I bought a car that was 8 years old and it still smelled new. I was impressed but the scent went away and I was wondering why. I found these under the seat. I just used it in my new car with fake leather seats that smell more like new plastic and it smells like I remember but seems to have either worn off quickly or I have gotten used to the smell. We will see tomorrow.

These are the exact thing our local car wash sells for 2 bucks each. The aroma is somewhat like new leather, it is not exact, but to me it is very pleasant, especially compared to what an 8 year old car would smell like anyway. A friend rode in it and told me it smelled just like a new car. It is not overpowering and it is clearly not like perfume. However, after 2 weeks the smell changes to a stale tinge and it really needs to be changed out by that time.

At first they do have a strong smell (smelled a bit chemical) "**BUT**" after some time they smell exactly (your car smells exactly) like brand new brown leather saddle/bag/etc that you would buy. Place one under your seat and just let it sit there (no phun intended). They have to be "STRONG" to last a long time. so calm your "tits" about the strong smell. I've had mine in my vehicle for 3 weeks and it has added to the leather smell. I do already have leather seats so this just made it more robust.

These are the same that our local car detailers put in your car and want to charge several dollars for an extra, so I ordered some for my husband and I. Personally I can smell these better than any Yankee candle brand and these aren't expensive for when I need to swap out the wafer for a fresher leather scent.

bought e new car with leather seats. I adored the smell of it....made me feel all fancy n stuff! Then about 6 moths after I bought it the smell began to wear off... :( oh well, I know it can't last for ever. Last week I dropped a blueberry that I was snacking on and hopped out of the car to find it as it went down the crack of doom between the seat and console and I didn't want a stain or stinky berry. Found one of these little wafers under my seat that clearly the dealership had placed under there before I bought it....sneaky little buggers. I went on to Amazon to see if they had any of these. Yep! Cuz they have EVERYTHING! Now I'm all fancy again!!!

I had used wonder wafers in a vehicle several years ago and honestly loved them! The old ones I had were not "super" wafers, but kept my vehicle smelling like brand new leather for weeks. These "super" wafers are just as good! For some the first day out of the package may be too powerful of a smell when you first open your vehicle in the morning, but it tones down quickly and plateaus for about two weeks. I was told when I used the original wafers to place them under the seats to help keep the "overwhelm" of New Leather down and that seems to work well. Will be buying again in the future.

I use it in my Honda CRV with leather seats. I put one wafer below the driver seat, and 2 weeks later I put another one below the passenger seat (without removing the first one), and 2 weeks later, I remove the old driver side wafer and put a new one, and so forth. Alternating passenger and driver sides, but there are always 2 wafers in the car, one new and one not so new. I will definately buy again. Many comments that the car smells like new all the time, it is actually 1 year old.

I absolutely love Wonder Wafers, but they aren't wafers they are Wonder Paper. Smell great, I use the leather ones in my BMW and wouldn't recommend any other air freshener a, save for spritzing some high priced cologne in your car. Last about 2 weeks, but it's worth it. They are cheap and effective.

Our guy that details our trucks left these magic wafers in our trucks after he detailed our trucks. One smell and we were sold! The scent will last about a week or so, but at the price, we are not disappointed! My husband loves the leather scent and it is spot on, not the crappy leather scent you get with some auto fresheners. Will buy again!

It's amazing, how powerful these things are. Of course, you need to start with a clean car; it can't compete with months-old McDonald's fries ground into the carpet. After using these things for over a year, I can say that they last about 2-3 days. After that, the fragrance weakens to the point where you can hardly tell the difference. So if you buy them in packs of 25 or more, it's a huge bargain: A pack of 25, for instance, is two months' worth. You'll spend that much money just detailing your car, if you're like me. This review is for the "new leather" scent. The only other one I tried is the "baby powder" one, and while the scent is pleasant, I found that it didn't last more than a day or so. In any case, these little things are a better bargain than anything I've found in auto parts stores, even the gels. I've re-purchased them, and plan to keep doing so. Start small, if you're in doubt, or trying out a new fragrance. But once you see how good these are, order large to save money. They're really meant for tunnel-wash commercial enterprises, but there's nothing stopping you buying them.
