Great for tired eyes

I got this for my fiancé. This is what she had to say about it -- A few years back I was a customer of Mary Kay products and they had a Soothing Eye Mask that contained cucumber extract and it did what this gel from Olay is claiming to do. I LOVED that product. I used to tell people that it was a life saver because you could be running on no sleep at all and the product would completely remove all puffiness and no one would ever suspect that you weren't well-rested. It also made me feel more awake. So, when I saw this product, I was very excited to try it because I didn't want to keep using the Mary Kay product and I wanted something that was easier to find. This Olay product is wonderful and it has given me an alternative to the previous product I was using. It's lightweight, goes on really smooth and it leaves you feeling awake and alert. There is very little scent to it and I love the jar it comes in. I would recommend this to anyone who works long hours.

The only thing for dark circles that has EVER made a difference for me. I have no idea how or why, but it works.

Under my eyes is darker than I'd like - seems to have just started in the past year. None of the fixes I googled made any sense/were relevant, and none of the other stuff I've tried (The Ordinary, BaeBody) did anything. I usually wouldn't spend this much money on something so small - and I don't ever use Olay, but it was recommended (racked.com, maybe?) on a payday and I thought, "why not." ...IT WORKS. I have no idea how or why, but within 2 days the grey was noticeably lighter. Now a week later, and the difference is crazy. As someone who has never used a product that ever lived up to it's claims, I'm so confused! At first I was bummed. "Oh, it's just concealer," I thought when I opened it. Really expensive concealer. I dabbed it on, it doesn't go on like make-up, it didn't cover up the darkness like my concealer stick (Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Spot Concealer). I was just expecting it to be a moisturizer that covered up the darkness, and it sort of seemed to. It wasn't until a couple of days later, as I'm looking in the mirror and I realize it's lighter under my eyes, that it became apparent it's doing...something. I thought it was just leftover make-up, maybe, but after I washed my face and didn't wear make-up for 2 days, the lightness was still there. So yes, this 100% has lightened the area under my eyes.

Good results for little money

Was pleasantly surprised with results. After reading several negative reviews I thought I would try this product anyway. I've been using it about three weeks and have found the dark circles under my eyes have definitely lightened and also the darkness on the eye lids have also lightened. The puffiness under the eyes is slightly reduced. All in all I am happy with this product's results for the amount of money it costs. I've been using Olay products for years and have been happy with all of them

Hydrate eye area and makes a huge difference!

Great eye moisturizer. I used the Olay skin advisor and it recommended eye treatment to help with the condition around my eyes. I have great skin from Olay basic moisturizing but with age, I knew I had to do more for the eye area when it came to moisturizing. This gel is great. Light and will last a long time!!

It’s fabulous, just go ahead and get it.

The reviews on any product are so personal... I was on the fence. I’m mid forties and the tired eyes are starting to stick around even after rest and hydration. Not cool. I took a chance with this cream and it honest to goodness became indispensable after the first use. It’s like magic. I don’t think I realized it was to tinted and I freaked a little, but went ahead... and I’m so glad I did! This worked like magic. Instantly, I looked more awake, and brighter - if that’s all it ever did it would have been good but no. The puffy ripple I’d developed under one eye is significantly diminished, and each time I pat pat Pat this on, it seems to work better. The chronic dark circles are far brighter, the skin is velvety smooth, and I think it knocked a good ten years off my appearance. I won’t go without it again. Five stars, all the way. *Note i also use Regenerist Microsculpting serum, cream, Eye lift / illuminating cream. Brilliant skincare line.

Good Product! Keep it in the Fridge!

This is a good product for soothing dry, tired eyes! I couldn’t find the older Olay Soothing Eye Gel anymore in the stores so I got this one online. It’s almost double the price of the older Classic Eye Gel. Just recently I found that the older version is available online as well. I keep this product in the fridge in between uses; it is cool and soothing when applied. So far, so good! Note: I have sensitive skin that is easily irritated. This product may be helpful to others.

Two weeks of use and I’m impressed

I was going to wait for a month of using the product to review, but just compares the two weeks of using it and I’m so impressed! No wonder I was feeling good going out without concealer. It’s a bit lighter and I hope it keeps working! Definitely will be back with updates for u guys :) so happy

Great Product

I have only been using twice per day for a about 4 days. I was concerned about how it would affect my skin, as I have very sensitive skin. The first time I put on I felt a little stinging, but that went away quickly and hasn't happened since. I had seen other reviewers say they wished it was a larger container, but honestly, the small jar is perfect for applying and you only use a little dab twice daily, this jar will last me months. It is really smooth and feels great, I love that there is just a slight hint of fragrance that smells great and doesn't linger long. I feel it has already made a difference in the darkness and puffiness around my eyes. Thank you for making a great product that works for me.
