Very Useful Set of Tools

This is a very nice selection of tools for a wide variety of desk top repair procedures. There are some very handy devices included which will preclude my having to search for a suitable tool every time I try to repair something that requires some creativity and dexterity.

Small Pry Tools

These are decent little tools, but they didn't do the job that I bought them for though. Still, I'll keep them handy for later. They'll be useful for other repairs and getting other small electronics apart. I ultimately bought these to try and get an XBox One apart. They're too thin and weak to do the job... the little plastic pry tools just bent when I tried to open the case. The plastic on that case is just too thick and hard. I ended up using some automotive trim removal tools to break in. They're bigger and stronger.

GREAT little kit

Honestly when I bought this I wasnt expecting it to be all that great but its actually a pretty amazing kit. Various tools for various procedures and the best part is they work perfectly. VERY pleased with this purchase

Nice set for the price

This is a great set of tools intended for cell phone and tablet repair however I plan to use them to open small automotive relays and dash instrument clusters. The set has the right amount of picks & probes to open a variety of small electronics that are held together with adhesives & plastic snaps. I'm finding many other uses for these every day so I placed them in my top toolbox drawer for easy access. The cellophane pouch that it shipped with didn't hold up long so I'm using a small ziploc baggie to keep the set together when not in use. You can't beat these for under ten bucks.

Very nice kit

I bought one of these at work to use for repairing laptops and was so impressed with the variety of items that I bought one for at home too. My only complaint so far would be that the plastic is a bit soft so the sharp ends wear down quickly but it's also a good thing because if was really hard plastic it might scratch the finish on the cases.

Exactly what I needed!!!

I ordered this tool kit hoping I would be able to use it to open my 10-inch tablet which has died. There is a nice variety of different Tools in this kit and it had exactly what I needed. I am so glad to have this in my home tool Arsenal!!! Nice quality and selection and the price was very reasonable. It arrived very quickly also.

Good Deal

Kit shipped quickly, came in a re-sealable plastic envelope, and contains many tools at a reasonable price. I needed this kit to change a screen on a laptop and while I only used a couple of the tools from the kit, I couldn't have known which ones I'd use before starting the job. I now have a fully-working laptop and a number of tools which I can use in future.

Exhaustive, good for amateurs.

If you're a professional, you probably already know what you need for the job. You wouldn't be ordering a package of assorted opening tools. As an amateur this set of openers is great because you're introduced to the many different ways you can pry open (and keep open) electronic devices and plastic latches. Even if you only end up using 5 or 6 of these, it's worth the price just for the sheer amount of potential practical use packed into one bag.

Great set of tools.

I ordered this because I had an upgrade in RAM coming for my All-in-one computer which requires you to remove the complete back from the display to install the RAM. The stylus worked perfect for the job and I will not hesitate to use them when I upgrade my wife's computer. A very good set of tools for computers and phones.

Excellent little kit

All I needed (well bar screwdrivers) for replacing the screen on a Nexus 7, and would be fine for phones or other small electronic gadgets. Be advised though - it doesn't come in any sort of permanent packet. Some of the tools are going to wear btw - when prying things open with a plastic tool, that is expected. The metal tools are far more likely to survive your first couple of dissections. At this price, hardly a major concern.
