Absolutely wonderful!

When I got my Furbo I had problems making my smart phone work with it-NOTHING to do with the Furbo-but the Furbo people were extremely wonderful and helped me know what to do! Once I called my carrier and I told them what the great Furbo folks said, they got my issue fixed! So customer service is beyond excellent! Then, once that was all fixed up I got to experience how magnificent this invention is! I was an hour away from home through this so I connected, and it was sooooo wonderful to see my dogs and know they were doing ok! Then I talked to them and gave them all treats! It was incredibly cool! They went and laid back down and I watched them sleep happily while my husband drove us home! That hour drive was no longer stressful with me all kinds of anxious about the pups! I was super relaxed being able to see, talk and treat them even though I was so far away! Every time I have to go somewhere I now go with a new peace of mind and calm all thanks to Furbo! It works like a charm and is actually a rather attractive piece! The wooden top is a lovely touch! My family, 2 legged and 4 legged absolutely adore our Furbo! Worth every cent! Thank you, Furbo! The picture shows one of my girls as she hears the treat getting ready to pop out to her! I've learned my dog is even lazier than I thought...

I love being able to watch my pug literally just sleeping for seven hours a day and my coworkers really enjoy the constant updates of me telling them where my pug is sleeping and forcing them to watch his small, fawn body laying in the same spot. I have learned that my cat must leave the house when I go to work because I never catch her on the camera. Maybe she has a job? It would be nice if she paid some rent. The treat shooting mechanism shoots small treats, which is fine for him, well maybe not for him because he'd prefer it shot pizza slices, but they're the proper size treats for a smaller dog. A larger dog would need the treats launched at them more often. The launching mechanism does make a motorised sound that might scare some dogs, though mine doesn't hear it at all and also doesn't notice when the treats fly in his direction, he finds them later as if they appeared. Just remember to turn the camera off through the app when you get home because nothing is worse than accidentally opening the app and seeing yourself blobbing on the sofa.

Finally peace of mind..

I was always concerned leaving my puppy home alone because he will cry a lot.. When I got Furbo, things got much better! Furbo sent me notifications to my phone when he was crying, so I would log on and talk to him right away. This changed everything!! My puppy knows I'm always there, so his separation anxiety is getting better. He cries less, and I feel much more relieved.

I would rate this a perfect 10 if it was possible! The product itself is amazing and perfect for us that worry about our babies when we leave the house. I can see what they are up to anywhere I go whenever I want. When it's pitch black it has a night vision camera so you can still see them. I was hesitant at 1st thinking my 2 yr old 115lb german shepherd would just plow it over when he first heard my voice but thanks to the training video and advice on how to introduce your pet to it that didnt happen. If anyone reading this worries about your pets while away then trust me you want this!! Also very importantly the customer service team is mind blowing professional, patient and kind!!

I am a full time motorhomer, I have satellite internet. I bought this for days I have to leave these guys in a trailer for 10 hours (come to find out, I was more stressed about it than they were). Hardly uses any data. I get a bark alert, check on them and throw a snackie (which you can record your own greeeting for) and they are distracted and stop barking. I LOVE IT. I also found out my angel (terrier) was a little brat when I wasn't there, and my little brat (poodle) was just chillin all day. Secret life of dogs! I was hesitant about the ratings for the syncing- I kept the box handy just in case I had to return. Synced perfectly, immediately to me and my husband's phone (Samsung Note 8 and S8+, respectively). That being said, I saw on some reviews the customer service was great.

Best pet related purchase I've made!!! Furbo sends your phone alerts when your dog is barking or when their are loud noises in your house- i.e. when your CO detector is going off! Saved my dog's life!

Pet parent stress buster- Save on therapy & massage!

As the owner of a new puppy I couldn't imagine how anxious I would be able leaving the puppy for the day. We have a dog walker coming in, but after a first bad experience (she pooped all over her crate because of nerves, I had to leave work early) I was in tears and thought that this just wasn't going to work out. So then I made the leap into, what I thought, was crazy-pet-parent territory and bought a camera. Best. Purchase. Ever. It works like a dream. I was worried that it might not pick up because our wi-fi isn't the strongest or the fastest, no problem. The app (mine is on an iphone) is very easy to use. The quality of the image, both regular and nightvision, is excellent. The audio is solid, there is a bit of lag, but that's to be expected. We use her kibble as treats and it fires several at a time, which doesn't bother me. We angled it so it shoots into her kennel. It is such a huge relief to see her whine for just a few minutes and then settle in to sleep for hours. I even talked to the dog walker through the camera when he arrived. The barking messages are great and Ginger Snap understands when those treats are going to fire. Customer service has been tremendous and the facebook group is fun too. If you're on the fence, jump over, you won't regret the purchase or the peace of mind.

Perfect for my GF overseas!

I bought this item for my girlfriend who is deployed overseas in Bahrain. She loves her dog more than anything so I knew this would be a perfect gift for her. The first night I had the Furbo I was awaken several times in the middle of the night by high pitched squealing and giggling of glee from my gf not being able to contain herself. She was so excited to see him, talk to him and give him treats and OH BOY does she like giving him treats! By the time she gets back from her deployment I am sure he will be overweight and wont be able to run to her when she gets home. Thanks Furbo, your product is awesome and we all love it!

I love Furbo! And once I can go back to ...

I bought Furbo because I was getting major surgery and knew I'd be in the hospital for awhile. Even though my baby's "daddy" would be home I couldn't let my baby think I left him. So in the hospital I was talk to him, see him and of course give him his "scooby snacks". I love Furbo! And once I can go back to work I'll be using it there! If you love your baby like I do...I highly recommend Furbo!
