This Is THE Dried Sausage Stick

Bought one pack last week, since then I have bought 4 more. This is the best that I have ever had. I have been purchasing different brands for years. Over the last few years I have spent several 100 dollars on all kinds, expensive, gourmet, organic, the best they had to sell. I wasn't concerned too much about the price, if it was good quality and had the taste that I was looking for. Well, here comes the facts, truth and a pure clean honest review. This stuff is NOT greasy or in any way wet, oily or lard like. It has the perfect texture and NOT soggy and in no way dry. It is absolutely PERFECT. The flavor is just the right amount of ( heat ) spice. It is not salted to where it's not edible. This sausage reminds me of the pioneer dried meat that they might have eaten back in the day. It's NOT like a Slim Jim that appears to be made from chemistry 101. It DOES NOT burn you from your throat all the way out. The price is very fair for the amount and quality, you get about 12 to 14 stick per package. The freshness date is very acceptable and it arrived professionally packaged and in pristine condition. If you desire this type of snacks, camping or hiking staple, then buy you several packages. I honestly believe you will been very satisfied... 5-22-19 Just ordered 4 more bags, ( stocking up ). This makes 10 bags total for the past week. It's good stuff, I wouldn't lie to you...

This stuff is addictive. The best beef jerky ever!

Yummy, flavorful and just right

I've had the standard flavor and the Teriyaki and I'm very happy with both. This will definitely be my new brand of choice. The Teriyaki style has a nice balance of black pepper and Teriyaki sauce flavor, nice and richly flavored. It's just the right tenderness in my opinion. Not too soft and not too hard. The level of tenderness is perfect in my mind as it allows you to chew and savor while extracting the maximum amount of flavor. Jerky that's too tender is consumed too quickly and you can't savor it. The point, to me, is to have maximum flavor and time of enjoyment without it being too stiff and dry. Old trapper is more tender than this by 15% maybe. It's tasty but I eat it too fast to be honest and I don't think it's as true to the original idea of what jerky is meant to be as this one is. This is the perfect balance. Moist, tender enough, and cured enough to allow a thoroughly sufficient time of enjoyment. Really unsure of the negative reviews here. If you need jerky softer than this then you must not have any teeth :)

Dear god this is great beef jerky. It came almost bone dry, exactly the way I like it, and the flavor is amazing.

Solid Jerky/ Amazing Surprise!

A friend recommended it to me, picked up the bag. I got the original just to try it out. Taste: A light peppery flavor Woody smoke flavor Good tearing without being stupid hard or stringy Light texture to the outside, not oddly smooth like other jerkies. Kind of wish there was a smaller bag I could get, because I like to eat bit by bit and the large bag tempts me too much. This jerky would stack up to any I have had, and I recommend it to anyone who is wanting to try a good solid jerky without getting crazy.

The best HANDS DOWN!!!

After serving in the military, I lost many molars from military dental work. I have loved beef jerky all of my life but after my accident in the military, beef jerky (amongst many other edible items) I could no longer enjoy. I found these one day at Wal-Mart on a close out table...the rest is history. These are hands down the best and most flavorfull beef sticks EVER. I found myself once again being able to enjoy beef sticks. These are soft, easy on my jaw (living with mandibular osteonecrosis) and full of deep delicious, and a hint of spicy flavor. Thank you all who manufacturer these beef sticks and pray that you guys stay producing as long as humanly possible!! If I ever hit the lotto, I'm buying 1000000000 packs from you guys!! Until then, 4 at a time and more. Thank you again, Your biggest military veteran fan 😂😂

Tender and tasty

Delicious and very tender. I highly recommend this if you have a hard time chewing other jerky.

OUTSTANDING FLAVOR MOSTLY TENDER WITH A FEW EXCEPTIONS PER PACKAGE

These are very satisfying with flavor abound. There doesn't seem to by much uniformity between individual pieces though. And some are very tender while others are as tough as a goats toenails. All in the same package mind you. Some are extremely mild while others will burn your mouth with pepper content that exceeds my pepper shaker. I do recommend these relative to others I've tried so I gave them 5 stars.
