My husband work at night so we badly need blackout curtain n this curtain totally blacken the entire room.... clothe is very nice ..im very satisfied with the purchase

I ordered this to have a ceiling to floor look. I have small rooms and wanted to make my room appear as large as possible. The length available was 1" too long and I hemmed them. I am a seamstress and this fabric is the best I've ever worked with. This reminded me of wedding gown material - very thick and very luxurious. I read the reviews. One said that it was next to impossible to get the creases out where it was folded in the package. After I hemmed them, I set my iron on the highest setting I could that allowed steam. This was medium high. Three quarters around toward high. Because I read the review, I was resigned to have to iron my heart out. One go across it was steam and there was nery a wrinkle. Not one. It ironed SO easily. Not only the creases from packaging, but also the old hem crease that was there from the previous hem. WOW. I didn't iron the entire drape, just the new hem and I stuck three at a time in the dryer with a wet washcloth. 20 mins later they came out looking like they had never been folded ever. I'm afraid that lady who left that review worked much harder than she needed to. Buy these with confidence. You will not be disappointed. I am in love with the new clean look - that was EXACTLY everything I hoped it would be. ~Karen

These curtains in charcoal gray are very functional as room darkeners, and they look great. The feel of the fabric is soft, and they are well made. I washed mine in cold water and air dried them to remove the packing wrinkles before installing them, and they laundered beautifully with no shrinkage or puckering at the seams. The grommet tops are very easy to work with and really speed up the process of hanging curtains. The grommets on my gray curtains are an antique silver color, not bright at all, and very classy. I ordered mine in a 63" length, as opposed to floor length, to make the small room appear bigger, and it worked. I am very happy with my purchase.

I decided to redecorate the master bedroom and the 3 guest rooms. I started with the master. I ordered 2 pair of these drapes in sage for the 2 windows. They help keep the heat out and all of the light. I love a dark room to sleep in. They are fairly light weight but heavy enough. I bought the antique brackets to hange them on. I always wash and dry anything new I buy before using it. Thats just the way I do things. Sometimes products will have a smell of chemicals or dying agents on them. These drapess DID NOT. I washed them in cold water, permenent press cycle and dried them on low heat for about 10 minutes. I promptly took them out of the dryer wrinkle free. They did wonderful. I highly recommend these drapes. I bought the Harmony Lane Pillow shams and Bed skirt in sage from Amazon also. The Drapes, Pillow shams and Bed skirt we're an absolute perfect match. That rarely happens. I was thrilled. I put on a Queen size comforter that had large burgandy and mauve cabbage roses with Sage & Forest green leaves on a white background. The room is stunning. I ended up doing one guest room with the same colors, just a different comforter. It to looks stunning. Unfortunately one drape was about 3/4ths of an inch longer than the other 3 panals. That really bothers me!!. I had washed them so I couldn't with a clear conscience return them. But everything else was perfect. For the 3rd guest room I bought the same brand of drapes, only in burgundy. I hung them up before I washed them to make sure the lengths we're all the same and they were. It is a gorgeous burgundy color. I bought the burgundy Pillow shams and Bed skirt from Harmony Lane. Another perfect match!!! I bought a bold design comforter with 2 colors of burgundy, mauve, sage & Forest green and beige. It is also stunning. I won't go on any further. The brands H. Versailtex and Harmony Lane are extreamly well made, wash and dry perfectly, will out last me I'm sure and make a stunning room. The Quality is truly remarkable. I have received more compliments on my redecorating with Amazon than I have any other time in 25 yrs. I just added a few new lamps, silk flowers arrangements and portraits. I'm more than satisfied, I'm thrilled.

Love these curtains. Got the burgundy which is a very deep, rich red color. Same color front and back which is perfect for the setting I have. Both curtains were the same length. (I've had others brands that were not) Got the 84 and 96 inches and they matched perfectly. And the bronze rings go with my decor.

I'll admit I was worried that these curtains wouldn't be dark enough. Typically you see blackout curtains double layered with that thick white backing which these do not have but they are VERY dark. I live a little too close to a noisy highway and they also help with the sound of that as well. They are very thick and very soft which makes for a really pretty look. I've included pictures of my windows before so you can see how bright it was in my bedroom, then another photo taken at the same time of day with the lights off. Also a colored photo so you can see the purple which I was very please with

Definitely the most elegant and well-made looking blackout curtains I've ever purchased before! Chocolate brown color is rich and expensive looking. BRONZE GROMMET TOPS can be hard to find & match perfectly with my oil rubbed bronze 1" curtain rod. Texture of curtains is soft and thick (one unit; no colored curtain panel with a blackout lining on back). Easy to launder and iron. DEFINITELY blackout. Negates all light (even 1-2pm in South FL) and makes room significantly cooler. Very cozy and "safe" feeling.

For those that cannot figure out how to get wrinkles out of microfiber drapes, read and follow these "SIMPLE" instructions. Take a dish drying towel (all cotton type), soak it thoroughly, then wring it out where it is still damp. Place in clothes dryer with drapes set on air dry 10 - 15 minutes. Works every time. These are great for darkening rooms and saving energy.

I'm happy with these curtains for the price. They are well-made, good quality and reasonably thick enough to block out cold, heat and light. I have a LOT of single-pane windows in my home and winters are brutal, as it gets cold very easily and I rely on a wood-burning stove as my heat source. I came home the other day after having closed the curtains and I expected that my house would be chilly, but these curtains did their job and retained a lot of the heat from the fire I had built several hours earlier in the woodstove. For some of my windows I bought two pairs of these curtains and hung them on a double curtain rod for extra insulation, works well. I like that these curtains come in a variety of colors and lengths, unlike some of the other insulating curtains on the market.

So beautiful. Very, very long... which I love. These are 108", stone blue. They came just as described. As most reviews stated, you will need to iron them, but that is easily done. The fabric is soft, and very high quality. Really darkens the room.... not a cave by any means, but enough for this nightshift nurse to get some sleep!
