This worked great for about five minutes, then became really slow for about 30 minutes, and then died totally. I thought the battery must have died so I tried recharging it and it will not turn on again. The blades act like they want to spin but cant seem to get started. If I stick something in there to turn the blades it will turn back on for about a minute and then quit again. I am returning this. UPDATE: I returned this and the company reached out to me and asked me to give them another chance. They sent me a new fan and this one works great. Its strong and the battery lasts for at least an hour on high. I may have just had a bad one before, and I would recommend this fan and the excellent customer service that SkyGenius provides.

Fantastic for babies!!!

I love love love this fan. I use it every day for my 6 month old son. Been using since he was 3 months. I keep the charger plugged in in my car and clip it to his car seat, so it charges while we drive, plus he’s rear facing so the fan helps bring the cool air around to him. Then when we get somewhere, I unplug and go, clipping it to the stroller or my baby carrier (Tula) straps so we stay cool chasing my 2 y/o around in the Florida heat. And breatfeeding! I prefer a cover in public, so when we are outside, I clip the fan to the stroller and aim it under my cover to keep us both cool while he nurses.

I've been testing out fans to be used for camping - this might be the most powerful fan I've tried - I was so impressed how quickly it charged and how strong the fan was - I easily could feel it from 5- 6 feet away - when put in front of my face it was like a hair dryer on the high setting. Didn't test the battery life but I'm not too wired about that - since it worked great with my solar charger and external usb powerbanks I had. I really like that you can run it with out the battery. This is a clip on fan but it also sits very nicely on a flat surface which is a big plus. Update - I just used this on a 10 day camp out - and I've got to say this little guy is awesome. I used my powerbanks to keep charged. I did several 5-10 miles hikes and decided to clip on to my day pack. It was great relief and I use it almost every night now to go to bed

Great fan for the stuffy person on the go

LOVE THIS FAN! The clip is strong but not hard to open up to fit most spots you need to clip to. We use it in our RV where it clips right to my side of the bed on the edge of the cabinet for warm nights, I clip it in the bathroom to face me when I overheat doing my hair (I'm pregnant and get major hot flashes) and I clip it in the kitchen when I get too warm cooking at the stove. When the fan is plugged in it still works at a medium speed full boar, when not plugged in it works a mega speed full boar! I wish I had a second to keep in the car for appointments where I can stuffy easily...but that may be a bit overboard! Battery lasts a few hours at high, this little fan is really wonderful, had it for about a month or more now. Use it nearly daily (I am in Alaska, so it doesn't really get very warm too often around here). Would recommend to anyone, especially hormonal women who need a nice breeze that doesn't affect the entire room!

The power is amazing. Clip is good and strong

These things are awwweeeesoommme. Bought three. The power is amazing. Clip is good and strong. You will be surprised. Battery last a good hour on high and much longer on low takes a couple hours to recharge so long recharge. Doesn't run on full power when plugged in though meaning when you turn fan on high it doesn't run as hard as when it's not plugged in (weird huh?) Only thing i don't like is the "special" battery. Did Amazon search and doesn't seem to be any here. So I guess if battery breaks in a few years I have to re-buy the fan? Hope not, I'll have to come back here and update review.

Terrific portable fan!!!

I love this little fan. It runs for a long time on its battery, so I can easily carry it around where I need it. It is small and light, so very easy to carry around, but amazingly powerful. It swivels easily in all directions, so it is easy to aim it in just the right direction. I rarely run it on anything more than its lowest setting because that does the job so well. The speed is set progressively, so you can get it at just the right speed, no problem with needing a speed faster than one click or two clicks being too fast. Since it is small, it is pretty quiet and isn't irritating because of the noise it makes. The clip is padded, so doesn't mar furniture, but the base is balanced, so you don't need to use the clip if you want to just set it on the desk beside you. It is easy to charge by plugging into the USB port on my laptop. You could charge it via a wall socket by plugging the USB plug into a power block. I received the fan promptly in excellent condition. Can't recommend this fan enough. It is PERFECT!

OMG...my LIFESAVER!!!

So we’re at Disney World, and I’m pushing around my 3 year old in his stroller. He passes out the first couple days and starts sweating profusely in his stroller. I thought, “I need one of those stroller fans!!” I ALSO didn’t want to spend $100 (not really) on a stroller fan from Disney...which they had, but were in VERY short supply!! So I ended up going on Amazon (thank GOD for Amazon), and I found this one and had it shipped next day to our hotel! The next day when he fell asleep he was perfectly content, not all sweaty in his stroller!! This specific fan is a MUST if you’re going to Disney at any time of the year!! One night I forgot to charge it and it actually lasted two days!! It may even last longer, but I didn’t stick around to check, as I didn’t want it dying on me when we needed it the most! Anyway, an absolute MUST when it comes to Disney, or any park or place where your kid will nap in their strollers!! So happy with this!!!

Saved the day at Disneyland

We planned out our first trio to Disneyland down to the littlest detail. And this being one of my details. I wanted to make sure everyone had a good time that was without tantrums from a hot cranky toddler. Since he is still napping during the day, I wasn't sure how the stroller nap would work for us but I had a genius idea that if he was cool and comfortable, it might happen. In comes my idea for a clip on fan of some sort and then I find this one. It was perfect! Size is Great, clip is very sturdy and easily grabbed the side of the stroller and the speed and breeze that it pushed out was wonderful. In fact we all were fighting for FaceTime with the fan. It got a lot of use and more importantly, made it very comfortable for my toddler to nap at Disneyland in 90 degree weather. That's a big win! I'm taking this sucker everywhere!

Can i really be THIS excited about a fan? Yes. Yes i can.

I have purchased many battery operated fans. This is far and away the BEST product in the bunch. I live in an entirely 12 volt, solar bus conversion. I need these fans to circulate heat down from the ceiling and away from my heating source. They clip on and stay put. I clip them into the bus hatch and they serve as a ceiling fan. Also, they rotate fully in every imaginable position. No "rotating" fan I've bought does this. They come with a rechargeable lithium ion battery! So no more purchasing triple A's or cycling through rechargeables that generally have to be recharged with 110. Now, you can easily recharge these with standard 110 just like you do your phone but I only have 12 volt. Get THIS, the fan has speed control! Turn the dial on and the more you turn it up, the higher the speed. On the lowest setting, the fans will run for approximately 10 to 12 hours on a charge. So for me, they will run through the night keeping the warm air circulating while I sleep. In the morning, I recharge them. One drawback, the little red LED that says its charging doesn't turn green for instance to let you know it is charged so you have to guess. I charged them for 5 or 6 hours and they were ready to go again. There was no visible drop on my solar battery voltage after charging them. 13.7 volts at start and finish so they must not use much power to charge (I have 3 of them). I'm buying 3 more so I can have a set running and a set charging. I'm so flipping happy.

An absolute must for baby strollers during summer

This little fan has FAR exceeded my expectations. The battery that came with it will last an easy 2 to 3 hours on high. It moves plenty of air and keeps a little one cool during those hot days. We use this all the time at the theme parks. An excellent investment. Just a suggestion purchase yourself some extra 18650 batteries. Another tip, you are external phone charger/battery pack will also charge and run this fan for many many hours. If I could give this thing 10 stars I would. It is durable and I was also survived multiple drops off of the counter and several times and we have gotten caught in heavy rain storms.
