These glasses look pretty and more expensive than they cost

These glasses look pretty and more expensive than they cost. Good for drinking wine, water and/or any beverage. The glass is thicker in comparison to my crystal glasses but that is expected and makes the product more useful for everyday usage. No lines in the goblet which you can see in some other glass goblets at this price. The cobalt blue adds a burst of color to any dinner setting especially if you have mostly white dinnerware like I do. Add a red dessert plate or red napkin and you're all set for the patriotic holidays. I bought some cobalt blue dinner cloth napkins for everyday use and it makes the table look so more inviting. I also bought Bormioli Rocco Murano 14 7/8 oz Cobalt blue glasses for the beer, juice & milk drinkers in my family and the same brand of glasses in the 9 oz size works perfect for cocktails or dessert cups.

Gorgeous, solid, well-crafted stemware

I'm a sucker for "cobalt blue" and stemware, so these were likely to be a success. The glasses - I ordered quite a few - are uniformly colored, are reasonably big (but not huge), have a nice hand-feel (if there is such a term), and are not excessively delicate. They are sturdy enough to be used as everyday glasses, and they'll up the elegance quotient a bit. Put against light background, like on a window sill, these are just gorgeous. Some people see life through rose-colored glasses. Myself, I'd prefer these.

Versatile, colorful, durable

The shape is very versatile and I use them for water, iced tea, and even wine. They look so colorful on the table and are dishwasher safe, so cleanup is a breeze! Unfortunately, I already broke one, but that was my fault and it fell to a hard tile floor, so it's understandable. They are thick and durable if you don't do something stupid like I did.

Spectacular Goblets

These cobalt blue goblets are perfect for ice water or iced tea, lemonade. They are festive & add a colorful & happy tone to any table. I received them yesterday; washed them in the dishwasher today & they just sparkle & have a nice ring to them. They arrived in perfect condition (12 of them) & they are really sturdy besides being pretty. They add a touch of blue skies & beachside vibes. I definitely recommend them.

Outstanding * Beautiful * Elegant

I bought these to coordinate with my Blue Willow China, and they are perfect. These glasses are elegant enough for formal dinner use or everyday use. The stem area is short and that's a real plus for balance as well as it helps with a sturdier glass unlike a longer stem which tends to be a more fragile glass. It just fits the hand so nicely it's a joy to use. I really love these. They are not as thin as some fragile, cheaper types. Libby brand may not be known as a high end brand name, but it's "quality" that really holds up and gives a lot of good service. I loved these glasses so much I bought a dozen Libby cobalt blue 10 oz juice glasses (out of production) off eBay. I went one step further and found a great price on a dozen cobalt blue "stemless" wine glasses ($1 each) which I use as regular drinking tumblers. I'm totally delighted with the cobalt blue color and how nice everything on my table coordinates. Oh yes, just for fun I bought some Anchor Hocking cobalt blue glass coffee mugs at Wal-Mart for $2 each. They are very heavy and hold 16 oz. A great coffee "mug." I like a mug to carry with me in the house and really like the 16 oz capacity. So if you like cobalt blue I recommend the Libby glassware. It will make every day special.

Favorite glasses!

These glasses are beautiful! I have always wanted blue glasses, and I bought these for myself for my birthday a year and a half ago. I absolutely love them, they make me happy every time I take a drink. They have been through numerous dishwasher cycles, and have held up fine. Sadly, I dropped a few, but I still have most of them left. I preferred the wine glass shape, but since I use them to drink water as my daily glass, the wine glass size was too small. I went with the larger goblet glass, and although I don't think the shape is as pretty, the glass is still beautiful. They are my favorite glasses of any I've previously owned - a good purchase. Also, the packing was done well, I was able to reuse the packing when I moved and all of them arrived safely to my new place.

These glasses arrived earlier than the documentation said! I was so pleased as they arrived the same day as my new dishes! They are heavy goblets and the color is penetrated through the glass. They are stunning! They shouldn't break easily as they are thick glass and heavy, but not "too" heavy. They feel and look great! You will be proud to put them on any table setting!

Deep cobalt color. Durable. Dishwasher safe.

I absolutely love these. I have the wine glasses as well, that I purchased a number of years ago and these match perfectly. The kids kept wanting to drink out of mom's wine glasses but now, they use these every day and feel "fancy" all the time. I have bounced one of these off the linoleum in my kitchen and they have been knocked over repeatedly on the counter. None have broken yet. If my floor was tile or my counter was granite, I have no doubt that they would have broken. I mean they are glass after all. But they are thick and very sturdy. Lovely color that is not "painted" on, like some. True Libbey quality. Thinking about purchasing a backup case so I have them forever.

Beautiful

These glasses are just what I was looking for. I love cobalt glasses and have not been able to find them anywhere else. Most of my old ones have broken over the years of use. So happy to have these beautiful replacements!s. Beverages just taste better our of cobalt glasses.

Beautiful and wonderfully functional

Love the looks and functionality. These have become our daily meal glassware - have proven to be highly durable - have run through dishwasher at least 50 times. Absolutely love these glasses - you will be very happy with your purchase!
