No Complaints

These have become my go-to glasses for general drinking purposes. They do a good job reducing condensation and heat transfer. The lip is thin enough to be comfortable, and they haven't broken yet. Slightly lighter than I expected.

Solid Epare Quality

Solid product. We have Epare coffee cups which we love. These highball glasses do not disappoint. First shipment arrived with a broken unit, but this was quickly replaced thru Amazon.

Getting replacement..... update to original post

Just got the glasses. Two days of use, the bottom on the inside of the glass broke. Good product the two days it lasted, but not sturdy enough for everyday use. Too bad, I just ordered two more after the first day of use. Back to the old standard drinking glass. Update: Well.... fast responses and good customer service is hard to find! These guys are top notch in this department, sending a replacement within a few hours. Perhaps I just had a defective glass. Thank you for standing up for your product.

Eparé 12 oz tumbler

I have been using Tervis plastic insulated glasses for several years. The common problem with Tervis is the scratching and discoloration of the inside with continued use. Over time, Tervis glasses and mugs just look dirty. Plastic has its problems. I wondered why the other cheaper plastic insulated glass brands always have colored plastic. Now I know. Clear plastic over time becomes garbage, just like the clear plastic lenses on automobile head lights. They become cloudy and discolored. I looked everywhere around my town to find insulated glasses made of real glass. No one has real insulated glasses, only plastic or metal. I found the Eparé line of insulated glasses on Amazon. Real glass. Eparé insulated glasses are priced similar to Tervis plastic. I decided to give them a try. The reviews were mostly very good. I bought the 12 oz Highball Tumbler. They are packaged two to the box in a very well cushioned box. He glasses are handmade and therefore have slight differences from glass to glass. I use mine for my morning coffee and later day iced drinks. I like the look and feel so much better than the plastic Tervis glasses. Eparé has excellent customer service. My order of two glasses was received in 3 days. As I was hand washing them from the shipping container, one of the glasses began leaking water inside the insulated glass layers. Looking very close to the glass, I noticed a tiny peck on the outside glass layer that was allowing water into the insulated area. This was not shipping damage. The glass was packaged at the factory with the tiny flaw. I sent an email to Eparé explaining the defect and asked them if they wanted me to send the replacement request to Amazon instead. They responded that they would send me a replacement immediately. I received the replacement glass quickly. I will be buying more of these interesting glasses of various sizes. This Eparé 12 oz tumbler is now my favorite glass for hot and cold drinks.

COULDN'T BE BETTER

I DISLIKE GLASSES THAT SWEAT WHEN ICE CUBES ARE USED. TABLE GETS WET AND A BIG MESS. THIS GLASS IS PERFECT, ESPECIALLY IN HOT WEATHER THAT MAKES ORDINARY GLASSWEAR SWEAT.
