Great mount

After searching for a decent mount for our mini projector I came across this one. I wasn't sure whether or not it would hold ours based on the leveling foot screw placement on our projector, but it fits and holds very well. There is a oblong hole on the post part of the mount at the top which I would guess is for the cord to go through, but there isn't one to insert the cord at the base of it. Nor is it large enough to fit our cord, so I just zip tied our cord to the pole. The screws included to mount the bass plate were not strong enough to go into our oak and broke off at the head even with predrilling the holes. The adjustment ball works great for the height that our projector is mounted, it allowed us to center our projected image directly onto the screen. In my photo you can see that one of the screws isn't fully screwed in because it hit something metal and wouldn't go any further, it does not affect the mount as the other 2 are securely in place.

Works as advertised - be aware of wall-projector clearance for cables.

Easy to install. However, if installing horizontally, make sure you have enough clearance for the HDMI cable (or other cables) from the wall. A 90 degree angle adapter is very helpful in this situation.

If you have a stud handy, this is perfect

If you are bolting to a ceiling or wall stud, this is perfect. The projector remains stable and it's easy to adjust. It only took a couple minutes to set up. I would only recommend it for small projectors, or cameras.

Love it

Bought this to go with my mini projector I purchased as well from Amazon. Works perfectly as described and had no issues with it. You can mount it from the roof or the wall. I ended up mounting it from the wall upside down. Thank you for a great product at a very cheap reasonable price. I would definitely purchase again in the future.

Having a blast with my new projector.

Works Great. Nice and compact and easy to use. I do have to tell you to make sure you have enough distance between the projector and the screen. The distance of mine is 13 paces (heal to toe. I can't find my tape measure). I currently have to reduce the "magnification", for lack of a better word, to 75% to have the image fit on the screen I'm using. I'll post the link to the screen I'm using. The projector does state is needs complete darkness for it to work well. They are not kidding. One can see the image with some light in the room but it won't be as clear and crisp as it does in total darkness. I recommend using Twisted Veins ACHRALA4 Pack of Four (4) HDMI Right Angle Connectors/Adapters if you plan to mount it on the wall, especially if you're going to use a ChromeCast which protrudes a great distance w/o these adapters. The speaker, that are fed by the HDMI, are not that loud but they do have an audio jack (3.5mm) which works well. I has a standard mount screw for mounting on a stand or wall.

Easy to install and solid

Fit my projector perfectly! Easy to install and solid. When I opened the box I was concerned that the adapter would be the wrong size but figured out that the right one was in the box. Swapped out the adapters in seconds and was good to go. I will be ordering another for my second projector soon!

5 stars. Worth the money

It's a great product. I wanted for about 1 month to write a review on the product. And. It's great. Holds my mini projector very well. Can be mounted on any ceiling angle as u can see in the pics provided. My ceiling that I have it mounted on is a 45 degree angle. Great buy. Would but again without hesitation

Lightweight, easy, attractive and effective mount for mini projector

This mini projector mount is exactly as described, was easy to mount and looks great on my wall. It allows for a lot of movement of the ball and socket head that attaches to the projector. It's light weight and doesn't tug on the drywall at all. The only thing that could have made it better (not really for me because I'm experienced at mounting/building but perhaps for other buyers) is an instruction sheet on how to properly mount or assemble. For $10, it's amazing.

Worth it

Alright, not going to lie. Thought this was gonna be a bust and was skeptical about this item. However I mounted it to my wall and it held up my Qumi Q7 projector like a champ. Originally I built a shelf to hang it but didn’t work like how I wanted. This worked perfectly and I even paid for same day delivery to see if it was what I needed. Don’t recommend using the screws that came with it honestly. I used the wall dog screws( the ones even if you don’t have a stud you can secure 75 lbs in drywall) that I already bought and now it won’t be going anywhere.

works as it should

I didn't buy this to mount a projector. I bought it to hold my dslr and bmpcc camera for a top down shot. It works great. I just mount my camera onto it and mount it onto a c-stand and it works like a charm. I'm sure it'll work great on a projector.
