I like these mounts. I used them for a 12" light bar on my 16' grizzly 700. They seems to be a bit loose using the largest rubber inserts, so I used the double sided tape included with the mounts. I didn't really measure the carrier rack tubes before I bought the product, I just guessed they were 1 inch, so technically this mount could advertise 7/8th inch tubing as well, given the tape is used as an extra buffer. I drove around my rough trail for about 20 minutes and the light was still in the position that I tightened it down in.

5 stars but for my application, which is a UTV - Yamaha Rhino. specifically front brush guard. ---this is the thing I like and could only find with these.... the dog ear, or mounting tab, protrudes ---- 'sticks out' --- only an inch or so. This allows me to mount my light bar close to the brush guard tube in any direction, down, up, back towards hood. I like this look and gives you options. Clean and powder coating matches the bars. Looks factory like. I wish I was as industrious as other reviewers who submit photos, sorry. Hope the wordiness paints a picture.

The Dual Clamp Set Worked Great on my 07 Honda frt carrying rack. I used the clamp set to mount my 16” LED Bar on the front rack and worked great! This clamp kit is very rugged and the assortment of rubber bar diameter adjusters are great for the different bar diameters. I would recommend this to anyone in need of a complete clamp kit to mount their off-road LED lights to an assortment of Bar diameters on ATV/UTV’S, Farm equipment, Plow equipment for extra lighting bar mounts.

These mounts are made of solid metal and have quite a bit of weight to them. My purpose was to mount a license plate bracket to 3/4" square tube which I reasoned would require approx 1" diameter mounts. The reviews noting that the mounts don't fit snug on 1" round bar had me concerned but I ordered them anyway. After applying the smallest diameter rubber adapters and cranking down the allen screws (nice touch) as far as possible the mounts were snug but NOT snug enough on the bars to keep them from rotating due to wind force. My solution was to cut a piece of old serpentine belt (approx 1-1/2" in length) and insert it into the rubber adapter on the top side of the mount prior to compressing the mount around the bar. This resulted in a very snug mount when everything was tightened down completely. I probably would have used a piece of belt on both sides of the mount were I mounting something heavier like a light, and am confident the grip would be more than substantial in this case. I feel these mounts are fantastic for the price and I'm comfortable that the serpentine belt fix will not degrade over time which means I will utilize these products and this method again in the event that I need to mount to a smaller tube or bar.

I have a Kubota tractor that I wanted to mount an LED light bar on. The tractor has a factory grill guard that has 1.25 inch bars on it. I guess there are several ways I could have mounted the light but I like the way this mount looked and the price was right. As several people noted this is a universal kit and universal is code for "some modification will be required". Some of the people on here however complained when this mount did not fit right out of the box. As expected this mount did not fit the cross bars on my grill guard so this is what I did. I picked the medium spacers that fit the best but even when I tighten the bolts up it would not tighten enough and the mounts would slip. So I bought shorter bolts at Lowes. Still not right so I took my hand grinder and ground the ends of the 2 half of the mounts until it did fit. Now I have a perfect fitting mount for the odd size bar I wanted to mount my lights on. I am very, very happy with this mount.

Works Perfectly for the YITAMOTOR LED Light Bar 2PCS 18W 6Inch Flood LED! I used these mounts on my 1986 Honda Goldwing Aspencade to mount these lights. No Vibration with the rubber inserts! Several selection of Rubber inserts, 1 of them GOT to fit and Did! For my application, the largest. I Mounted on the engine guard bars and installed the lights. I believe that with these seemingly Special Quality Rubber Inserts that the would work Well on Harley Davidson bikes as well for mounting Lights. Even tho Honda Motorcycles have much less engine vibration through the frames, Harley Davidson has done a lot to reduce Frame vibration from their motors. None the less, I believe these mounts would be advisable for units that have any type of mild frame vibration to overcome having a light beam that bounces when you're going down the highway!

I actually didn’t use this to mount a light bar, but to mount my Hi-Lift Jack in my Jeep Wrangler TJ. I have a Poison Spyder full roll cage in my Jeep which is a lot smaller in diameter than the fatory roll cage so I figured I’d try these mounts with the different sizes they come with. With the smallest rubber insert, they fit perfect and are extremely sturdy. They hold my Hi-Lift Jack perfect. They seem to be a quality made product and for a price you can’t beat. We’ll see how they hold up over time. Way better solution to mounting a Hi-Lift jack to a roll bar than spending $75+ on a Hi-Lift brand mount.

Excellent customer service! Upon notification to Lamphaus of problem with stripped threads, they immediately sent full replacement. I have since purchased an additional 3 pair sets. Very pleased with product and service! Original review: Purchased 2 sets to mount LED lights on roll bar of 2014 Ranger 800 Crew. Although a perfect fit and look fantastic, I had one screw strip the base mount threads when I tightened down on roll bar. I didn't think I had overdone it, and was careful to alternate sides as I was tightening. Fortunately, I was able to use the other set to complete the mounting of the front light bar, but now have only one good one to complete the rear lights. I'm sending mfg note, hope they'll stand up to their product and send single replacement rather than having to go through return process.

This is an elegant solution for mounting LED light bars to tubular structures. Various rubber inserts are paired up to fit the tubing size. Two stainless Allen screws are tightened with the provided Allen wrench to clamp the halves together and hold to the tube. The variety of rubber inserts can be combined to fit the tube you are mounting the bracket. If needed, 3M adhesive foam tape is provided that can be applied to size the tube and/or protect the tubes. They are made from aluminum and either powder coated or e-coated (cannot tell). If combining inserts does not match the tube diameter a wrap of your favorite tape to build up the tube diameter so the two halves clamp tightly to the tube. Easy-Peasey installation. I used blue Loctite to retain the Allen screws. Blue is removable.

Even though these didn’t quiet fit my roof rack I’m still giving them 5 stars because they are a quick, easy and cost effective way to adding lights to your vehicle without drilling or “breaking the bank” like some other more expensive mounts out there that do pretty much the same job. I was too lazy to actually measure the diameter of my roof rack so it’s my fault they didn’t fit properly. The mounts come with 3M tape that helped the mounts sit a little more snug on my roof rack. I also put some thread lock on the screws to help prevent them from coming loose while off-roading. Definitely recommend. 👍🏻 Btw, I have a cheap Walmart roof rack. I believe the brand is Curt. Still a good rack and holds all my stuff. Just FYI.
