Carnation is pretty reliable for me when I am struggling with my appetite. Even when most things are not appealing, I can drink a vanilla, chocolate, or coffee flavored Carnation offering. I liked the flavor on this and thought it was good for a light option. I think this is maybe too light for me to use regularly on its own, but I could see myself alternating it with a high-calorie or high-protein option to have some variety.

Light start has more protein and less sugar than the other carnations so it’s my favorite one. I like that it comes already mixed and ready to drink.
