This product is delicious! It is also a great addition to foods prepared for a low sodium diet. It contains 115 mg sodium per 1/4 teaspoon serving, but you only need a few sprinkles to liven up a serving's flavor. Would definitely buy this again!

I'M ADDICTED!!

Yes, I'm a truffle lover to begin with. And, of course, only a truffle IS A truffle. But I gotta tell ya this delectable heaven sent powder is one heck of an addictive and more versital option. Utterly AMAZING on popcorn, in eggs, added to soups and sauces to layer flavors, veggies, PASTA...the list is endless (I think the only thing I haven't tried was sprinkling it on ice cream...although LOL). It is a bit salty, so I advise testing the waters first. But I just ordered my 9th and 10th bottle of the Truffle Zest...I wonder if there are 12 Step meetings for condiments?!? Just let go of your "only a TRUE truffle is a truffle" baggage and order it!! I'll see you at the meetings!

Umami

Why add butter, salt or other toppings to your potato? Or, dust over cooked eggs? Roasted veggies? Cooked meats/poultry? You get the idea. Sprinkle a bit on side of plate for dipping. Salt within zest, use according to your own taste.

That was possibly the best pasta I've ever eatten and I 100% contribute it ...

I got a plated pasta meal that included truffle breadcrumbs and I didn't think it would be any different than regular bread crumbs, boy was I wrong. That was possibly the best pasta I've ever eatten and I 100% contribute it to the truffle breadcrumbs, which is what lead me here. I was a bit worried ordering food stuff online but the zest is wonderful!!! Plus its's actually quite a lot. Wonderful product 10/10!

Truffle EVERYTHING

Pizza, pasta, eggs, popcorn, EVERYTHING. I use to use black and white truffle oil for so many things (fries, popcorn, grilled cheese, mac and cheese...) but I am loving using this zest. My favorite item to use it on is white pizza (which if you've never had, you should try!! California Pizza Kitchen has a good version - spinach and creamy cheese/sauce). Anyhow, truffle zest on that = HEAVEN!! I will continue to order this and would highly recommend (if you like truffle)

Surprisingly pretty good

Was somewhat dubious when I ordered it, but I thought, hey I'll give it a chance. Now I use it so much I'm getting spoiled. OK, so it's not exactly like real truffles, but it a close enough facsimile for everyday use. One hint is to not cook with it as this destroys the flavor, instead put it on after cooking as an enhancement, the heat from the cooked food is enough.

Wow. This smells so good.

I purchased this to go with a birthday gift for my dad. He loves to cook. When I opened the shipping package the smell was incredible. (If you don't like the smell of truffles let this be a warning.) I had a hard time not just keeping this as I immediately wanted to taste it! If it tastes half as good as it smells then the purchase was worth it.

If you love truffles, you must try this

This is the truffle zest that Oprah recommends. If you love truffles, you must try this product. It is so delicious and a little goes a long way. It might be a little pricey, but it's going to last a long time. I'm on a super strict diet at the moment, but I put it on my egg whites and it was delicious. Can't wait to try it on a pasta down the road. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent. UPDATE?!?

I just received this yesterday. I will tell you one thing, This is like a powder. A little will go a long way. It's also delicious. I sprinkled it on my wood fired Margarita Pizza once it finished cooking and it was amazing. I will definitely purchase again as long as the price doesn't go up. Two thumbs up!!!! Update. The price is out of control. Keeps going up and up. Getting to the point, it's not worth the price for mushroom dust.

Full Truffle Flavor! It's real!

Love the flavor of truffles! And you can really taste it in this powder. I like the fact that there's no salt in it either. I've had truffle salt in the past, which is good, but this Zest is more flavorful and condensed. Great on EVERYTHING!
