Well built and dependable

I bought this to replace my worn out arrow rivet gun. This gun looks and feels like it is well built. Today I installed about 200 rivets and the gun worked perfectly each time! I'm sure that eventually it will wear out, but I plan on putting in a lot of rivets in the meantime. Happy with my purchase!

On par with truck brands quality/service.

I work in a body shop and I have been buying tools on Amazon for a while for two reasons. 1: I am too cheap to pay the inflated truck brand prices and 2: I am trying to show the other guys there are good alternatives to them. I bought the ares riveter and in every way it rivaled the ones they bought off the truck at a fraction of the price. After two weeks of daily hard use the "biting" mechanism broke off. Worked well for my need

It was cheaper for me to purchase this kit and keep it handy than pay a "pro" to fix something. Worked fine the first time. Expect to be using it for a few more projects shortly.

Well designed, quality tool at a very reasonable price.

Bought this after 25 yr-old Rivetool finally broke, and returned a crappy and much more expensive name brand unit from the BigBoxDepot. Excellent leverage, no slop in the mechanism, grabs and pulls rivets tight w/o slipping, then cuts 'em clean. Highly recommend.

excellent pop rivet gun with a variety of pop rivets

I really like this pop rivet gun as it is a replacement for another one that I had that finally gave up the ghost. The one I had had a plastic bushing inside that was something I did not notice when I bought it at a garage sale. Had I known that I would not have purchased it and I would've invested in this kind of popper that right away because it was all metal and there is no plastic except the type of handle coverings.

Good tool!

Great little tool, been using the heck out of it. Do yourself a favor and review the use of rivets, and riveting tools. You might learn something new, and many of the complaints I have read about this tool may spring from users who aren't very familiar with this marvelous method for fastening. Remember to use the proper diameter fitting for your rivet. There are four on the gun for four different rivet diameters.

Does the job

Needed to replace the pull cord on the lawn mower and had to replace the rivets to get the job done and got this tool in a hurry, got it deliver over night and it did job very easy with zero trouble easy to use.

Great quality

High quality tool with a decent assortment of rivets. Works very smoothly, and easily releases the rivet shanks. Very pleased.

For the price, not a bad tool to own

Does what it's supposed to do. I've never really used a riveting tool being I never needed to but after needing to do some work on the gutters on my home and all the straps were riveted on I decided to give it a try. It really could not have been any simpler and this tool worked fine for me.
