Great blender, see below about replacement cups
I love this blender!!! It is compact, easy to use, and easy to clean. The only issue that came up was that it is difficult to find replacement cups. After several reviews and calling the manufacturer I was able to find some on Amazon. Ive added the cups below for other people who are having trouble finding replacements. Overall, I'm so happy with my purchase and have been using it everyday. Best Accessories Ninja Single Serve 16-Ounce Cup Set for BL770 BL780 BL660 Professional Blender (Pack of 2)

Amazing buy
I just received this today and was really excited to try it out. I did a trip to the grocery and stocked up on smoothie supplies and gave this baby a test run. I have to say, it did not disappoint and I can already tell this is going to be one of my top ten purchases (but behind my nespeesso, obviously). First of all, it’s dummy proof. Seriously. In case your suspicious, there’s even easy 1-5 pictures on the inside of the box. second, this is not obnoxiously large that your scratching your head where to store it. I have it next to my nespeesso on a narrow cart. Third, it’s reasonable! Im not a big breakfast person so I’m really looking forward to using this bad boy for my morning smoothies.

Ninja Fit, but the cups probably can't fit into any more places than other blender cups
Pros Plastic Cups seem thicker and more durable compared to my last ones Blends Very Well: I questioned the strange shape of the cups until I started blending. It has bladed shaping on the bottom and sides to create a vortex that swallows everything you put in it. The blades look scarier than my last blender. Cups/Lids/Blades are dishwasher safe Cons Only 2 Cups: Not much of a problem as long as they last. I had 4 cups with the last blender, and after 4 years I was down to 1. Cups are Tall: Not horribly tall, but enough that I have to use a different shelf in the fridge at work. Drinkability of Lids is limited: I drink fruit smoothies, and while the lid opening seems big enough, the air hole is too small to allow the smoothie to pour out fast enough and the air hole can easily get clogged by a tiny drop of smoothie. This wouldn't be much of a problem if all you had to do was drink a little slower, but the smoothie can't get back into the cup because of the bad airflow, which causes it to spill around the mouthpiece of the lid. Maybe it's not a big deal, but I don't like it. UPDATE: If you don't cover the whole mouthpiece with your mouth so that there's room for air, the flow seems to be a lot better. Maybe my smoothie was just a bit less thick today too, but it doesn't seem to be as bad as before, so I guess I just figured out how to drink out of it. 2ND UPDATE: Yeah, thickness matters. A smoothie that’s really thick just requires you to take off the lid to drink it.

I got my money's worth and am glad to have a second one
This is my second Ninja Fit. The last one died after several years. So, maybe I could dinged the rating for that, but I did use it daily. I got my money's worth and am glad to have a second one. It is great for making a smoothie for one and easy to clean. The blades do wear down after a while, but still worked after several years. I did put them in the dishwasher; I probably could have made them last longer if I had hand-washed them, which I plan to do with the new unit.

Love it for smoothies
I had a vitamix that I used primarily for smoothies and we lost it. I was dying for smoothies but didn’t want to spend another $500! For 1/10 the price I decided to try this and was really impressed! I love this thing! If you’re just making smoothies or a milk shake it’s wonderful. I never really used my vitamix for anything else. The only disadvantage is that you can only make 16 oz at a time so we have to run it a few times for our family. Which works out well for us because some of us like different things in our smoothies so I would have to make several anyway. It’s so fast and efficient, and easy to clean too, so it’s not a hassle at all. I just fill the cup with hot soapy water and a little dish soap - screw the blade on, turn it upside and shake, and soak for 10 min. Then rinse with hot water. Super easy. Easier to clean than the vitamix.

Love this blender!
This is a great blender. I can blend bananas, milk, ice and my shake mix all at once. The best part, I can drink it right out of the same cup, so that means less dirty dishes. It's really noisy, but that's because it's really powerful. I love this thing and I'm probably going to order more blender cups in the future.

Great for blended ice drinks!
This blender is awesome! My daughter and I recently started a weight loss program and while the shakes were OK prepared in a blender bottle, they weren't as good as we'd hoped. Bought this blender and made a shake in it with ice, and WOW! It very quickly makes "snow" out of the ice, and then we add water and the shake mix. The result is a fantastically blended smoothie texture.

Amazing for daily beverages!
I love this blender! I was looking for something powerful but small so i could do my bulletproof coffee in the morning. This fits the bill perfectly. I also have a vitamix but its a pain to take that out for 1 coffee daily.

Already a Household Favorite...
I got this blender to make quick single serving protein shakes with frozen fruits and ice. All I have to say is....this thing is awesome. Today I placed some milk, protein powder and a full frozen banana without cutting it in to the cup and with 2 or 3 quick pushes of the cup to blend, the frozen banana was obliterated to pulp. It was awesome. This little guy does a better job than our $250 Blendtec….in fact, we don't use the big blender much anymore. This little guys is faster, quieter, easier to use and seems to pulverize frozen goods much better than our big blender. It also has some built in safety features that would make it very difficult to have an accident like blending your hand or anything like that. Very clever little gadget. The only unknown at this point is how long this little guy will last with daily blending. If it lasts for 2 or 3 years, I'll be very happy with it. For the price, if it last that long these days then I'd be pretty satisfied.

Love it! Works awesome
Purchased for my daughter for Christmas to make her own iced chai in the morning. I have my own I bought last year and love it, I throw in 1/2 box vanilla premier protein drink, some ice cubes and 1/2 cup frozen berries and 1/2 banana- makes a great smoothy to drink during my commute to work and filling. The blender makes quick work of grinding the ice to very fine Margarita type consistency - going to try adding matcha powder.
