I had been having a hard time sticking to my diet plan and loosing weight. I started taking four Schwartz products: Forskolin, Green Coffee Bean Extract, Caralluma Fimbriata and Garcinia Cambogia and within a week noticed a huge different. BioSchwartz products really do work!

I've been using Schwartz BioResearch Forskolin along with their Garcinia Cambogia Pure Extract 1600mg with 960mg HCA. This combination has worked surprisingly well. In about 10 days, I lost 1 to 2 notches on my belt. For me, it didn't seem to work like magic. However, these products certainly did help: (a) curb my appetite, (b) reduce my desire to over-eat or "habit eat", (c) stabilize my blood sugar, and (d) stabilize or increase my energy, even if I skip a meal. I've also supplemented Forskolin with Carnitine--after reading that the two may work better to burn fat. Honestly, I can't tell if the Carnitine helped at all. Forskolin does seem to attack belly fat though, so it'll stay in my regimen. I'm honestly surprised at how well Schwartz BioResearch products seem to work. Initially , I approached this with some skepticism. But, I had a vacation planned to Costa Rica and wanted to lose some weight for the swimming pool lol. I decided to give it a shot. When I began using this product I really didn't change my activity level all that much. Within a span of two to three days I noticeably realized that my appetite but not my energy had decreased. In fact truthfully I felt as if I had more energy. I lost 2 pounds the first week without breaking a sweat. Then I came up with the ingenious idea " What if I do at least 20 min a day doing a low impact workout ?" Low impact was the key as I had recently had knee surgery. In the space of 22 days, I lost 18 pounds ! Unbelievable !! I'm not into fads, never wrote a review, look at most everything with a jaded eye and I am stating EMPHATICALLY this product works !
