This is a terrific compost bin - it's stylish, slimline, fits perfectly under the sink, keeps out odors and bugs, and is great if you are trying to cut down on waste and compost more. Win for the home and the environment!

I use this for a counter top compost bin. It is perfect, large enough to store a weeks worth of compost and yet never smells. I do not use a liner at all (I just wash/scrub after ever dumping.)

I bought this to use as a small recycling container that we could easily carry to the center regularly. I wanted something with a handle that wasn't too big as we are limited on space. I got the largest size (16L) and it is great for holding our weekly recycling (aside from cardboard boxes). It is great for our purposes and we are considering getting another to hold other things as well.

We use this guy for compost that is collected curbside each week. The bags really don’t hold all that much, given you need to leave some room to twist and tie at the top, but it’s usually just enough for all of the paper towels, eggshells, and food trimmings that our house of two goes through in a week. Only setback is that the bags and contents produce some moisture throughout the week that settles inside the container and it should be wiped down when emptied to prevent mold.

Adorable little bin. The lid rests close, it doesn't snap, which works well for my purpose. It included a few compost bags that fit perfectly, and I will be buying more. It also has a mounting plate and hardware to secure it to a wall if desired. Very cute and well made!

This is a cute bin and now I wish I could buy tons of these to organize my entire life. I bought this one to fit under my kitchen sink so that I can put compost in it. It comes with a biodegradable bag liner and is just the right size to fit in the cupboard below the sink. The plastic is nice quality and it keeps the smelly compost smell from spreading throughout the house. You can also mount these on a wall or somewhere. I don't know where I might do that, but the idea is cool. Maybe you could line a bunch of them up in a closet for recycling, compost, and trash? Or use them to organize a garage? Also, the colors are cute. I'd buy more of these!

I love this trash bin, it is the perfect size for under my desk. It even comes with trash bags that fit inside the bin perfectly. It is great quality and durable. I would highly recommend this trash bin.

I wanted a counter-top compost bin for the kitchen that was a good size but didn't take up too much space. This fits the bill and it looks great. I use it every day. I usually line it with the compost bags (from Costco). It holds a few days worth of compost. And with the handle, it's easy to carry to my yard waste/compost bin for disposal. The best part: it looks great sitting on the kitchen counter.

$20 bucks for a piece of plastic seemed a little stiff to me but, I gotta say this compost bin is the bomb. 1. The lid has a little lip so you can lift it open easily with the side of your arm or hand so if you have a hand full of scraps you don’t have to put your messy hands all over the bin and pry it open like others I’ve had. 2. It is also has a very cute non offensive and simple look with a nice color. 3. The bag system is really nice too it goes under the top lid and prevents the bag from falling down and getting mixed in with you compost. 4. No odor 5. No little flies hanging around 6. The handle is great too, I just take the top lid off and little red ridding hood the bucket to my main compost bin 7. Easy to clean 8. Great size for the kitchen counter doesn’t take up too much room and fits a good amount waste. That’s about it, it’s a pretty good little bin.

One of the things I hate about a lot of products is the space that is wasted both inside and around it. What you see is what you get with the Brabantia bin. It holds a fair amount of waste and keeps the smell in decently well (we used it as a cloth diaper pail and would still if my sons bowels hadn't taken a turn for his father's, they can no longer be contained) my only wish is that they made them bigger so I could use it as a trash can for my kitchen. NOTE: the blue is not exactly the same in the photo. It's less minty and just... Sky blue? Light blue. Idfk
