These are awesome. I keep one on the drivers side headrest ...
I thought this might be one of the silly things I sometimes fall for. Nope. These are awesome. I keep one on the drivers side headrest and the other on the passenger side. I prefer to use the passenger one, because I can reach into my purse from the drivers seat, but if I've got extra people in the car, it's nice to have the flexibility to keep my purse on either side. Also, they fit very snugly and are tough. My purse easily weighs 20 pounds, and it'd never looked like they're strained.

Great product.
I love these! I recently purchased a smaller car and don't have room for my purse in the front seat anymore. These books are awesome and sturdy.

Perfect
These are so cool! Perfect for keeping the kid's endless bags of stuff of the floor. I may order some for every row in the car. They're very sturdy and fit very well (they won't just fall off).

Quite handy
An ingenious little device! My car doesn't have much interior storage, and I wanted to place put my purse when I have a passenger. (Other than under the passenger's feet or in his lap!) This does the trick nicely. The only downside is that of course the headrest won't go all the way down, and you do have to move the hook to adjust it, but that's really not a big deal.

Great way to keep your purse off the floor! SEE PIX
What a great idea! I hate having to put my handbag on the floor of my car. I usually put it on the passenger seat, but if there is someone sitting there then...to the floor it goes. Blech. This is the handiest contraption ever. You simply raise your headrest about 1/2" and clip this to the headrest's post. It is firm and secure. My handbag is often heavy and this didn't make it tilt at all when it was on. I gave one to my daughter who uses it in her car, too. She loves it as her car doesn't have much floor space as her center console is wide and she often has passengers. Great value for something so useful! Great for compact cars
I wonder where this product was when I needed it the most. But so glad I found it now. Going out with the baby is such a hassle in itself, plus cramming all the stuff in the passenger seat of the car. We used to put all the baby stuff on the floor of the car and we would always have the hardest time reaching below when we need something. And now we have this to hook all his bags, bibs and some toys. So much convenient. And the space saved is awesome!

Wonderful!
Where have you been all my driving life! This is so perfect to hang my purse on if someone is in the passenger seat. I can easily reach my bag and it keeps the purse off of the car floor.

Really helps.
I purchased these so my purse would not tumble off the car seat. I also like the idea of hanging plastic bags that hold my purchases. These arrived yesterday in a nice little box. I went and put them in my Jeep Patriot. I did have to raise the headrest up one notch. I used both. I have one facing forward and one facing backwards! I hung my purse on the forward facing one and some bags on the rear facing one. They worked great.

Very satisfied and...
I see how others complained the hook was too short. My straps aren't big and bulky so it is fine. Though you can always push the head rest even with the top of the hook as I am showing in my review photo and it won't fall. My son uses the other for his backpack and it works great. I will be buying a few more sets for my kids and to put 4 in the very back for groceries that won't fit in my mesh grocery net.

Why did I wait so long
I have been trying to find something for years to keep the kids' car headphones off the floor after having to buy multiple pairs because they kept stepping on them-- these hooks were the perfect solution
