So far so good. I have made chocolate melting treats for Read across America Day, St Pattys Day, Valentine's day, My son's birthday treats for his birthday party, and also a few dozen chocolate dipping pretzels for some family birthday parties. This is really an easy to use, easy to clean up Melting pot. I really like it a lot. My old melting crockpot died after only a few uses so hoping this one lasts longer. Easier to clean up too since the insert comes out to wash by hand. Heats up pretty quick and doesn't get to hot on the outside.

I used this almost as soon as it arrived today. I'm VERY pleased with this. It is a lot easier than using a double boiler or the microwave for the chocolate that I melt for candy and decorations. One caution is to start out on high, but once the chocolate starts to melt, move the temp setting to medium, because the high really does get hot, and it will burn the chocolate if you leave it on high for too long. Today I filled it up to the top with milk chocolate and chunks of salted caramel and melted it for candy in molds. It melted it smoothly and it was easy to both pour it into molds and to spoon it out into the tiny spaces. If there is anything negative about this Melting Pot, I haven't figured it out yet. BUT, if something comes up that is a negative, I will update this review.

I love this little candy warmer! It keeps my candy melts at a consistent temperature hence keeping the chocolate coating smooth and silky throughout the entire project. Microwaving your candy chips can ultimately burn your chocolate.

So we rate this 4/5 however.... My wife & I bought this product to make diy sweets for our baby shower. My wife loves to make sweets so we decided to give this a go. This was easy to make however, it took a while. We bought the ez melts as well with this because of prior reviews. We must say the ez melts are the reason we gave it an extra star. It made everything so much faster. This is super easy to clean which is great however some scrubbing will obviously be involved! All in all, great product for beginner sweet makers & i’m sure it’d be so much better for experienced bakers.

This was awesome using to make cake pops. So easy and kept my chocolate nice and silky while dipping the cake balls. I would highly recommend!

I used Nestle chocolate chips. They took about 45 minutes to melt at the maximum setting. The consistency was pretty thick. However, when I have made chocolate fondue on the stove, I have added heavy cream and butter and vanilla, and that would thin the sauce quit a bit. I did not try adding any of that stuff to the chocolate chips in the pot. Since the result was a thick sauce, I left the pot at the high setting for the duration. Also, I made sure to slice the bananas and strawberries really thick so they would have enough bulk to move through the sauce. I kept a fork on a paper plate next to the pot so people could fish out any items which fell off their fondue toothpicks. The end result was a big hit. And the cleanup was incredibly easy. The inner plastic pot comes out and I washed it in the sink. Then I turned it inside out to dry. Some reviews have said the inner pot is flimsy, and it does appear to be. However, you can buy a new one separately for a small price.

I was a bit leary of the silicone pot, I do not usually use silicone cooking products because I am a sceptic of the safety but did some research and decided this might be ok for occasional use. It really makes melting and making my candies really fast, clean and easy. Very happy with the purchase, so much easier than other methods of heating chocolate, and clean up is really easy and clean

This thing is awesome. I like that the inner pot is silicone. I am using it for homemade lip balm. Because I have to make tiny batches, next time I'm going to use smaller cups and a water bath. I how it works, but if not, fine. There is also a divided bowl that i can purchase. The spout isn't that accurate, but I guess it's good enough. I'm so glad I found this as I had no idea it existed until I searched for a double boiler. The best part is I don't have to do it in the kitchen! ETA: the water bath didn't work, but instead I used mixing cups to divide the batch into smaller batches with different colors. Still love it!

This was easy to use and was a lot more convenient than using the stove to melt chocolate. I struggle with melting white chocolate (I always end up not heating enough or over heating) and this was PERFECT for that. I’m so happy I bought it. I’m thankful I came across the nerdy nummies channel on YouTube since that’s where I saw Ro using it. I attempted the Navi pops from that channel and it worked out great.

I used the Wilton chocolate & candy melting pot today. I followed the instructions in the manual & my chocolate covered strawberries came out perfect. I used nestle toll house morsels & added a teaspoon of organic vegetable shortening in my melting chocolate to help thin it out a little bit for easy dipping & coating. The instructions said it's not dishwasher safe so I wash it by hand. It is very easy to use & I love using it. This melting pot will get a lot of use out of it & I am so happy that I purchased this. This is way better than a double boiler. I strongly recommend this product!
