Loving these so far

I got off my birth control almost two months ago but haven't had my period as my body is adjusting (taken many pregnancy tests, all are negative). I just got these and tested so I can hopefully figure out what is going on. I think there will be a learning curve. With that, it looks like I might have caught my ovulation or am very near given the darkness of my lines. I can't wait to see what happens to the test line over the next few days. I'm a very excited customer. Updated 12 hours later: I definitely caught my ovulation! What are the chances given my lacking period for so long. I was starting to wonder how long it would take for my body to resume ovulation after the birth control and these have eased my mind. I am very thankful. Also, don't use early morning urine. I will include pictures but the one reading that looks negative was early morning, which was taken in the middle of the other two testing times. Hope this helps.

Still waiting for a positive pregnancy test - but I love this OPK! I thought (based on averages/the Ovia app) that I would ovulate on or before the 23rd of November. I definitely stressed out for a couple of days wondering if these were working, but my positive ovulation test came on the 27th! Had another positive on the 28th - but it was a little less dark. I believe it cought the tail end of the LH surge. For those wanting to track progression, these do get darker with time and the directions suggest throwing them away after reading to avoid confusion. I decided to take a picture while the test was valid, note the day and time, and track my progression through my cell phone! Will update the review if I get a positive pregnancy test with this kit :) UPDATE: Got my first faint positive pregnancy test! Used this one and a FRER, but this one actually had a better line :) Yay! Will continue to test to make sure it gets darker. SECOND UPDATE: Officially 7 weeks pregnant! Got pregnant the 2nd month of trying, first month of using these! Will use again for future pregnancies. Also a note on the HCG tests - they are SUPER SENSITIVE! Showed a line 4 days before Clear Blue tests worked.

Cheap, work well

Good tests. The ovulation tests helped me pinpoint ovulation, when I had no idea if I was even ovulating. It was nice to be able to take as many as I wanted without worrying about how expensive they were. The pregnancy tests caught my pregnancy as soon as the early prediction ones at the store did. It was nice to be able to take as many pregnancy test as I wanted without paying an arm and a leg because I was shocked that I was really pregnant. I would recommend taking pictures of them if you are trying to track anything because the color changes when they dry out. It makes it easy if you buy small plastic cups to pee into and then dip the test in there. Great product!

Accurate, but don't keep a "log"

I used these strips for 3 months now while TTC. I won't lie, the first month was a bit of a challenge partially because I did what other users suggested- kept them and made a log. Frankly, all that did was confuse me since the strips do tend to get darker as they dry. I would NOT suggest that other do that. The next two months I tested twice a day close to my ovulation window- once in the morning and once in the evening and always threw out the strips afterwards. So far, they've been able to track my LH surge exactly. When I plug the positive test into the Glow app, the prediction date for my period was spot on. I have yet to get a positive HCG test, but at least this gives me some indication as to when I'm ovulating.

Affordable price, easy to use

I decided to but this product after using other OPKs. It was hard to identify an LH surge with the previous kit I was using. A friend recommended Pregmate to me and it was actually even cheaper than buying dollar tree OPK! This month I was able to quickly identify a clearly positive LH and now its just the 2ww! If this is your first time using a kit, inside the box you will get steps to explaining how to use,read and identify the surges. It will even let you know when its a good time to Do the deed :) I love how there are 20 HCG test.. I am looking forward to using some at 11DPO. Rated it 5 starts for easy usage, clear instructions and abundant supplies per price charged.

What to do when the test line is not as dark as the control line.. works for women with PCOS...

It’s an ok test. It was difficult to judge how dark the lines were. I am not sure if I will reorder. UPDATED on 06-23-18 When I was using these tests strips I could never see the test line as dark or darker than the control line. After using these strips for a couple of cycles (and I used a lot of them due to PCOS) I noticed a pattern. I saved and dated all my test strips and attached them to my notebook. Then I compared the test lines and found the darkest one for me. So now I go back and check against that test line that was the darkest in my cycle (it is still not as dark as the control line). So, disregard the control line and keep track of the color of your own test line. You can judge when you are about to ovulate based on that. I used these test strips and got pregnant (even though it resulted in miscarriage.)

very easy to use and interpret

My husband and I started ttc and after a lot of research and reviews decided to try pregmate. The instructions are clear, very easy to use and interpret. It accurately detected my LH surge and we were able to conceive very quickly. The hcg strips were able to detect my pregnancy most of the brands at the drug store - I thought it was a false positive but was confirmed my a blood test at my doctor. I cannot recommend these enough!

Perfect!!!

Perfect. I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year with PCOS. I used the LH strips and I got a clear positive (my line was darker than the control line) a day before I ovulated. 11 days later or at 10 dpo I got a positive hcg strip. I say that both of these work just as well as store brand tests, but at a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend this brand.

These are the best. The hpt tests are SUPER sensitive!

These were great! I used wondfo tests for past babies but saw the Pregmates were a little cheaper and had great reviews so I took a chance. I started using them early this summer after I weaned to try and catch my 1st ovulation. They worked great and I didn't have to worry about how much I was testing because there were so many and so affordable. Got pregnant maybe 2 months later in August and the hcg tests were super sensitive...I think I got my positive at 10 dpo. I've a history of miscarriage so I tested constantly and after a few days the line got lighter and I knew it was a chemical pregnancy. The day my doctor confirmed the chemical pregnancy my blood hcg was 5.5 and the Pregmate test STILL had a faint line so they are super sensitive! The following month I was low on tests so I went to order more and saw another off brand slightly cheaper, so I got that instead to save 2 measly bucks. They looked almost exactly the same as the Pregmates - similar packaging just skinnier sticks. I figured they would work just as well. Huge mistake. The lh tests sucked and I only caught my surge because I had one Lh Pregmate left and used it on the day I was sure I would ovulate. Luckily, I got a another positive hcg test 10 days later using my Pregmate hpt test sticks but the other brands hcg tests didn't detect my pregnancy until 16 or 17 dpo! My blood hcg was over 250 before I saw 2 lines with the other brand. They were worthless. My blood hcg was only 24 on 14 dpo but I had already had 3 days of positive Pregmate tests (and one very faint line on an frer test to be sure) so I am amazed by how sentitive the hpt tests are...I am never using anything else!!
