Great yoyo, though
Great yoyo, though, for the price. It has been about 15 years since I have done anything with them, so wanted to try out something "unresponsive" (even though I just learned they existed, so do not take my review as anything more than a beginner when it comes to unresponsive). It is a good bit smaller than I anticipated, but at the same time, I actually really like that. I also ordered a N11, which is a decent bit bigger and it has added weight rings, as well as a DV888 which is similar in size to the N8, just a tad bigger. I like the DV888 best, but still find myself using this one quite often. If you are looking to get a smaller, yet very nice feeling unresponsive yoyo, but don't want to pay the price of something like a DV888, but also get all the extras, such as the strings and gloves, this is definitely a great choice!

My reasons for seeking out and account with Amazon
My son is 13 and still loves to yoyo... But is never satisfied with a basic store bought, plastic Duncan. Even had a fancier version with a metal center that didn't tickle his fancy. So I had to look further. This was my 1st time on Amazon! FOR YOYO's! This one my son says really makes him feel like a pro! He practices atleast 4-5 hour's a week between this one, and the other one I bought with the automatic or manual returns doing all kinds of different tricks! He even has a very large. All plastic yoyo about 6-8" long and 4"diameter at its largest points that you use chop stick like things on the ends of the strings to get it going and can toss it around and catch it, that USED to be his favorite! But these are much smaller and the 1 with it's own bag and glove is brilliantly concealing. Adhd is hard to control, but when they find their favorite fidgeting toy's, you really shouldn't leave home without one. I ๐ AMAZON PRIME! ๐ ๐

Now he's perfectly happy with it and is learning new tricks every day
Note that an "unresponsive" yoyo doesn't return up the string automatically. My son was frustrated for days until he realized this and found a website on how to bind the yoyo. Now he's perfectly happy with it and is learning new tricks every day. This kit is good because it comes with extra strings, a glove, and a bag to keep it all in. You will most likely have to shorten the string if this is for a child so the metal yoyo won't hit the floor. There are some pretty good websites and videos online to show how to adjust and do tricks with this type of yoyo.

Great yo-yo
For all those leaving bad reviews because the yo-yo does not return to your hand after thrown. Please learn to read please. This yo-yo is unresponsive and slandering a good company because you donโt research an item prior to throwing money at it isnโt there fault. On another hand this is a solid unresponsive yo-yo for a great price. This can be played by any level of player as long as you know how to bind or plan to learn. It is much smaller than average size but the weight allows it to play just as well as most magic yo-yos. It is a perfect pocket yo-yo at a great price.

The yo-yo works very well and this is an awesome deal.
Everything was included--at first we thought it was only a yo-yo, until we saw the small case that contained everything else. The yo-yo works very well and this is an awesome deal.

Great for Daily Carry
First of all, I see many people complaining, and giving yoyos bad ratings, saying "Yoyo is broken, it doesn't come back up"... Your research is broken, learn what an unresponsive yoyo is, and how to bind. It was built to NOT come back up from tugging the string. This allows the yoyo to spin far longer, and the ability to do slack tricks which would normally cause a responsive yoyo to come back unintentionally. Alright, this little guy is great. It's a bit undersized, but quite heavy for the size, because of how rim weighted it is. This makes it very stable and comfortable to play with. It does have a bit of vibration, but that's subjective and could just be mine. It isn't enough to really complain about. The thumb grind lip is enormous, making it very easy to work with. For the price, this is a great yoyo. I see no reason to not have one.

Great for more advanced "sleeper" tricks
Great intermediate yoyo at a reasonable price. Which way case come and go so quickly it's nice to get a good quality item and not have it cost an arm and a leg because you know next week it will be something else, and this thing will be on the shelf.

Mastered several tricks and he couldn't be happier. Now the brothers want one too
Son just bought this and loves it. Long strings need adjustment (better than being short!) and had to be retied (came right off to begin with) but works well. Mastered several tricks and he couldn't be happier. Now the brothers want one too. Wasn't sure about the glove but he does wear it - plays with it enough his hand got sore without. Sure he'll build up the callouses eventually but in the meantime it's helpful.
