Got this for my girlfriend (now ex) because she wanted to Uber drive, and I wanted her to be safe. When she turned it on for the first time, it was crazy loud. If the sound doesn't scare them, I'm sure the shock will.

Lots of power in a small easy to use package

Well I have not had to use this yet, thankfully. I can say this much though: It's very loud when you turn it on and press the button to test it, anyone with any sense at all would be intimidated. I really like the fact that the charger is built in and easy to use by just extending the prongs and plugging it into the wall. It comes with a carrying case that goes on your belt, but since I don't often wear a belt I just keep the stun gun in my pocket with the safety on for quick access. REMEMBER, the stun gun won't do you any good if it's buried in the bottom of your purse or backpack and you have to fumble for it! The safety is very good and must be pushed forward to disengage it. It's very simple to operate, simply push the safety forward with your thumb, a red light comes on to let you know the stun gun is ready, and press the button. Coupled with some pepper spray I also bought here at Amazon, I think these are very good self defense options for women. Having this definitely makes me feel more secure. I would buy this again and I would recommend it to a friend.

I love this. I’ve only owned it for 12 hours but I already know Ill like it. It’s very small, fits in the palm of my hand. There is a trigger on the side. If you slide it once then it turns on an extremely bright light. I’m assuming that it to blind your attacker so you have time to tase them. You will have to get very close to actually tase them as it is a very contained electric current. If you move the trigger up twice it turns on a red light. This means that the taser is active. To actually activate it you press on a separate button. On the bottom of the taser there is another switch. This pushes out and retractes your chargering portion. **side note: the taser absolutely works. I was testing it out (just pressing the button) and as I was trying to put it back in the case my fingers touched the taser portion and my whole arm went dead. It hurt! But only for a few seconds because I wasn’t actually hit with the strongest electricity the taser contains. Would totally recommend this.

Love my Tazer ! It's amazing quality I love how it's small enough for me to be able to wrap my hand around it and hold it secure. I also do like the convenience of the charger being on the bottom of it also another thing I like is that it has a flash light which I use when taking my dog out to the bathroom but it's also a like "safety " thing because after the flash it's the tazer setting which will also turn the little button on the side red if it's on tazer mode so there's no way you can taze on accident with this !

Safety Confidence + Common Sence = Thank You

Thank you. Works nicely as a flashlight and haven't had to use the safety feature but sounds effective and loud. Either way, it give a sense of some action to safety confidence to go along with common sense and for that, Thank You.

Safety First

Bought this for my daughter who is a college student. Next semester she has a night class and has to walk to her dorm. I wanted her to be able to have something "just in case". The flashlight is super bright and when you move the switch to the stun gun setting and press the button the sound is LOUD. It scared me and I was pushing the button. It's small and comes with a nice velcro case for her purse. There is a slide to charge prong that comes out of the back and will fit into the wall. So she can always make sure that it is charged and ready to go. I Pray she never has to use it but she has it now.
