Finally found something to cover my extra large adjustable King size bed!

I originally gave this 4 stars but decided to up it to 5 stars. While I first thought it was too long on the sides (which it is, particularly on the corners that lay on the floor at the base of the bed and the sides are literally 1/8" from the floor), I am growing to like it because it hides everything I have stored under my bed. It looks really classy since if lays so flat. My original review: This bedspread is VERY lightweight. So much so, that I actually use a blanket below it in summer. However, it lays nice and stays neat. It's almost too oversized; wish it was about an inch or two shorter on each side, as it just about touches the floor (Note: I have this on a pillow-top full-size bed). Nice deep black. Price was fantastic. Overall, very happy with purchase.

This is a beautiful bedspread, nice and soft with clean lines. I washed it on delicate/cold and dried it on medium and it looks brand new. Of course the bedspreads never go to the floor like in the pictures, this is just a fact of life. But it did go down far enough to cover the box spring, so that's a big plus. You know, after you've bought enough bedspreads in your life you understand that it seems no matter the price, it will not reach the floor with a regular box spring on a metal-frame bed. Another thing I loved about this spread is how thin the fabric is, which makes it a breeze to wash and dry - but you say, was it warm enough? - yes, with one blanket. But I'm in Tucson, AZ, you would probably need more blankets in cold places. It's very light weight but not flimsy - must be this new microfiber fabric. I have another spread made of microfiber and it washes up beautifully in cold water and dried on medium. I recommend this and think it will last a long time with proper washing.

My husband and I have always struggled to find king size bedding that we can both sleep under comfortably. Most bedding listed for king size beds has been too small and we end up fighting over the covers. This is a large blanket with plenty of coverage. As the title says, extremely lightweight. Might need to add a layer or two underneath this on your bed if warmth is expected. I also find that a lot of bedding is overly decorated for my taste with patterns or lace... I like this, simple and no frills.

Very, very pleased with this purchase! The bedspread/coverlet is exactly as pictured. It is a perfect light weight that can be used year round. And my favorite part is the width as it hangs well below the mattresses on my king bed.

Love the size of this coverlet. Adequate length and width that covers top mattress and nice length on side of bed. Not too thin and not too heavy.

Hotels layer their beds like this - flat sheet, lightweight blanket, flat sheet, one of these, and another blanket folded at the end of the bed. You just can't get thesame feel with a comforter, and one flat sheet. This year after all of our years together we decided to not only upgrade to a king from a queen, but also to get that hotel bed at home quality, & feel. You just can't get that replication without replacing your duvets/comforters with one of these! We absolutely love ours! So much so we bought a second one as back up, and as the blanket at the foot of the bed. I can remember 2 generations before me all had a similar blanket on their bed, or a similar type of quilt. I never truly understand why until now. There's a nice even pressure from the blanket that is neither too heavy, nor too light. If you are considering it - we are very pleased with this particular blanket. We purchased the king sized Spa Blue which is not as dark/ grayish as the picture shows. It still goes well with the other colors in our room. Also when they say oversized king, that's no joke! lol! Our bed is 33" tall, and the blanket covers the 15" that is all mattress. It is beautiful, & restful looking when made. Makes you just want to climb in, and under the blanket! Hehehe! Anywho the blanket is everything we wanted/expected of it. Very much worth every penny! Our youngest keeps coming in here roll all around on it because of how soft it is. Can't keep him off of it! We absolutely DO recommend this one, & hope our review is helpful! p.s. don't forget if you buy it through Amazon, & are not happy with it - then Amazon has the A-Z Guarantee you can use, but we highly doubt you'll let go of this one! :)

The Amazon box it came in was a mess. All ripped and torn. But the bedspread is nice. It is light weight, but we live in Florida...so perfect. Color looks like the picture. Matched it up with lime green accent pillows, and soft blue blankets, and it's really attractive for a teenage boy's room.

I had read that it was long and big enough, but I'll be honest, I was still doubting until I opened it! I have a pillowtop king size mattress on a tall frame and this comes down past the rails on both sides and is pretty long as well. When I got the box, I thought for sure it would be too small, because every time I've been told something would be big enough to cover my king size it comes woefully short. It even looks like it might be too small because of how compact the vinyl zipper bag was that it came in. It's very thin, perfect for summer in a house without air conditioning. This was exactly what I was looking for!

I bought this spread to go under a smaller quilt I have made for a guest room. I was a little concerned about the color online but I shouldn’t have been. This is a true dark navy exactly as the picture depicts. I bought a king to use on a queen bed because the mattress on this bed is elevated-the king spread covers the bed and frame very nicely. The fabric is polyester but it’s not a “knit” or stretchy poly- it has a very soft feel, almost like a brushed cotton or flannel. This is not a thread quilted spread, but rather a stamped quilt. I’ve never seen this before but it looks fine. It’s the same on both sides. In the right light there is a bit of a sheen to the little dots used to stamp the bedspread but I think it looks okay. I’m sure this wouldn’t be warm enough in a harsh winter as it’s very lightweight. The packaging was attractive and sturdy and it arrived on time with Amazon 2 day prime shipping. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid bedspread. I probably won’t be washing it much as it’s in a guest room but I’m confident from the quality of the hem stitching and feel of the fabric that it would wash up nicely.
