12/19/17: Contacted the company after I wrote the first review with a 1 star. I have now upgraded them to 5 stars because of their instant response to my woes. In this day and age with price being so competitive, the customer service really helps a product/company stand out! I received a brand new one within the week. Like I had said originally, this is a really great massage pillow for daily use. The matter it to suddenly stop was not as inconvenient because they acted so quickly! Worth a try, definitely. Quality, affordability and great service! 12/10/17-I don’t know what happened, it was great from the moment I unboxed it on October 28. Pressure, durability was great, turned off automatically when it needed to. The cover was good too. I bought this to replace a different brand, but similar that lasted three years with daily use. It was double the price, perhaps I need to go back to more expensive ones. Today it’s been almost 2 months and all of a sudden it doesn’t work anymore, the red heat light comes on but no motor running. Have unplugged everything and hoped like a laptop it would magically reboot but no. Sorely, literally, disappointed.

I received it promptly. Plugged it in. Turned it on. Sat against it. I'm not making dinner. Forget dinner. I'm staying here. I'm not going to shower or go to work tomorrow. Not going to lean forward toward the coffee table for the remote... thank God I already had my cell in my pocket. So as long as you don't have any responsibilities or children or dogs that need walking, I highly recommend this. But make sure you've paid the electric bill first. Or they'll turn it off after a while, and you'll have to go use it in Starbucks... Ahhhhhhhhh. Ahhhhhhhhhhh... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

It feels so good! Destroys knots and works out the kinks!

I bought this because I was waking up regularly with neck pain and head aches from spending all day on the computer and the phone at work. I use it twice a week on average for 15-20 minutes at a time. Since receiving it, the neck pain and headaches have almost completely disappeared. It destroys the knots and works out all the kinks in my upper back and neck. Well worth it for what amounts to the cost of one half hour session with a professional masseuse.

OBSESSED

I work 12 hour shifts at the hospital & my boyfriend works 12-14 hour shifts for a major concrete company. Both of our backs are constantly hurting & we place bets with each other so that the loser owes the winner a back massage... that's how badly we both hurt. I bought this for him as a Christmas gift & I wanted to try it out to make sure that it worked before wrapping it... & it hasn't made it back into the box yet because I am OBSESSED with it. It is absolutely amazing & very strong kneading roller balls that really do the job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Stuck on the couch and can’t get up...

This product is everything everyone says and that’s about all we can say. It’s pretty amazing for the price. I purchased this for my spouse’s 55th birthday. It’s now been about 4 hours since it was delivered. He hasn’t left the couch except for necessary life activities. The massager actually shut down because it became too hot (it’s a safety feature - no dings there). It’s now cooled down after about an hour and he’s back at it again...probably going to need to buy a couple more of these amazing little machines with ninjas inside... Digs in your aching muscles real, real goooood!!

This is my 3rd massager like this, but it's the first one with heat. So far, I really like this one. I will say the material it's covered in is slick, causing the massager to slip down between the seat and tha chair back. I do like the switch on the cord. This is replacing a unit that had the switch on the unit itself, and had gotten really sticky and hard to switch on and off. This one won't do that - yay! On the other ones I had - different brands - the material covering the little massage "thumbs" wore out. Hope this is better in that regard. I must go now and let it do its thing! EDIT - it just quit. The heating element comes on, but there is no vibration nor do the little massage balls rotate. I'm looking for a different one. EDIT #2 OK, it started again after it sat for an hour or so. In the meantime, I ordered one that's not slick, and is flatter, so more comfortable to use. However, the customer service I received from this seller is amazing. I was offered a replacement unit, then a different model, then my money back - all of which I refused as I am keeping this model. I couldn't have asked for more, in fact it was an embarrassment of riches. If you go with this model, just be aware it doesn't turn off by itself after 20 minutes, but will if it thinks it's getting too hot. Otherwise it's a great massager.

Oh my!

Worst product ever. I USED to be a productive member of society. Now? Now I just lay here with my pillow. Dishes are pilling up, the laundry hasn’t been done, and I don’t know what day it is anymore! Every muscle of my body is so relaxed that I can no longer tell them to move. And to make matters worst I could not be happier about it!

first one came broken and had to be returned but it wasn't the sellers fault, amazon sent the original and the replacement without any sort of padding inside the box and the item bounced around inside it and got damaged. pros: quiet, powerful and feels like one of those expensive massage chairs on your back, loosens knotted muscles in minutes cons: cord is not very long, and controller feels like it is situated to close to the pillow to easily reach

Absolutely must have

I broke my neck and now I have muscle and nerve damage I've tried everything this gives me more relief than anything I've tried. I was so happy with it I cried when you're in pain 24/7 and you find something like this it's amazing to me. If you have any kind of neck or shoulder pain do yourself a favor BUY THIS
