Everything you need

I bought this to take up knitting. It had everything I needed in a nice organizer. I like it a lot.

Good set, fair price. Nice case!

Came in this nice purple bag. There was tape around it holding everything in and a white snap at the top. Handles feel more than sturdy enough to hold the weight of the case inside. Nice leather, a little cold from being outside. Mysterious white mark on back? Doesn’t bother me too much, but it would bother some people. The pictures make the leather look darker than it is, but not by too much. The strap feels sturdy and the fabric around the metal zipper is dark purple. First impressions on unzipping the set was that it was disheveled but nothing was hurt, which is the important part. I flipped through the pages and found those little side pockets I took pictures of. Maybe you could store some papers in there. Ther are also those few unlabeled pockets that I guess are for your working tools or any extra thing you may want to store in your kit. Slick inside fabric, feels tough and durable. Started organizing and only one needle was out of place, but it was in the proper gage, just in the smaller pocket for the shorter needles. Everything fits nicely, the tape measure is 150cm/45in double sides. Two large clasps. The tiny stitch locks are a nicer quality than some I got with a crochet set. The scissors are tiny and, while adorable, will cramp my hands with too much use. The clear plastic gage is fine, but the 14 and 15 slot both had thin plastic covering most the holes. Easy enough to clear out, though. Three of the hooks that came with the set are double-sided. The circle neeldes uncurl and curl back redily enough. All in all, a fine set with a nice case. Just be careful when zipping it back up, the pockets expect gravity to hold the looser bits in place, though nothing will slide out on its own. I paid $30 and got it in two days despite the snow.
