It looks amazing and even better than the picture they advertise. I'm excited to hang it in the spring. It's too windy here right now to hang it up outside but it is up in my living room. Great design and company!

Love the chime!

Lovely chime; very gentle soothing sound and very pretty to look at. Even more importantly, my wife loved it...so I'm pleased as well. My only complaint would be that it took 15-20 minutes to untangle the mono lines once out of the box-if there was a method of packaging that eliminated that hassle, it would certainly be appreciated by future customers, I'm sure.

I had read reviews where folks had some troubles "untangling" the chimes - it's twisted very tight (I expect that keeps it from getting damaged during shipping) and I was a little bit challenged unravelling it, but it was an exercise well worth it! The artist follows up with you to ensure you are extremely happy with the product, so customer service with this product is A++. Beautiful Agate Wind Chimes

I LOVE this beautiful agate wind chime. The pictures really do not do them justice. They are beauties for the eyes and ears.This is one of my favorite purchases. The only issue I had was that during shipping the wring that holds them together was tangled and I could not untangle them. The seller, Kooalo, was fabulous! They followed up with me to be sure I was satisfied and they sent me another set so quickly, I received the new one the very next day! I love, love, love them. I can't say enough good things about them. Buy them, you will not be disappointed.

Worth every penny.

This is such a beautiful wind chime. I'm not going to lie, I originally bought it to made another craft out of it. I was cheaper purchasing 7 agate slices this size as a wind chime than individually :) I ordered 2, for a total of 14 slices. Most slices are about 3 inches in diameter, and mine are very round, not oval, and a beautiful blue. Most of the slices are also very thick, a necessity as to not break when they hit each other in the wind. The two slices at the top are smaller, maybe about 2 inches. The only negative I will say is one of my wind chimes had a very thin agate slice at the top, and it actually broke in transit (it would have definitely broken when the wind blew it as well). The best part is, the company emailed me about how satisfied I was with the product (I didn't even complain; the product was so nice even with one slice broken I wasn't going to return it). When I replied to the company and told them one of my slices happened to break, they gave me a full refund! I didn't even ask for it! That is true customer service. I recommend this product for sure.

Absolutely beautiful, esspecially when the light hits it from behind. I don't know why others had issues with it being tangled. Mine came completely untangled. Just lifted it up slowly and it was good to go. Picture doesn't even do it justice.

A perfect windchime for the porch

I've been looking for a stone wind chime and I love agate so this was a perfect find. It came in a nice little box, carefully wrapped and unwrapping instructions are on the box, but I didn't see them until after I already had it opened and unwrapped. Mine came with 7 agates, with the smallest at top graduating to the largest. They are pretty patterns in wonderful blue. Holding it by the little hanging loop I carefully helped it unfold itself. The weight of the agate will cause it to drop into place and fall away from the others and not tangle up. I readjusted the lines around the top circle so they would be evenly spaced. I wasn't happy that the line was a little crinkly, but hanging it outside in the heat and the weight of the agate has helped with that and I don't see any issues. It has a nice tone to it and is not too loud. It is my newest favorite thing on my back porch that I've been decorating up this summer. We haven't had any 50 mph winds yet so I can't report on how that will go. I will probably bring it indoors for protection if that is in the forecast. Very happy with my purchase.

The wind chime is beautiful! I would definitely buy another one as a gift. A few of the other reviews stated that the person had a difficult time unraveling the chime. I did not have any issues with unraveling the chime. It took me less than four minutes to take the wind chime out of its packaging and hang it. All you have to do is open the package, grab the top of the wind chime and slowly raise it up, let the chime unwind on its own. Easy Peasy.

I ordered my chimes from Kooalo because I liked that some of the slices of Agate were more round and not dyed. When my package arrived I was so excited, but if you've ever owned agate chimes before, you know to contain your excitement until you get it all unwrapped. You start by unwrapping from the bottom up. Then I place them on something soft like my rug and re-route a few pieces and a inside out flip of the hanging ring, and tada!!! Done in 10 minutes or less. They make such a beautiful sound, I love the way the lines are spaced. Lately heavy things are getting packed with fragile things in my shipments from Amazon. For these chimes I would go the extra mile to have them shipped separately. These are a rare find! ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent wind chime choice

Beautiful wind chimes with delightful sound! I ordered 2 - was buying a gift and an extra for myself, so I could gift the better one - but both are gorgeous! Some people seemed to have trouble with tangling - but by NOT attempting to unwind, and just holding the smaller wooden ring and letting the chimes hang straight down, they both unwound perfectly! I highly recommend this wind chime!
