It has protein also and I recommend the orange cream because you can mix it with milk and it tastes amazing. Great product!

It has protein along with the creatine and glutamine and other amino acids that you need for recovery. Having that protein already mixed in, saves me so much extra time. Excellent product, and each scoop is 28 grams of protein and a decent amount of creatine. I haven't taken creatine in over a decade and I'm 37 but my job is very physical and I'm in very good shape and look like I'm about 28 haha seriously, and my recovery was unbelievable this week because I work nights so I take it when I get home at 4 a.m. and the next night I can lift heavy and burn the 3,000 calories on average that I burn every night at work with ease and I have the same strength that I had at the beginning of the shift that I do at the end and I feel like an animal haha. I forgot the feeling of creatine and how it repairs the muscles so quickly to help you recover so quickly

Great recovery supplement/ protein

I love Kaged Muscle products but hesitant at first about this recovery product. I researched it and knowing Kaged Muscle from experience it’s worth a try. It doesn’t disappoint. At 49 years I didn’t think I could get much stronger by adding this. However after several months I noticed I recover faster and am slightly stronger. I love creatine hci and it has it there with betaine and extra non synthetic glutamine. It’s worth every penny no stomach upset or digestive issues. Both flavors taste great

Wow! Best protein shake I’ve ever tasted! I’ve been really struggling to find a shake I like. This is the one! I love the flavor and the texture is perfect also! I HATE that terrible aftertaste of artificial sweeteners that i get with other protein shakes, and this one doesn’t have that. It’s also not too sweet like other protein shakes. I am impressed! I just had it for the first time yesterday so I don’t know any results yet, but I’m impressed with kaged products so I hope it’s just as good!

Great protein and amazing flavor profile

Great protein and amazing flavor profile. Orange creme is a great flavor to break the norm of the whey protein underground flavor ring. Not as thick as other protein shakes, I recommend using an nutribullet thing or something similar or if you like to do it manually....*wink wink* then make sure to mix it and let it set for a few minutes then mix it again to ensure the little clumps are fully dissolved.

Great protein!!! We have switched over to Re-Kaged for post workout. You have to shake it AND let it sit and dissolve for a minute or two to keep it from being clumpy. Once it's dissolved it goes down easy. Not too sweet and not bitter, you can still get your post workout cardio session in and not feel overloaded with sickly sweet flavors.

Great price with excellent results

Great tasting protein powder that does not clump. I drink it every single day, sometimes multiple times a day and I don't get tired of the taste. Fast digesting and does not give me that gassy bloated feeling.

AMAZING!!!!!

I used to love this stuff, but it gets a little expensive buying all of this type of product, BUT i digress its a great product helped me a lot until i got my diet where it needed to be and could cut out this supplement. I would HIGHLY recommend this product to people starting off or someone who needs a quick and easy post workout with BCAAS and such its an awsome product!

KM has the best flavor of any protein shake I've had

I go through a lot of protein every month, and the typical chocolate flavors get old. KM has the best flavor of any protein shake I've had. It is banned substance free so if you want to lift in the USAPL you'll be fine taking it. It has 28 grams of whey protein isolate, 1.5 grams of creatine, 3 grams of glutamine and it has no sugar. It also digests fast so it won't just sit in your stomach and give you that bloated feeling if you take some 30 minutes before you go lift. It has become my staple protein. Now if they'll only start making it in more than 2 pound tubs.

Amazing!

Over the years, I've tried quite a few different protein supplements and always end up not taking them anymore because my stomach gets so queezy. I'm THRILLED to find a supplement that also has BCAA's and Creatine, requires a smaller amount of water to drink it, plenty of protein, and doesn't make my stomach go crazy! I feel great after taking this and my muscles feel phenomenal the next day, ready to get at it again. I will be continuing to buy for a long time i'm sure. Oh, and the flavor is the smoothest I think I've ever tasted. Really fantastic!

Only protein I drink

I have been working out for 8 years now and this is the best protein i've ever taken. Never causes problems with my stomach and provides quicker recovery. Provides peace of mind that there is no spiking of ingredients or banned substances. The taste is also awesome. No other can be mixed with water and taste this good.
