cleaning I tested that ...

I eat lots of pizza and have purchased several pizza slicers over the years. This cutter wheel solves many problems for me. I tried it on tough thin overcooked (burnt) store bought pizza crust and it was very efficient. I had to test it a bit to see where to hold it so my fingers were out of the way, but I was able to get an even cut through the crust. I like that it comes apart for cleaning I tested that feature before use. I also like the blade guard. I received it promptly after ordering, which was great because I could put away my paring knife. My hands have some arthritis, and I had no problems with this utensil. You just have to plan how to hold the pizza in place. Thank you for a product that I will be using at least twice a week.

Compact, nice looking and effective

All I wanted was a decent pizza cutter that didn't clutter the draw with a big handle. This fit the bill. It comes apart easily, cleans quickly and cuts fantastic. I was concerned that cheese and sauce would get caked on the inside of the storage compartment, but that hasn't been an issue. Cuts thin and Sicilian style pizza well. Not meant for Stuffed pizza's, that requires a knife. Dishwasher or hand wash, this has been easy to clean. Thanks Mozzbi!!!
