Highly recommend

We bought this to use with this carrier Ergobaby 360 All Carry Positions Award-Winning Ergonomic Baby Carrier, Black/Camel and it's worked perfectly. We love the carrier and it's great that they have this to help you use it for a younger baby. We started using it when our daughter was a week or two old and we never had any problems with it. The first time we used it she got really sweaty, but it was June in Texas and we were doing a fair bit of walking around outside, so I'm not sure if that was due to the insert or not. We tried to make sure we always dressed her lightly after that and hurried inside to the air conditioning whenever we were using it and we didn't have any more problems. It was pretty easy to install inside the carrier, the pictures in the instructions were clear and I didn't have any problems despite being incredibly sleep deprived.

Perfect for little ones

I have used this more than once and it works great. My little girl was less than two months old when I used it for the first time. It was a little tricky getting her in it for the first time, but like anything else, it takes practice. I like that it is like a little seat for her to sit on so she's not all bunched up on her feet. It did seem to keep us fairly cool since it was a pretty warm day when we were using it, but just having her body on my chest did warm us up. She seemed comfortable in it and didn't really cry when getting in it. I will definitely be using it for here very soon since the weather is nice once again. I highly recommend this for anyone who likes to carry their baby.

Great for dog walking

I have had an overall great experience with this product. We got the Ergobaby carrier after a lot of deliberations and decided to get the infant insert so that we could start using it right away. I have two dogs over 50 lbs and I knew I would need to walk them while I was home alone with the baby. I found out very quickly that two dogs and a stroller were just too much to handle, but with the infant insert I can place my daughter snug against my chest while we walk the dogs, even at this early age. She settles in nicely and typically falls asleep on our walks. It did take me a few tries to get her properly placed in the harness with the infant insert, but once I figured it out I wouldn't change to any other harness.

Works great

Although I think that it should come with the carrier itself, I love it. We started using our ergo as soon as the insert came in, when our son was about 3 weeks old. It made him sit nice and snug and safe in there. We love it. We use ours for shopping trips as well, since he stays happy and content in there longer than if we try the car seat method. We ordered the natural color insert, and it looks great. Looks very organic, and is very soft. Always stays secure in there, no matter how it gets smashed during packing it around. Have not washed it yet, so I don't know how it will hold up after that. Again, I think that Ergobaby should include this in their carrier package, but I guess we are happy they have an option to purchase it at all so we didn't have to wait months to use our carrier. Also easy to install.

Use your Ergo right from the beginning!

We had our kiddo in this thing starting at 2 weeks old. It worked perfectly and I highly recommend baby wearing, the Ergo carrier and the infant insert so you can get started right away (baby wearing is great for your little one!). I have a ring sling and a fabric wrap (your moby, boba, etc.) and this felt the most secure for baby and the most comfortable for me.

So happy I decided to get this

So happy I decided to get this. I went on a two week road trip with our 6 week old. I did a lot of walking and this made it so much easier for me and our baby. Without the insert our baby sink down way too far and didn't have the proper neck or back support that a newborn should have. I highly suggest getting this for your little one!

Snug and cozy!

I bought this when my baby was 10lbs. He is now 14 lbs and I plan on removing the infant insert soon. I hesitated to buy it because I would only use it for a short time, but it gave me so much freedom! I wish i had the insert earlier. Used it for 2 months. Loved it.

Soft, comfortable and secure!

I bought this to fit my 360 and it is absolutely wonderful, it is soft and gentle for my 3 week old. It is quite comfortable, especially the cushion for her bum and I feel my baby is secure, even when playing/chasing with my 2 and 4 year old. It is easy to insert and secure to my carrier. I have not tried other carriers, but I do have a newborn wrap, the other kids loved it at this stage, but this one does not. Glad I invested in this insert.

I love my Ergo

I love my Ergo. I am so glad that I bought this when I had my youngest. There was no way I would have been able to wait until she became of the correct weight to use the Ergo without the insert since I had a 6 year old and 4 year old to attend to. Having this insert was a life saver. The only thing I wish I was different is that I could be able to breastfeed with it. The insert makes the baby sit too high for me to do that. It was ok. That just made me take time to breastfeed her in the rocker and enjoy it more. I highly recommend this insert if you have an Ergo. I love wearing my babies. This made me be able to do so sooner.
