Changing my 1 star to 5 stars. If anything the UPS needs the one star. Bottle arrived broken. But they were great at replacing them right away.

I loved this sauce, originally found it at Walmart. Found it here when they were out. My first shipment had one broken bottle, rather than send a single bottle they shipped out another six. I love Kalbi. Most of the time I marinate ribeye steaks from the Asian market for 3-4 days and then broil them. I also buy carne picado (thin sliced beef) from Walmart to make a version of bulgogi. I marinate the meat then stir fry with Angel hair sliced cabbage and thinly sliced onions. Then I top with an over easy egg, green onions, and toasted sesame seeds over rice. I'm a wimp so because of the black pepper this is spicy to me. I'm sodium restricted, but with this brand I can manage to work it in, it's lower in sodium than other brands I've looked at in that stores.

Thought this was an excellent addition to my regular spaghetti sauce. It gave just an extra boost to an already good sauce. Added a little sweetness and that all important bit of spicy bite making my spaghetti wonderful.

I used to be able to find and buy this at my local Walmart but I am pretty sure they stopped carrying it as I have not seen in there in close to a year. Anyways, I love this Gochujang hot sauce. It's my GO TO to spice up any dish. The reason I love it so much is because it's slightly sweet and not really THAT spicy. Definitely still a kick there and I am very sensitive to spicy foods and cannot stand a lot of hot sauces but this one is literally perfect. It's spicy without being too spicy. So for all the people that want to add some kick to their food, but are afraid of it being too spicy, this would be what I would recommend. It's just the perfect combo of sweet and spicy. And the spicy seems to fade/go away the more you use this product and your tongue/mouth gets more accustomed to it. It's a great beginner's hot sauce. I use it for fried dumplings, kimchi fried rice, or any dish that I think could use some heat. I have repurchased and will continue to! Love, love, love it! I also love how it's squeezable instead of some gochujang sauces that you have to scoop out!

I absolutely LOVE this sauce! I fell in love with the Korean BBQ Wings from Buffalo Wild Wings a few years ago, only to be told that it was a limited flavor. I don't think they have brought this flavor back since and I was craving them. I've tried many MANY sauces and this one is delish (with unbattered air fried wings). I've re-ordered this sauce a few times and have now had to order for my mother as well. I found out by mistake that this sauce is AMAZING on sweet potato fries too (crazy)!!! I've also tried it on beef, drumsticks & thighs. ALL GOOD!!! Please don't ever discontinue this sauce, I'm hooked!

This is so good! We have used this in recipes as well as a condiment on hot dogs and burgers. It has the slow burn flavor that I love of Korean food! It isn’t so spicy you can’t handle it. Will definitely be purchasing more of this product!

Good stuff... I know "Franks" has the saying... But I put this "S" on everything. Besides bibimbap, bulgogi, and cooking with it as a base, you can put this on eggs, fries, tacos, lettuce wraps, burgers... I could go on... I have used other brands of gochujang and the brand of CJ foods is usually always the best. Also this product has less sugar (still has 17g per serving) than others I have tried, which to me makes the taste way better. Just wished my local Korean grocery carried it...

I hate siracha. I know. I'm not a hipster or whatever. That vinegary flavor makes me ill. However, this has that vinegar of siracha, but behind it is a slightly sweet, different heat. I like this much better and love food topped with this. If you like siracha you'll probably like this. If you hate siracha (^5) you're my pal and also may like this.

My family likes this particular brand, good for daeji bulgogi is you need a quick marinade. Nice little squeeze bottle is great to put in the fridge.

I was introduced to this sauce by a coworker and decided to buy some. It is AMAZING on everything! So far I have marinated and grilled chicken thighs, flank steak, and pork chops. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and salty and forms a nice caramel glaze when the meat is grilled. Highly recommend!!
