Good quality,Excellent features

Ordered a set of 9 votives. Arrived in excellent condition, nicely boxed. Good quality Tested everything: manual on/off, on/off with remote, +/- to adjust brightness, A button for dim and bright cycle and B button for flickering mode or steady mode. All worked perfectly. The votive is a nice size There on the shelfs of my bar and display a pleasant glowing light. I am now testing battery life. I set the timer a few days ago and marked the date on my calendar. Even if the batteries don't last 200 hrs as stated in the description I won't be too disappointed but I'll inform the seller exactly how long they did last. After that it's up to me to find quality replacement batteries. I'm giving this product 5 stars because of its quality, features and a remote that actually works. Good buy. Don't think you will be disappointed. Update to follow on battery life. Hope I've helped with decision making. Thanks for reading.

They work! What more could you ask for? ...

They work! What more could you ask for? As inexpensively made as things are these days, I half expected to have problems with these neat little candles. They are described as tea lights, but they more resemble votives. Each one of them worked and the remote works too. I can turn the candles on and off from about twenty feet away, as long as I have a clear line of sight to each candle. They flicker, dim and brighten and can be programmed to stay on for 6 hours and off for 18. Don't expect to be able to read by them, they are really just for atmosphere!

Couldn't ask for better

I bought a decorative octopus lantern Anecdotal Aardvark Octopus Lantern from Amazon on a whim and needed tealight candles to complete it. I didn't want to buy traditional wax candles due to the fire hazard and mess melted wax leaves behind so I got these. Not only are these safe and no mess, they are also conveniently remote controlled! And they have a flickering light option to mimic real candles. Great price. Couldn't ask for better.

Amazing!!

AMMAZZING!!! I already bought two sets and one for my mom they are AWESOME!!!! Totally cute too!! I’m buying every one stocking stuffers!!! I put in clear vases with cool orange sea glass and looks SO COOL lit up!!! I use one in front of my dinner slate I write down our dinner in chalk on the board it’s so amazing and looks like a real restaurant board!! I have 3 in front of my picture window, replacing tea lights with these, I have huge house with wall sconces every where and no way lighting tea lights , all you do is hit the remote and have gorgeous lighting anywhere anytime!! I’m going to put them in the side of my stairs too for a dramatic look and also we have a gas fireplace and wood fireplace,when we don’t use the wood fireplace I want to use the candles in it! You can use these anywhere tea lights are used !!

They Flicker! Just use the botton ;-)

I previously wrote that these did not flicker. Thankfully I received a prompt and helpful email from TopQualitySavings explaining that I needed to use the remote button "B" to make them flicker. I hadn't realized they were so complex and am very thankful for the helpful message. They are just what I was looking for and I am very happy with them!

I love this set of candles

My order arrived quickly and on time. The vendor also followed up to confirm I received them and that the product was as expected. I love this set of candles. They are perfect for my wall decor because I can easily use the remote to turn on all 8, the number the candle wall holder requires. I can dim them and set them on flicker for a realistic look. They have a soft warm glow like a candle. I probably won't use the timer but it's nice to have that feature just in case. See photo below.

These are great to use around varying sizes of mangers at Christmas time or use tucked in & around gingerbread houses, or all sorts of different flower arrangements or table arrangements. And they are great for different mood lighting in varying types of rooms. bookshelves. They are wonderful. make sure you turn off the bottom switch of each votive in addition to turning off the remote because the battery will continue to be used even if the remote is off the battery continues to use juice if the votive still has the light on even if the light is not physically on the battery life gets sucked up. I found that out this year when I try to turn them back on and the batteries were all dead.

Pretty Cool

Pretty cool!! Love that they have different settings for the mood you are trying to create! Christmas time is the most useful time for me as I like to have the timer set for my lights to go on with my Christmas tree! The only drawback is they will draw on the battery even if you are not using them. For example I have them set to “on” so I can use the remote to control turning the lights on and off. After a couple of months of non-use, I used the remote to turn the lights on and nothing! I changed all the batteries and now they work perfectly! I suggest if you know you won’t be using them (I have mine hanging on my wall in sconces) turn each light unit to the off position on the bottom of the tea light to save battery life;)

I LOVE THESE!

I LOVE THESE!! I have been looking for years (literally) each Christmas for battery votive candle that have a realistic color light and I finall found them. No weird amber color, no too bright harsh white, these actually give off the color of a real flame. Plus the timer and remote will be so nice instead of going around turning them all on by hand. Can’t speak to the battery life yet, but I already bought spare batteries because I definitely will be wanting to use these again
