Smart idea for any keychain!

I purchased this cute little keychain wallet to hold my key fob (for a chevy traverse) because I accidentally broke the part the connects to a key chain. This item not onky holds the key fob, but can also fit a AAA battery (for my son's CI), a small chapstick. well made, great quality.

Color is more of a ballet pink than a brighter pink like the picture, but I'm ok with that! This seems to be just what I was looking for to keep me from accidentally hitting my trunk unlock button while having the keys in my pocket! May come back for another color to switch with my purses!!

Perfect for protecting larger keys from the elements.

Perfect for exactly what I wanted it for. Protect my keys from elements and still be small enough to put in my pocket. The key for my Toyota Tacoma is pretty large in size and I was a bit skeptical whether or not my key would be too snug. I was very wrong after seeing how much clearance i still had all around the key. This holder is a bit on the large size but it has a lot of give if you want to tuck it into tight places. My only suggestions would be to perhaps made more rugged styles, something like a hard shell mesh and less shiny. This product still deserves 5 stars, but I would like to see something a little less flashy in their product line and perhaps in different colors/styles as well.

Helps me to prevent a dead car battery

I purchased this case for my key fob because sometimes buttons get pressed by accident as the key fob rolls around in my pocket. For example, one evening, the button for the tailgate was apparently pressed by accident. I didn't know it until morning. Since the lights inside the car were on overnight, the battery in my new car was dead when I came out the next morning. Fortunately, I was able to jump the battery from my wife's car, and I didn't lose too much time in getting where I needed to drive. However, this incident started me thinking about how to prevent it from happening again. I had noticed on some previous mornings that my car door was unlocked, but I didn't know why. Again, the unlock button must have gotten pressed as the key fob rolled around in my pocket. The Buffway car key case I recently purchased helps to prevent buttons from being pressed by accident. I have not had a single problem since I have started using the case about ten days ago. When I first received the case, I put my key fob in it and pressed the case to see if anything would happen to my car. If the outside of the case is pressed hard, then yes, the buttons will operate, but it is unlikely that the buttons would be pressed so hard with coins or other keys rolling around in my pocket. The case is attractive, seems well-made, and is smaller than some of the alternatives I found when I searched on Amazon and the Internet. The case is just the right size to fit around the fob, but it is small enough that it doesn't bother me to have it in my pants pocket all day at work. If you have a push button start on your car and a key fob, you may find this product helpful if you are having problems similar to mine.

Very well made with a smooth zipper. It has an attached key ring on the inside. I bought this to keep my fob protected in my purse. It is surdy but the key fob works without unzipping it.

Great Security Device for Honda CR-V

No more accidental open trunks or unlocks!!

I am quite impressed!! It seems well built and very solid !! I kept accidentally opening the trunk of my car while having the keys in my pocket. With this case that has not happened even once. Just for fun I really tried, but the case provides enough cushion to help avoid all accidental button presses. That's what I was after!

We just received our 2 key fob holders, one ink pink and one in tan/brown. It looks peachy in the photo but it's not. Our key fob has 5 buttons and easily fits in the holder. I would recommend you measure your key fob to make absolutely sure though. Key fobs can by themselves be easy to accidentally set off the buttons if in your pants pocket or purse. I used mine last night and it was so nice not having to take my entire key ring or purse with me. I took my wallet and key fob holder. The hook on the holder is great for me as my wallet has a zipper and handle which I easily put the holder on my wallet handle to keep everything together. The holder seems well made. No problems so far with the zipper. So far so good.

Protect key fob and prevent inadvertent operation

I wanted a fob case to prevent inadvertent operation of (primarily) the tailgate of my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe. I had accidentally activated the tailgate button a couple of times while the fob was in the same pocket as my keys, and it would have been semi-disastrous (on my wallet) if it had occurred while the SUV was in the garage. One solution would be to mechanically disable or remove the offending fob button. This is difficult and destructive on this particular fob. The other way is to isolate the buttons by enclosing the fob in a protective case. The Buffway case is attractive, well made, and padded; it will effectively isolate and protect the fob from keys while being carried in the same pocket. I bought one for me and one for my wife to stow in her pocketbook separate from her house key ring. I'm satisfied that this quality product will satisfy my needs.
