Solved my problem of feeling tired after hot yoga and keeps my family hydrated too!
I practice Bikram yoga and need a lot of electrolytes to recover from the 90 mins of high heat and humidity. For a couple hours after practice I would feel tired. The studio owner where I practice sells these at the studio and recommended I purchase in bulk to hydrate both before and after practice. I purchased this and it has been an amazing pro-active and recovery electrolyte drink. Now I can practice any time of day and not feel tired for the rest of my day. I drink on a daily basis during summer time and I give it to my husband who doesn't drink as much water as he should and this really makes a difference in his energy levels. I even gave some to my 83 year Mom when she visited and she had more energy for our day. This product also has a low sugar level compared to other electrolyte drinks.

Good drink for those with diabetes and/or high blood pressure who want all natural ingredients!
I am a Type 1 Diabetic and I live in the South where it's very hot and humid. I could use an electrolyte drink sometimes, particularly in the Summer. The problem is that electrolyte drinks are high in sugar & sodium, neither of which is good for me. I searched the internet specifically looking for an electrolyte drink with no sugars and little added sodium and found Ultima on a website about energy/vitamin drinks that specified it was good for diabetics. I ordered the variety pack expecting to dislike at least a few of the flavors, but I actually think they're all good. (Orange is my least favorite, but it's still not bad.) I mix each packet into 32 oz of water. If you find the taste to be too strong or too sweet, I suggest adding more water. Some of the poor reviews state that it doesn't have enough sodium. These drinks have 55 mg of sodium compared to 150 mg in 16 oz of Gatorade. (Gatorade also has no calcium, iron, vitamins A or C, and has 21 grams of sugar.) The lower sodium makes it good for people who need to avoid additional sodium, while still containing enough to replenish Na+ electrolytes that can be lost through sweating. Sodium -yes, it's salt- is typically used in electrolyte supplements because it is one of a number of vital electrolytes that can become imbalanced, and is the most important electrolyte regarding water retention and loss. Higher sodium causes fluid to be retained, while low sodium is indicative of dehydration; thus, the need for sodium to avoid dehydration. Many things can cause electrolyte imbalances and what is done to correct the imbalance depends on what caused it and which electrolyte is low/high. I should hope that if you are looking for an electrolyte supplement without speaking to a doctor, you have at least some understanding of electrolytes and whether or not an electrolyte supplement is actually what you need. If you have a medical need for higher sodium, though, don't rely on this drink. A lot of reviews also cite the use of Stevia as a reason not to buy it. As someone who has been reliant on cancer-ridden artificial sweeteners for 30 years, stevia is the single best alternative to sugar that exists for diabetics and the only NATURAL alternative. It is 100% plant based, not chemically altered, and does not affect blood sugar AT ALL (honey, agave, molasses DO raise blood sugar). It is MUCH sweeter than sugar. It is made from the stevia plant and has been used in South America for hundreds of years for medicinal purposes. It is also known to lower blood pressure and has been used to treat colic and other stomach problems. Because it invokes responses from both bitter and sweet taste receptors some people find it to have a bitter aftertaste. It can, but I haven't found that it does in Ultima drinks -at least not at the concentration I use. Another complaint is that it is too sweet. Again, it is much sweeter than sugar and it can be too sweet if the concentration is too high. Not so for this drink in the concentration I use. If you don't like stevia and don't care about added sugar, just get a drink with the sugar in it. If you need a low-calorie, all-natural supplement without too much sodium, this is it.

I liked the taste, it’s not as bad as some reviews state
This is an honest review.. this stuff is actually really good. It didn’t come with a note saying “give us a good review and we will send u a free product” which I love.. because I HATE receiving amazon products like that since I always purchase based on reviews. Just started keto last week and did my stocking up on supplements to try to stray from the “keto Flu”. It worked. I haven’t felt crappy at all actually and I’ve reached the ketosis state 3 days ago. Everyone has their own taste preference but I thought they were all really good! (I got the variety pack). Even better than mio or any of the other water additives I’ve tasted honestly. Definitely tastier than emergen-c. The electrolytes in it is a bonus, I would drink this in every water if I could bc I like the taste. But that’s my opinion. I Drink one every morning when I wake up and I also added a bit to my vodka waters last night when I was out. Added bonus, helped with the hangover. I definitely recommend this product. I will be getting another box after I finish this one!

MUST BUY - LOVE THESE!!
I love this stuff and I bought more. I'm on the keto diet so I needed an electrolyte helper plus i do fasting. This is great for both. My ONLY complaint is the orange flavor is awful. Really guys, of all flavors. Orange is the bad one?? But seriously keep everything else the same, right down to the colors of them. So good. YOU NEED TO TRY THESE WONDERFUL BABIES! I drink ary least one if not 2 on a daily basis.

Great flavor and great product.....
Great flavors, great product! I love exercising outside and admittedly have a bit of a tennis addiction. I don't like Gatorade and always drank tons of water but after having been hospitalized for an electrolyte imbalance that manifested as fatigue and "heart palpitations", I realized the importance of electrolyte replacement; especially if you are sweating and exercising on a regular basis. I keep these handy packets in my tennis bag, my car, and my purse and use them to replenish before, during and after exercise. I usually have 2 packets per day on days that I exercise and find that it really helps with post-exercise fatigue. I had been using the NUUN electrolyte tablets but they don't dissolve very quickly, especially in cold water, and I really didn't like the flavor. IMO, the Ultima Replenisher has a superior flavor, dissolves easily because it is a powder and has fewer carbohydrates (3g) than most of the NUUN products. Personally, I want the electrolytes without the calories, carbs and sugar so this product fit the bill. All of the flavors are good, the raspberry is my favorite but I don't mind any of them and I would consider myself picky as I don't like any sweet drinks in general.

Great product, tastes delicious!
These were delivered really fast! I'm doing a ketogenic diet and I like that these have Stevia and the electrolytes my body needs. Potassium and Magnesium are super important as well on a ketogenic diet and I like that I can drink this and have a steady stream of it all day long. I work two jobs, 60-75 hours per week so this is a great way to supplement my water and nutrition intake. I'll order these again! They taste really good and they are super refreshing!

Definitely helps with electrolytes
I really like these, to flavor up water, when you want something a little different, and to get some electrolytes. Once a year, I visit Disney World, and the last few trips, I've started feeling uneasy, on the third day, due to all the walking, and heat. Even though I drink a lot of water, while there, I tend to forget to fulfill the right dietary needs, to keep my electrolytes up. On our last trip, I chose the raspberry version, to take on the trip, and at no point did I feel nauseous, or a need to drastically change my food choices, to adjust. Since then, I have started the Keto diet, which often recommends bouillon cubes, during the first week, to help with electrolytes. I chose to use the rest of the packets, from my Disney trip, and it really seemed to help. I ended up reordering, but chose to try this variety pack instead, so I could try more of the flavors. The only flavor I'm not a fan of is the orange... not that it's bad, but just too 'fake' tasting. I think my favorite maybe the lemonade flavor (though raspberry is still up there).

I woke up from a dead sleep with horrible abdominal cramps
I don't usually do reviews, but I had to for this product. I started a keto diet last Monday and was hit with the "keto flu" Tuesday. I woke up from a dead sleep with horrible abdominal cramps. I had ordered this Ultima Replenisher Electrolyte Hydration packets from Amazon, but I hadn't tried taking them yet. I have taken one every afternoon since the night I woke up so sick last week, and I've felt great! I've adjusted to the diet very quickly, and I don't think I would've been able to keep going without this product. I was surprised to find that the Cherry/Pomegranate flavor is my favorite. I don't notice an aftertaste unless I let the product settle at the bottom of the bottom. I just keep shaking the drink between sips.

Great for Keto and Athletes
These are a must if you're doing keto, and they're great for replenishing electrolytes for athletes too. It has zero sugar and zero calories and is totally keto-friendly. They taste like popular sports drinks, but with less chemicals and less sugar. You can totally just pound one of these without even thinking about it. A great supplement!

Helps in My Management of POTS
I have a medical disease known as POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) that requires me to take in large quantities of electrolytes and water. I also, however, have many food allergies and intolerances so I’ve struggled to find an electrolyte drink that I could have. Thankfully, I’ve found Ultima Replenisher, and I’m so glad I did! All the flavors are great (my favs being cherry pomegranate and lemonade). I love the great variety in this pack especially since I have to drink multiple servings per day. Some other reviewers said the drink was gritty, but I’ve found that the powder is fully dissolved within just a few minutes. Highly recommend!!
