It really does hold all the things!!!
I'm an extremely frugal shopper, and I'm a tough critic. When it comes down to actually making a purchase, I need great quality, and maximum functionality. (I read alot of reviews!!) We live with an extremely small kitchen! There is no dishwasher, and the counter near the sink has been recently remodeled to give us a few more inches of space. Woohoo! We began our search for the perfect dish rack! We've been struggling with dishes falling onto the floor, pooling water disasters, and icky mold/calcium issues for too long! I decided to bite the bullet and invest in this insanely high priced dish rack, figuring that it would be worth it if we could diminish the heartache and frustration from our least favorite chore. We have NO regrets! It really does hold all the things!!! Very well designed! The silverware holder actually holds silverware instead of dumping them out immediately! As I unloaded it one day, I realized that I had removed everything but the giant cast iron skillet, which was hooked in the cutting board holder, on the outside edge. Even with this extremely imbalanced weight load, it held the skillet with no issues! Amazing! The only minor complaint is that the drip tray sits flat under the unit, so doesn't drain as well as I'd like. I crammed something under the far end, and it's better.

It's worth the money!
I've been searching for the perfect dish rack for over a year now, and apparently the 4th time is the charm! I was hesitant to buy this, mainly because of the price, but figured I'd give it a try after seeing all the positive reviews and photos. I've spent over $100 in the last year on total duds, anyway. It arrived looking just like the featured photos and was easy to put together. It's rather large, but we do not have a dishwasher and cook constantly, so that was a plus for us. My boyfriend and I let a whole weekend's worth of dishes pile up before this bad boy arrived, and ALL of them fit in the rack at one time. Granted, I did a little Tetris with the dishes as I loaded them, but I really wanted it to hold all of them so I could post this extra happy review. Check out my photos and you'll see how ridiculously large my dish load was. Previous to this one, I had purchased a Maxware 2-tier drying rack (Maxware 23-Inch Dish Rack, Chrome). It couldn't fit even half the amount of dishes and it wasn't sturdy. Don't hesitate to spend the extra money on the PremiumRacks model - you won't regret it.

Awesome Dish Rack - Worth the $ (It Seems Like a Lot of $ But Well Worth it)
After struggling with the plastic dishrack that I paid fifty cents for at a local thrift store new, I did some searching on a GOOD dish rack that would be able to fit stuff in it, wouldn't warp with everyday use and wouldn't leave water all over my counter. THIS IS IT! Although I had a REALLY HARD time struggling to make sense of spending this much on a measley dish rack/strainer I figured if nothing else Amazon is really good with returns. I got this bad boy in and set it up to how I wanted it. I LOVE the cutting board rack thing that prevents the cutting board from getting wet. This saves a lot of space in the rack itself. The layout is pretty good and I LOVE the knife attachment that drains into the drip tray. I recommend this dish rack to anyone who I know has the $ to toss at one. It's been super handy, well-made, has never tipped over or anything and I haven't noticed any rust forming anywhere. I haven't had any issues with the cup clips bending or breaking or anything negative to mention about this dish rack. I've had this dish rack for 1-1/2 months short of 1yr and it's been great! Highly recommended!

but it's so useful for separating dishes
My family has been holding onto the same Rubbermaid dish rack for over 20 years. I kid you not - we had such a hard time finding a large rack for our needs, that we held onto the Rubbermaid one until it was breaking apart. So that gives you and idea of how hard to please we are. Although the price seems high, this rack is completely worth it! We've never owned a multi-level rack before, but it's so useful for separating dishes. We can place our cutting boards, mugs, knives, plates, pots and pans and utensils all very safely while not eating up too much of our counter space. We've been using it a couple of months and, so far haven't had any rust issues. The best points of this rack: Multi-level storage Separate knife storage Sturdy metal design Removable tray Cutting board holder

Can hold more than expected|Top notch Quality
Finally broke down and bought a dish rack that wasn't cheaply made. I wanted a double decker dish rack and the fact that this is customizable sold me on this unit. The quality is top notch, you understand why it costs what it does when you have it in your hands. Everything is super sturdy, and the plastic dish drainer is very solid, and seems like it will last awhile (have had issues with plastic drainers before). The amount of dishes it can hold is not to be underestimated. I wasn't expecting the two levels to be able fit all that it can, and am very pleased because I need all the dish space I can get with 4 kids running around. Overall extremely pleased and highly recommend.

This is indeed a premium dish rack made by a premium company!
I purchased this dish rack over 6 months ago. It was the most expensive dish rack I'd ever purchased to date and I was really happy with its design and functionality. About 2 months ago, I started to see some rust spots on the metal rack and I reached out PremiumRacks to let them know my situation. From other reviews I have read here, it seems that there may have been some issue with the manufacturing materials of a certain batch of racks. After I contacted them, they were quick to respond and offered to send me a replacement dish rack. In less than 2 weeks, I had a replacement delivered to my door. Thanks so much to the folks at PremiumRacks. I am impressed not only by the quality of your product, but also the quality of your customer service. I highly recommend this dish rack and have great appreciation and respect for the company. Thank you.

BEST DRYING RACK I'VE PURCHASED
I've been trying to find a drying rack like this for literally YEARS. We are family of five (with three teenage boys) and produce a lot of dirty dishes. I've tried racks from Costco, BBB, and Target -- they always were a compromise in some major way (lots of storage but flimsy, sturdy but no versatility, versatile but way too small, etc ). This rack really holds a lot and is well made. My favorite things that differentiate it from many out there: the special holder for a cutting board or baking sheet to dry upright, the dedicated holder for knives that is separate from the silverware basket, and the second tier that adds space. If I could change anything, I'd make the silverware holder a bit deeper (because we usually put forks and spoons in the dishwasher, it's the big serving items and spatulas that get dried on the rack and they are tall and need a deeper basket), I'd like at least one slot on the knife holder size for big chopping knives, and I'd make the entire thing longer by about 4-5 inches to provide even more space for those bigger serving bowls and frying pans that are drying. So, while it's not A+ perfect, it is still pretty darn close. Certainly the best one I've purchased, and worth the price tag. Bonus worth noting....It comes with a drip tray AND a microfiber drying mat. So I use the drip tray under the rack itself, and use the microfiber drying mat next to it when I need extra drying space for those larger pots and pans.

Very happy I went with this one
I had earlier purchased one of the cheaper 2-tier dish racks, hoping there would not be much of a difference. I was wrong. The build quality of the cheaper dish rack was quite noticeable and in fact, wouldn't even lay level on a flat surface. I then had a choice... Should I go ahead and try another cheap dish rack, hoping that it would be better, or go with this one which is a bit more pricey (especially compared to the cheap ones). Even though the cheap ones had a decent rating, I could see by the bad reviews, there seems to be a risk going with the cheaper one... so I decided to go ahead and pay more for this one... and I am not disappointed one bit. The build quality of this one is excellent. With the one I had previously purchased, you could tell it was cheaply put together. This one looks nice. Some comments on the others included that the upper dish rack couldn't support the weight of many items, but there is no problem with that in this case. I am definitely satisfied with the purchase. The only comment I may have is that it would be nice if they had a color other than black for the plastic. Especially for the drain board, it might be nice if there were a "clear" plastic option for those who have nice countertops. Perhaps they can consider it for the future.

Love it
After going through and looking at dish rack after dish rack reviews here on Amazon I decided to get this guy since the only bad reviews seemed to be a mix of picky customers and a very small group of unsatisfied customers. The rack is more than adequate for me and my roommate. The construction seems to be durable, sturdy, and long-lasting (if something changes I will update this). The side cup holders is awesome but I do wish there were more than just 3. There is quite a bit of room for plates/bowls up top and the rack/cutting board holder on the side is quite handy and nice to use. Unfortunately the drip pan (whatever you call it) underneath the rack that is supposed to guide dripping water towards the sink is only able to go in at an angle in one certain direction which for me was the wrong direction (right side of sink with top dish rack towards the right and the cups/knife holder in front). I don't like standing water anyways so the microfiber cloth/pad is quite nice and what I did was took the drip pan that doesn't have an open side to it and folded a microfiber hand towel in it. It was a little tight underneath the rack but when in place it looks very good and works fantastic. I am very happy I bought this rack and would do so again happily.
